Cellairis 2501 S. Market St. Gilbert, AZ Fantastic!!! I never write reviews, but for this place I absolutely must. Everyone I came in contact with there was very professional and respectful. (Qualities you don't see much of today). Great service and an awesome staff. I had an old Galaxy 3 that I was going to upgrade. Before I could, my screen broke and nothing was accessible. I wanted to get it fixed so that I could transfer all my contacts and photos. After getting three days of run around by Sprint, and told the part was no longer available, they absolutely could not fix it (even though I still maintained their insurance on it). Sprint was extremely rude and wanted me to buy a new phone without being able to transfer anything. Then I happened to find Cellairis. The first person I spoke with was very respectful and understood my dilemma. He wasn't sure if it could be repaired or not and recommended I speak with the supervisor. I came back at a later date when the supervisor was there. Not only did they have 140 screens in their warehouse but Matt Hull said he thought he would be able to fix it. I was elated. He was very kind and understanding about my contacts, recordings and photos. He ordered the screen and when it came in he had it fixed, up and running within an hour. Now I have a new phone, with all my contacts, recordings and photos transferred over. I have a new carrier (dropped Sprint, not soon enough) and am very thankful to Matt Hull at Cellairis in Gilbert. AVIOD this place at all costs. The "owner" as he stated was VERY RUDE. Did not listen to my questions and treated me like dirt. I spent $250 repairing my phone and bought the bundle. When my phone case broke I went back to get it replaced. The guy was very short with me and condescending with the questions I was asking. I finally asked what the matter was. I asked if I had offended him in any way because I didn't really understand his attitude. His attitude escalated so bad that I asked for the owner. He laughed in my face and said he is the owner and quote "good luck with complaining, I'm the owner, your complaint is worthless"... I has so upset with how he was acting I told him I was calling corporate and he laughed again and made a comment about my weight!! He said quote "you want another cookie with that?".... I did call corporate but they have done nothing about the matter. Essentially they said he will call you to resolve the issue however he has never called. Corporate then told me to call him!!! From the looks of the reviews and my experience with this guy, this so called owner needs to find a new job. So sad about his immaturity and lack of customer service and pretty much manhood. This is not an educated man when he has to comeback and argue with customers over the comment section of yelp, that are only placing reviews of truth. No one goes on yelp unless they had something happen that moves them to make a comment positive or negative. Shame on him for bullying people and telling lies. Man up and take responsibility instead of threatening people. My experience with this guy was not well. He was short, rude and argumentative. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired and if you need to replace your LCD this is most definetly the place to go. I must have called every cell repair store in Maricopa County only to be told that it would cost me over $300 to replace the LCD on my Samsung Galaxy note 5. So I was releaved when I talked to Lance who gave me a discount so my out the door price $270. I also had the pleasure of dealing with both Norm and Chris. All three gentlemen went above and beyond to answer my questions and get my phone fixed quickly. If I ever need another repair on my cell this is where I'm going. read more

I had my screen repaired and all seemed to be in good working order after, however the next day I realized when I talked on my phone the buttons were being pushed as I spoke. I called them and they were quick to realize the problem and told me to come in any time to take care of it. Their customer service was great and Tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure all was in good working order. Even though there was an initial issue the second it was brought to their attention they were quick to back up their repair. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

For some odd reason my top camera keeps breaking and this place is awesome! I have came here 3 times to get it fixed and within minutes it's fixed! their prices are very reasonable and they fix it in a jiffy. They are very kind and sweet. I recommend them to anyone who needs something fixed on their iPhone. They always seem to have a product that I need to get my phone fixed. I'm not very gentle with my products obviously. My phone, an iPhone X, was acting up for a while now to the point of me thinking about just prematurely using my next upgrade. In my last-ditch effort to save some money, I called to see if they could figure it out. The manager AJ told me what he thought it could be and when I brought it in, it was exactly as he said. Quick and fast service from Matthew and Jacob. I was hiking up a mountain with my phone having a great time with my friends. We are were having a picnic at the top of the hill when a pigeon stole my phone and dropped it from an incredible height after we all chased after it. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to quickly discover the issues my niece was experiencing with her iPhone battery and my Android charging port. matt and jacob were so very helpful. i left my phone on the roof of my car and i started and it fell off and of course i have really bad luck so person behind me ran my phone over and messed it up real bad. i decided to give Cellairis a try and they fixed my phone in under 30 minutes. props to both those guys there for that. it's practically almost brand new now ! thanks again for everything. read more

My wife's iPhone 7+ camera glass needed to be replaced and no one would do it. Cellairis did it once before. It had a finger print on the inside after it was fixed. We had lost the receipt and the company changed owners. I took it to get the camera glass replaced and did it for free under the warranty. Great customer service and done in under an hour. read more

Cellairis at this Walmart location is the best!!! Abbey and Mason were super helpful with regard to the best value for phone batteries and accessories! My son works at Verizon and yet I find myself coming again and again to this one stop shop...literally fixed all my issues while I shoppe for groceries. Try it out and see for yourself! read more

I have had the pleasure of working with both Norm and Lance. I had broken my camera lens and lance was very personable and was able to fix it within an hour. A few weeks later my screen shattered and Norm fixed my screen. Both times I had an excellent experience and I plan on referring friends and family to that specific location! read more

Took my daughters phone in to have the screen fixed. A very nice gentleman helped me and also fixed my ringer button on my phone. Her phone took about half and hour. Shopped for a few minutes then picked it up. They were also having a sale on merchandise so picked up some stocking stuffers early. Very happy with the service I got. read more

Mason and Julian were both very informative. The guy that did the work also put our phone back together and you couldn't tell anyone had taken the phone apart, but I forgot his name. The manager is very unprofessional. He talks down to you and has an attitude as if you work for him. I read the reviews and thought to give them a try, but I was mistaken. This place is poorly run and provides supplies which are not compatible for phones. Stay far away from this business! read more
