Awesome experience and great customer service! The food is delicious always! I am always greeted when I walk in and all the workers are so friendly! read more

Do NOT go to this location! Been going here since they've opened and loved it, but the portions and quality of the food have gone down. Especially when you order anything online. Your best bet is to go in person and make sure they're serving you proper portions. Still good food, but very inconsistent and extremely disappointing. Will not be going to this location, which is unfortunate, because I used to come here at least twice a week. read more

I come here weekly. I honestly feel bad for the few employees that are working. They are under staff for sure! SMH

The service at this location was amazing!! The guy at the counter serving me, Sam, was super friendly and handled the portion sizes very well. I will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

Save your money ! Small portions and not real Mediterranean flavors / all hype no reward

Food is delicious. Service sucked. They messed up the online order completely. These guy need to work on their attention to detail.

The service is nice but every time I come they are out of something. It would be nice if there was more prepared for the day

I really this location of Cava. They're nice and efficient with their works and most times good with the portions. The ambiance is nice too. read more

One of the better Cava around. It's clean and staff is friendly, especially Myles. Myles helped me and even gave me some suggestions. Loved my bowl!! Definitely will come back to this location. read more

The food is genuinely good and the ingredients are Fresh. But please management ORDER MORE STEAK. I have been to this establishment 3 times and you guys are out of steak every time. It seems odd considering the up charge that the steak also adds to your total revenue. Its a real bummer to not have all your menu available. read more

Horrible customer service. They ran out of two kinds of rice. The employee rushed me and there were no napkins or utensils. I will be shopping elsewhere! read more

Food is always so tasty! The garlic sauce is the best and I tried the pita chips for the first time and they are delicious! Thank you for the good service and great teas. The cucumber mint is fantastic! read more

9/28/25 Krista at the Fullerton location at Brea was amazing! There was a long line and she expedited her team, orders, and was friendly while doing it! Please send her this recognition! read more

Half of the food items were missing and the chicken was very dry. Worst experience I've had at Cava. My bowl was not full.

I used to go to the Cava in Brea every week. Then it turned into every couple weeks. Now, after today's visit, I will never come back. First off, The Chicken and Steak quality has been declining over the last 6 months. Today, the chicken looked and tasted burnt, I get better quality chicken at El Pollo Loco. Also, the employee named " Kyliee" was extremely rude and made it seem like it was my fault to ask for more super greens, considering the first portion she had put into the bowl was kids meal size, it was laughable. Every time I've ever came into Cava, It seemed like most of the staff was unhappy to be working there. They were Always Slow, Non energetic, and just flat out Rude ... When compared to a place like Chik fil-a or even Chipotle. To top it all off, The portions of the toppings they put into your bowl is something that should be put in a comedy movie. Today I was given 2 pickle slices when I asked for pickles..... in a bowl the size of a frisbee. If you want good Mediterranean Food, go to Olive pit. That's it. Cava quickly went from my new favorite fast food restaurant, to somewhere I would never enter again in just under 6 months. That's a new Record. 0/5 read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS BREA LOCATION. Always out of Steak and Chicken, Read the past reviews as the manager can't manage and continues to run out of Steak, Chicken and Cucumbers several days in a row Thursday 7:30 pm sign on the door they are out of steak. I get up to the counter and they have no more chicken, yup waste of time in line. Ok I go Friday the next day at 7:45pm No Steak and no cucumbers at all. If I wait 15 min I could get only one of the cucumbers as the mixed cucumbers they were not making. Monday 645 pm again and I get up there and no steak. I spoke with someone who said they were the manager and I asked what's going on and was told they are cutting hours and nobody to prep food as they were just as upset as it's an ongoing problem and was about ready to quit. Nice person but extremely frustrated not having all the food almost every day and not just meat but cucumbers etc . I asked what's the store manager's name and was told that they can't give out that information The staff wear name tags but can't give out the managers name as I can see why because they can't manage. Brea has been open several months and still can't figure it out. I haven't had this issue at the Whittier Cava. You can only contact corporate via email, gee so professional that they don't care to hear good or bad about our business experience. Then they said they would give me credit but need to have an account with them Really?? You want all my information to sell for crap service??? Look In-N-Out Burger has never run out of anything From meat to napkins yet Cava advertises a meal you can't get even after 3 tries and it's not like I showed up at closing but how many people couldn't get their order as 3 people walked out with me. Cava doesn't Care, Cava Corporate doesn't want to be bothered as they just respond with a canned email. Don't waste your time in line. I'm not the only one that has been here when they don't have steak or chicken. The staff is great But the management has no clue how to manage and would not make it at In-N-Out Burger just down the street. Explains why this place is below 4 and 5 at 3.7 One because the building was standing I gave them two weeks to make it and they have done nothing so here comes their review. read more

The Chipotle of Greek food! Very good, but will add less next time. Ordered a bowl with Gyro meat. Very good. Enough for two meals!

Mia was an excellent help describing and recommending items I'd like. She allowed me to sample the harissa chicken and it was FAR juicier and more flavorful than I expected. The restraunt was clean, portion sizes were generous, and food quality was nothing short of fantastic. 10/10 recommend! I'll be returning. read more

Portions here are ridiculously small. I think they gave me less than 1/2 a cup of rice. I'll stick to the one in Whittier from now on.

