I found this location on Yelp. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. The business is located inside a large building where there are individual business with a variety of options. The business is locked and the owner meets you and take you back to the two spaces the salon occupies. We had a manicure which I was very pleased with. The technician took her time and my hands look and feel so much better. We then got the ultimate pedicures. It was relaxing and again the technician took her time, massages and scrubs and lotions were the best. The chairs are comfortable and they have a tv you can watch. All the staff was friendly, engaging and worked hard. They do not accept CC so make sure you have cash, Venmo or other cash app payment options.

.The nails look nice. I was not happy about the cut on my thumb. As you can see in the photo taken a few days later, the cut was infected. I was also quoted two different prices while having my nails done, then charged a different price.

Do not hesitate. Book your appointment! This is a female family-run business! They treat the business like they own it because they do! They treat you like you are the most important customer! We are from out of town and had an appointment for one daughter to have tips put on, and another daughter to get a pedicure. On the way, mama's nail got caught in the car door and popped off. They squeezed me in to fix it! - Because I know you want to know, yes, it's a super clean nail salon. As we were leaving, a surgeon was coming in to have her nails done. Enough said! - You will not regret booking with this super customer-focused salon. We will be back the next time we are in town! Thank you Charming Nails!

After having on and off experiences with nail salons in the area, I finally found Charming Nails on Yelp and saw the numerous raving reviews with stunning photos and knew I had to give them a call. I am not a fancy nail person (I'm a musician) but have been trying out manicures to make my hands look neater, and wow, Michelle really did the best work. I had called on a whim on my day off and they let me come in straight away. Michelle took careful consideration of what shape my nails were, what kind of manicure would work best, and even was excited when I changed my mind about the color and chose something different! She recommended trying a matte topcoat and we both fell in love. I got to hear from Michelle firsthand how much she cares about her work and making her clients feel their best. At no point did I feel rushed, coerced, or unaware of what was going on. I am very happy to have somewhere I can feel comfortable and taken care of. Can't wait to come back again

Service was well attended to, detail was key, quality was a detail they couldn't forget. First time here, trying out this salon, and I felt welcome, people actually wanted to talk to me, and the customer service was impeccable. Everything was well priced, and explained thoroughly, everything was clean, and the chairs were the most comfortable. Never in my life have I liked my nails so much I immediately sent them off to my friends and a response of "dude where are you do they have appointments open??" Came back so fast. I will be coming here again, and I will update IF needed.

I looked for a salon for about a week. I wanted something clean and hygienic & the reviews made it seem like this was it. They used the same nail file on me as the girl sitting next to me and I could tell the nail file was VERY used.. like several clients. The lady doing my nails also asked me if I was pregnant and when I said no she asked if I was just fat then. The nail job was very sloppy, there was Polish all around my toes remaining that they didn't bother to even try to clean up. I still had some old polish that they did not completely remove and you can see it under my nails! You can also see that the polish didn't cover the tip of my nail completely & there was a small bubble. I was too embarrassed by the comments as it was and just wanted to leave so I didn't ask them to fix it & didn't even trust them to fix it with dirty tools read more

The salon is small, only three chairs, but the service was very good. Tracy was the nail technician who gave me a pedicure. The salon is very quiet and has chairs that provide a back massage. I has called earlier in the day because I realized my toenails were in bad shape. When I arrived for my pedicure, I was given what I can only describe as a pedicure menu which clearly described what services at what cost. Prices started at $38 which included a 5 minute "foot" massage. The reason for the quotes is that I would have called it a calf or leg massage. However, the massage was so good, I wished I had chosen a longer massage. The salon was very clean. Plastic liners were in the foot soak tubs. They had sterilizers for all the instruments they use. read more

