She was not only able to locate every knot I had, but was able to skillfully massage them away with such a strong, intuitive touch that I melted every time she was able to "pop" a knot out from my back and legs. We did a couples massage deal which was $80 per person and then they suggest $20/25 tip per person. You can get Swedish or Thai massage for that deal for 60 minutes. When asked about strength, I asked for light because I'm sensitive but it didn't sounded like that was an option, only did medium to hard. So I went with medium and at times it was often too much and hurt. I did like the use of warm stones. My partner and I get a ton of massages and we left feeling our massages were both just okay.

I came to Zensai Spa with quite a bit of mid-back tension and explained this to my therapist. She did a fantastic job addressing it. My favorite part of the entire massage was actually the compressions she did at the beginning. I'd say she spent a good 15-20 minutes just doing compressions. It felt amazing. Exactly what my body needed. The deep tissue work was also spot on. Deep enough to feel effective without crossing that line into being unnecessarily painful, which, in my professional opinion, is the perfect balance for a therapeutic massage. I'm genuinely grateful to my therapist and kicking myself for not remembering her name. She did an excellent job, and I left feeling so much better. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Zensai Spa.

I have an extremely tense back and prefer a harder style and when her fingers couldn't get in there, she asked if I wanted her to step on my back. I accepted and she was extremely delicate and gradual on applying pressure which was really nice. My girlfriend got the Swedish because she has a sensitive back. She was able to adjust pressure and liked the kneading pressure. It was right down the middle for her experience wise. Price: The menu that says 60-70 (a month ago) on here Is old and it's now 70-80. So that was shocking. Overall: She wished for better rooms and ambience and you can definitely hear the other patrons. Good if you're in the area and don't mind that.

File a Consumer Complaint: Report the business closure and unfulfilled services to the California Attorney General or the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. Small Claims Court: If the amount lost is substantial and credit card recovery is impossible, you can look into filing a small claims action against the business owners, though collecting can be difficult if they have completely shuttered operations. Once you have your stuff, you got the locker room (shoes off) to get changed~ you can either go for the pools and the wet saunas etc or go upstairs on the shirt/shorts to enjoy the heated rooms. I hit the second floor first and spent a good 30 minutes relaxing and sweating it out. There are three heated rooms and one cold room. After that, I headed downstairs to enjoy a good rinse before heading into the heated pool. There was only one heated pool and one cool pool. There were plenty of areas to sit and bathe or stand and shower. This is also the area you can book services for body scrubs etc. there are also a couple of saunas in this area. The pool shower areas also have plastic baskets to hold your stuff, as well as complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Each shower or bathing section also has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The locker room has lockers where you can store your stuff with your assigned locker number. There are also areas to get read with hair dryers and qtips and lotion. Overall, a lovely experience and hope to come back.