The customer service was great even though it was busy. I appreciate the quickness once you get to the front of the line. Cava is great and I'm so glad to have one in La habra. The food did not disappoint, it hits EVERY TIME. read more

So good! My friend brought me here saying I gotta try it and they were so right. The food has so many good flavors and quality ingredients. The staff was super friendly and helpful, too. The store is small, but there was plenty of seating outside. read more

Wanted to try this place for a minute because it looks so good and i've seen it everywhere now! I went to the Brea location last night (by starbucks) and I give my experience a 3/10 only because the cashier was trying his best and I appreciate him. He was struggling and the rest of the employees stood around talking and the "cook" was on his phone. They were out of basically everything and at the end when I asked for pita chips the "cook" said they were "out" because they were closing soon even thought it was 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. I get it maybe he didn't want to turn the fryer on and wanted to go home but c'mon what happened to 10/10 customer service :( I'll try to give this place another chance just maybe a different location. read more

Awesome food, Britton was super helpful! Love coming here, everything I've tried so far is so good.

I'm a huge fan of Cava and was super excited to try this location since i live in Placentia and don't have to drive to Anaheim Hills anymore. I placed a mobile order and was ready when I arrived. Once i got home (10 minute drive) i opened my bowl and was very disappointed in the portioning and quality of the food. I asked for lettuce and spinach but only got spinach (probably why my bowl looked so empty). The Falafel was so dry and even crunchy. So disappointed, guess i'll have to wait to try the Fullerton location. read more

Service in this location is great. They are usually very busy but all the team members are working hard with a helpful demeanor. Our last mobile order they were out of steak. They offered another option and then refunded us for the up charge. Highly recommended. read more

Ive had yelp for 6 years and never written a review. I've gotten food here 3 times. My girlfriend loves the place, as the food is actually good, although she hasn't had the misfortune of physically going inside. Honestly the food isn't good enough to deal with the small portions, shit service, and a delusional wait time. First time ordered on Postmates, and it took over an hour and my lamb bowl only had 3 lamb balls in it. They also didn't include any of the pita we ordered. I chalked it up to being busy and an error on Postmates side. Second time, I ordered for pick up. The wait was an hour, but the website didn't state a time until after I paid for the order. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes at the store after my designated pick up time. I decided to speak to a worker, and after ANOTHER 30 minutes I finally received my order. I get home, and the 2 paid side orders of pita are missing AGAIN. Third time. I was passing by and noticed only about 7-8 people ordering/waiting, so I decided I'd stop in this time. The line took over 45 minutes. I order 3 sides of pita and pay for them again. I see the cashier put a bag inside my bag, and he hands it to me. I ask if this is everything, and he says yes. So I figured safe to assume all 3 pita are there. I get home and what do ya know, missing 2 fucking pitas. Y'all are ass I'd rather deal with chipotles inconsistent portions than a guaranteed waste of time and money here every single time. read more

Tried different meals and they were very tasty but the online ordering system needs to be fixed. It said the wait time was 15 minutes and 30 minutes later I received my food. Would have been a lot faster waiting in line. The online system needs to be able to give realistic wait times or allow the employees to update it because there is no way to cancel and it put them in the rough position of upset customers. read more

Food is good and staff tries their best given how few there seems to be at busy times. The main issue is their pick up service. The app gives a wait time that is not at all accurate so often times the wait for the food is much longer. I just think the location should be mindful of having enough employees during the busy lunch hour. read more

Went there for 1st time. Food was ok but had a hard time choosing what i wanted since it was my first time. They'll need to train their staff little better explaining what the menu is. I am not a young generation with good sight and had a real hard time reading the ingredients because they were in just fine prints. They keep on saying the name of the ingredient, not explaining what those are with an pretty unpleasant attitude. Don't know if i want to go back. read more

You will wait an hour and a half for food if you order through the app, I would not recommend this location

So happy to finally have a Cava nearby! After a long day of dealing with guests at work, I was looking forward to my bowl. The line was long but the staff was efficient and kind. However, upon requesting for extra protein and being told i woujd be paying extra, the portion of extra was not there. I was astonished because if im going to be paying extra for extra then I better get that extra. Other than that, cava never not hits the spot. Ate. Left some crumbs. ‍ read more

Very good experience and very clean! Will be coming again, the service and food were amazing! Mary the manager was really helpful!

Fun new restaurant in town! Smiling faces behind the counter and healthy options for those who care. Well done!

huge shoutout to Joshua R, Riley, & Alex i placed a group order via doordash for a corporate team having a lunch meeting and it was cancelled due to system glitch.. had to disturb the meeting to ask everyone to resubmit their order.. when doordash cancelled a second time, i decided to drive up to cava to place the order in person. 12 various bowls/pitas and they were beyond friendly about it. i know it wasn't easy to juggle during the lunch rush but it really meant a lot that they accommodated my complicated order so quickly. it wasn't ideal but they made it happen with a smile. thanks cava, brea read more