I was so tired of my gel nails not lasting more than a week, so I asked a local Facebook group I'm in for some recommendations, and Charming Nails came up a few times, so I decided to call them to book an appointment. I cannot even begin to express how incredibly happy I am with my nails. Even 10 days later they look like they were done the day before! Love love love. I just moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. I first called and they were booked out a few weeks, so went somewhere else (they were FINE). But I know from the reviews I wanted to try this place. Wow am I glad I did. It's a small two room (with a wall knocked out) salon. Three spaces for nails and two mani chairs. The whole experience was great - the owner is this beautiful woman who clearly knows her stuff. Her aunt works with her (and is hilarious) and there was another gentleman working that I didn't get to meet. Honestly I love my dip nails - I know short nails aren't "in" but whatever I work on a computer all day and long nails get in the way. I'm going back for a pedicure in a week, and booked out my next two nail appointments already :) that's how great this place is! read more

enjoyed my first time here at this salon! Got a SNS gel manicure in almond shape...chrome polish. Nails were very sturdy and lasted a long time even with excessive sanitizer and hand washing . Also got a pedicure and was surprised at how long the polish stayed on for 3+ weeks with no chips . Only downfall of the experience was that Dao, the owner, was extremely busy. Although I had an appointment, I waited for 20 minutes to begin and throughout Dao was going back and forth between several different walk-in appointments and myself. I'm typically a pretty patient person so I didn't mind too much but definitely took longer than expected and not ideal . The salon is also on the small side so be prepared to be close together! read more

She was not able to accommodate my last minute appointment request but asked if I would like to schedule with her co-worker Michelle. Dao recently expanded her space in Salon Boutique and based on her reviews, I knew that anyone she worked with has to be just as spectacular and I was right! Michelle gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had and I will continue to go back. This is a small nail salon inside of salon boutique with the sweetest employees! They get booked up for a reason! They are very precise and you will love your nails. The first time I went I got gel nails and a pedicure. My heels have never looked so good! Great pedicure in which my feet were soft and toe nails beautifully painted and shaped. They do a gentle massage/rub. My gel nails were beautiful! I like a round shape and they came out perfect. They are very precise when painting your nails and it was really appreciated! Dao is absolutely amazing and everyone who works in the salon is so kind and seems great at what they do! After a lackluster gel mani elsewhere (yellowing color within a day) I went to Dao for some help and she did not disappoint! She did all she could to ensure the same issue would not occur and gave me tips on things to watch our for and that I can do to minimize discoloration as well. The way she shaped my nails was perfect, she asked questions to make sure everything was as I wanted and was so easy to talk to. I will definitely be back! read more

One word: WOW!! The quick rundown: this salon is VERY clean and well-organized, the prices are reasonable, and the owner, Dao, IS REALLY enthusiastic about her business and customers. And she does an AMAZING job!! I've been getting my nails done for years--both in Arizona and California. This is, BY FAR, the BEST manicure and pedicure I'VE EVER HAD. Hands-down!! Dao took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and I was just amazed at her skill level. Her greatest strength is her attention to detail, which is not something you see very often these days. I was thoroughly impressed and will be returning soon. Despite It being a 30 minute drive for me, I have finally found my new nail salon!! Both my pedicure and gel manicure were PERFECTION!! Tip: she is located inside Salon Boutique, which consists of several small suite-style Salon businesses. She is in suite # 54: as you come in through the main doors, make a right and then follow the hallway down until you arrive at Suite No. 54 on the left. Because she works by herself, she only takes one customer at a time. If you don't care for the hustle and bustle of most salons (who always keep you waiting past your appointment time), go and see Dao for a wonderful private pampering session!! read more

To begin on a positive note, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not believe they use high quality products. I got a pedicure a few days ago (very light pink polish), and over the past few hours I have watched my polish turn orange. This is a sign of a chemical reaction, presumably formaldehyde. I am very disappointed and will not be back. read more

I love Dao, she's amazing! I've been going to her for about 4 years...I would follow her anywhere, she's that good. She is professional and her salon is nicely decorated and clean. I feel welcome in her space and hands down does the best gel and/or dip in town. She's knowledgeable and helpful and just the best nail girl a girl could ask for!! I am obsessed! I'm not the picky type but definitely notice small imperfections after leaving a nail salon and it will drive me nuts! This will never be the case with Dao. She is meticulous but fast and efficient plus she's so creative! Everyone in the salon was super sweet to my daughter and gave her the perfect sparkly pink manicure. Dao is the girl you have been waiting for. Her micro salon is run just by herself: one table, one pedi chair. You are literally the only thing on Dao's mind and it completely shows in her work. I have never had a better manicure ever, and am beyond loyal to going to her only. She listens to you, she's kind, very detailed with her work, and truly an artist. She genuinely cares about you and the health of her nails. Gel Manis last 3 weeks and SNS up to 5-6 weeks. She is extremely responsive via text and can accommodate the day/time I prefer. Normally, I would keep her a secret, but this girl deserves to grow her successful business. Support your local artist and small business. Had a beautiful dip powder manicure today. It's the beginning of Fall, although it's still triple digits in Phoenix. I asked Dao for Blood red, like an Oxblood red. She developed exactly what I described without me even picking a particular color. She gives the best service. Auntie also gave me my pedicure, which was excellent and very relaxing. The one star is for Dao refunding $20 of the $63 for the poor service that I received. I got a mani and pedi and it was horrible. I had to constantly explain to the lady what I wanted, she seemed as if she didn't know what she was doing!? Also, The shop was dirty and I was in a time crunch and didn't have time to go elsewhere smh. I just wanted a relaxing experience and didn't get that because of the nail tech and cleanliness of the salon. Update: This women had my first post removed because she doesn't want people to share there experience unless it was positive. Dao, that women did not try to fix my nails 5 times, she wasn't accommodating and it was the beginning of the morning so the shop should have been clean. I didn't have a good experience and I can't recommend your nail salon. Stop removing my reviews. read more

