(I'm glad they are listed on Yelp) Simply, I lost a pair of reading glasses bought in Atlanta. And unfortunately, they were my favorite pair, and have never seen them sold at any place before. The hotel told me that they get them from Desert Sunglass! Wow! Lucky me! I was shocked that this hotel (in Atalnta) buy from a distributor in my back-yard. So, I call Colleen at Desert Sunglass to ask her if she can help me replace my reading glasses. Of course, they were lost, and I didn't have a model number..and Desert Sunglass has a selection of thousands to choose from. Colleen asked for me to describe them, but i didn't do a great job. Then she asked if i happen to have (another pair that is similar that I could take a photo of, and send her, she would try to narrow it down.) Well, I did that...and she did her research. After a short time, she found the glasses i was looking for, as well as others that I liked. Because they dont sell to the public, she found a customer that she sells, and sent them to this place for me to purchase. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is because Colleen took the time to communicate, and make sure I was satisfied. All for one pair of $20.00 reading glasses. I mean really. THAT is customer service at its best.

I really appreciated how helpful they were especially given the location was not a walk-in store. Not once did I receive any type of push back for the return.

If I could give this business 100 stars, I WOULD!…read more I genuinely don't think I've ever experienced customer service quite like what I received at EYE-MAGINATION in Mesa. And I don't say that lightly. This wasn't just great customer service. This was the kind of experience that reminds you what it feels like to be truly valued as a customer. I walked into the children's side looking for my 3-year-old daughter's very first pair of glasses and was immediately greeted by Kimberly. From the very beginning, she was absolutely phenomenal. Instead of pointing us toward a wall of frames and leaving us to figure it out, she had my daughter and me sit down together and personally brought over different styles, shapes, and colors for her to try. She took the time to explain how children's glasses should fit, what to look for, and all the little details I never even knew mattered. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care were incredible. She never once made us feel rushed. She kept bringing frames until we found the PERFECT pair for my daughter. She thoroughly explained the warranty, gave us a realistic timeline of approximately two weeks, and even handed me her business card so I could reach her if anything came up. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like. And somehow, the experience only got better. When my daughter needed to use the restroom, Kimberly walked us over to the adult side of the store, where we met the owner, Maureen. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman. She welcomed my two little girls, my mother, and me as though we were longtime friends walking into her home. She shared the story of how she started her business, took a genuine interest in our family, and made us feel so incredibly comfortable and welcome. Meanwhile, Steven began helping my mother look at glasses. The VERY FIRST pair he selected for her was an absolute home run. My mom said she had never found a pair of glasses she loved so much in her life. She loved them so much that she purchased them on the spot! We ended up spending another 20-30 minutes just talking with Maureen, Kimberly, and Steven. Not because we needed anything else, but because these were genuinely some of the kindest, warmest, most compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. What stood out to me most was that not a single person made us feel like we were just another sale. They cared about finding the right glasses, making sure my daughter was comfortable, and ensuring we felt completely confident in our choices. THIS is why supporting small businesses matters. You simply cannot manufacture this level of kindness, sincerity, and personal attention. It comes from people who genuinely love what they do and care about the families walking through their doors. I walked in hoping to find a good pair of glasses for my daughter. I walked out feeling like I had found a business I could trust with my entire family's eyewear needs for years to come. Maureen, Kimberly, and Steven -- THANK YOU. Thank you for your patience, your expertise, your kindness, and for treating my family like your own. You have absolutely earned a lifelong customer. I will recommend EYE-MAGINATION to every single person I know who needs glasses, whether they're 3 years old or 93. If you're looking for eyewear for yourself or your children, PLEASE give this wonderful small business a chance. You will understand exactly why I'm writing this review. Five stars doesn't even begin to do this place justice.
