I've been here a few times now, but deciding to write a review today since I heard a couple of the staff talking about getting reviews and wanted to acknowledge their work. Here is a few of my tips for this location. 1. The lunch rush is INSANE. During the week, be prepared to wait about 15-30 minutes in line for your bowl. The weekends (especially Sunday is even worse, the church rush is no joke). I would recommend coming right after the rush around 3-5 where I've often been the only person there or first thing in the morning, but sometimes not everything is prepped and ready to go. 2. The food is great when fresh, especially the steak, but if you want fresh steak, be prepared to wait or get lucky. They run out so dang quick. The only thing I would say is worth their upcharges though, is the harissa chicken. 3. The service every time is AMAZING!! A lot of them seem to be in college so it gets messy, but they are on it if you're willing to ask. I went in today after church and the service was on par with a lot of the steakhouses I've been to. Good service is so hard to find these days, but not when I've come here. Britton struck a conversation with me right when I walked up, the twins (I don't remember their names LOL) were so quick and responsive to all 3 of my kids and bowls, the cashier was also smiling the whole time and was super quick, and when I had to wait a while for my steak, the guy on grill, Matt, made it fresh and gave us drinks while we waited which was very appreciated because my kids were restless and it was hot. He also came out to wipe down our table and get us ice since it ran out. I've yet to meet any staff member that isn't working their a** off and serving with a smile. I hope this review does them justice and the location continues to improve on speed. I could see this location doing well in the area with the food and service. Will be back again soon! Thank you guys!! read more

Cava is an absolute gem! My recent visit was a delightful culinary adventure that left me craving more. From the moment I stepped in, the inviting ambiance and friendly staff set the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The clean, modern decor adds a fresh touch, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The highlight, of course, is the food. I decided to craft my own bowl, starting with a base of perfectly seasoned saffron rice. The selection of proteins and toppings is impressive, but I couldn't resist the succulent lamb meatballs. Paired with a vibrant array of fresh vegetables, tangy pickled onions, and a generous helping of creamy hummus, my bowl was a symphony of flavors. The star of my bowl was the spicy harissa, which added a delightful kick that complemented the savory elements beautifully. Each ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and high-quality, making every bite a joy. What makes Cava stand out is their dedication to catering to diverse dietary needs. Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, or a meat enthusiast, you'll find something that suits your palate. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you leave both satisfied and happy. In addition to the fantastic food, the service at Cava is top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. From the moment I approached the counter, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello, which instantly made me feel welcome. The cashier was not only efficient but also incredibly attentive. They handled my items with care, ensuring that everything was properly scanned and packed. What stood out the most was their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. I came to CAVA expecting a bowl and somehow left feeling like I had just experienced a Michelin-starred Mediterranean event. Tess on the line was an absolute STAR. She built my bowl like she was Michelangelo and the pita was her Sistine Chapel. Perfect portions, super friendly.Trevor on the grill deserves his own Food Network show. That man was back there cooking like the CAVA CEO personally told him the fate of the company depended on my grilled chicken. Everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked. Give this man the Golden Pita Award immediately. And then there's Britton the cashier, basically the Nick Fury of the CAVA Avengers. Super welcoming, hilarious, and genuinely made the whole place feel fun. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and his team. Somehow he was managing the restaurant, ringing people up, and making everyone laugh at the same time.Tess Trevor Britton = the CAVA Big Three. I don't know what they're getting paid, but add a zero. 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 11/10 team. I'll definitely be back mostly for the crazy feta, but these three are a close second. read more

I had lunch at CAVA, and it was the best meal I've had in a while. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors are spot on. I really appreciate the hardworking staff who prepare each dish with such care, always accommodating my requests perfectly. The only downside is that CAVA is so popular that the line can get pretty long. There were 30 people ahead of me today, but honestly, the food is absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, CAVA is the place to go. read more

The food at this CAVA was great! I am a huge CAVA fan and sometimes the food is subpar, but everything I got in my bowl tasted fresh and high quality. The line was long, but the wait wasn't terrible for a Friday. We had to wait a little bit for the steak, but our cashier, Matt, was super friendly and had a conversation with us while we waited. He also came over right away and wiped our table when we complained about the dirty surface. Thank you for a great meal CAVA! I'll be back soon! read more

The food and staff were outstanding today I came in with my kid and was delightfully surprised of the service, Britton's customer service was amazing, he really made us feel welcomed, Tess was very patient and still helped even when I was trying to call my friend. Always come to this location since opening day. It's a bummer to always have to ask employees to restock on straws lids and juices. Doesn't serve me justice that I have to pay an average of 20$+ for a 1 person meal if every time there is nothing stocked up. This location does nothing to satisfy a customer Definitely a food hazard here. Disgusting read more

Do not come here during high traffic times (especially lunch hour). Complete shit show.. takes 40 minutes to get through the line. Extremely understaffed. Constantly out of toppings and protein. Even ran out of forks... I've been to several cavas around Orange county and only Costa Mesa has fulfilled the standard. Cava please step it up. read more