I was scheduled for a gel pedicure the staff was nice and accommodating with my schedule but as far as the quality I was not satisfied. The gel lasted 3 days before peeling off I called to get in to fix it and was happy to get in the same day when I got there I was told that there was a portion of dry skin left and that's why the gel came off. I had just got the pedicure 3 days ago so they should have got all that off the initial visit which I was upset about but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after the fix the gel peeled off a week later. I'm really not happy with the quality of work for the price I paid. I've never had that issue at any other nail salons so sadly I do not recommend this place. read more

I recently moved back to Phoenix and I made an appointment for dip powder. I had to wait a little past my appointment time, which I didn't mind. However, my service seemed rushed and it was messy and painful. When the lady (not Dao) was taking off my previous dip, I had to pull my hand back multiple times because she was filing too hard. After she finished, my nails were uneven lengths, shapes, and some nails weren't fully covered with dip. I asked her to fix a few things and she seemed upset to do so. She "fixed" them and honestly they looked worse. I payed Zelle (to Dao) and I always tip (even if service isn't the best) but the lady who did my nails shoved her Zelle information in my face and said "Tip here". I was not going to tip because the service was already expensive and awful, but I felt obligated to. I had to go home and clean up the polish all over my fingers and reshape all of my nails. I usually get them redone every 4-6 weeks but these only lasted about a week and a half. I won't be back. read more

Dao and her team are simply "charming!" I would give them all a 5 star rating for the experience I have each and every time I come in for a visit. The place is super cute, decorated with cute butterflies on the wall and always streaming a yummy cooking channel. Dao is amazing with nails and always has just the right suggestion for the perfect color. "Auntie" deserves a special shout out too. This week I came in with a lot of blisters after a weekend in bad heels, and she took care of me with extra TLC and even sent me out with some special Chinese healing oil. I was looking for a nail salon while I am in Phoenix for a couple weeks. I was attracted to the 5 star rating of Charming Nails & Spa, and they definitely lived up to my expectations! Super clean, friendly, and so talented. I am a horrible nail biter, so working with my nails isn't easy, but look and feel great! They had the newest fall colors from OPI for the dipping powder so I got "Complimentary Wine" color. I thought it would look pretty with a design but I'm not creative so said, do what you think would look best! She did a great gold foil on my ring fingers that looks soooo classy! That is about double of what I normally pay back in Southern California when I go. So I was eager to see what the extra money would get me. I will say this. My technician was really awesome. Sweet middle-aged Asian lady, who was very mindful to make this a pleasant experience. Some pedicure places get a little bit rough with the tools, she was very gentle, and dare I say loving as she was taking care of my feet. Pedicure for sure. I got to brag on the massage chairs. They seemed like they were updated and new. You know those massage chairs where you feel like someone is barely tapping your back? Not this one. This one felt like someone was actually rubbing out the knots in my back. I could have stayed there all day if they would have let me. The basic men's pedicure also included a foot and leg massage.. definitely not long enough, but what a great treat at the end of your pedicure. Bottom line? If I am ever back in Arizona in this area again this is going to be my go-to place to get my toenails done. You definitely owe it to yourself to go check this place out, you will not regret it!

Life got busy and I couldn't get in to get a pedicure! It had been 6 weeks since my last pedicure with Dao but other than the grow out, you'd never know!
