Horrific customer service. I placed and order on the CAVA app for delivery. Two bowls- both arrived incorrect and a pack of pita chips. I drove to the store for my order to be corrected. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Prior to noticing our orders were incorrect we ate 2 pita chips. The manager, Augusta, charged us for an entire new order of pita chips with the corrected order. The remaining chips were returned so I was forced to pay for 2 orders because Augusta didn't look in the bag. Theft of the customer. Disgusting. She needs to be fired!!! read more

The falafel pita was quite good although not the Israeli type I love. The staff is clearly new and sometimes seemed confused about the order but the store just opened and my food came as ordered. Their unsweetened ice tea was fabulous. The earlier reviews stated that the bowl portions were wanting, and while I did not order a bowl the ones I saw looked full. I shall return. read more

Ordered through Instacart app. Another worse experience. I love CAVA once I learned it's close to me I was excited. I've ordered several times and every time it's jacked up.. I pay for double portions and get less than a normal. I love the lamb meatballs but every time it never fails they charcoal burnt but pink dam near raw on the inside. I never receive the free pita bread the toppings are scarce. The bowls I order are dam near $20 a pop but I get ripped off every time. Sad to say I won't be ordering again unless I'm out of my area where I can physically see the food. It's shame. I thought they were all the same like mirror each other. Why is this one different. Why they burn the meatballs here but not one other store does. Y'all got do better. Loosing business is not a good look I'm sure. I don't know if training is needed or what. Consistency is key. Terrible location. They clearly aren't prepared for a rush. Why are you out of everything?? They were out of lamb so I opted for the harissa chicken. Paid extra for that! Went here while visiting family in the area. The staff is extremely rude and ghetto. Everyone I interacted with seemed to have an attitude if you don't want to work there then don't apply for the job. They should go apply to McDonald's if they are going to act like this. Everytime I go in there I come out disappointed. Get your workers happier seriously. Also push your concerns to corporate as a manager or fail... This location is going to have a huge diversity and turnover problems that are ongoing. Nobody ever checks the standards if this type of work. I am not a college student and I'm tired of paying for college student portions, I don't have money to throw away or time to fix food and I come here and get basically crap every time. This cava is pretty new. I know myself and a lot of other Baltimore residents were excited to see when they opened up in the heart of canton. The workers here started off pretty nice and attentive and over time got super lazy. A lot of them don't greet you and they don't prep any food. The rice is burned 7/10 times you come. They're almost always out of a minimum of 2 proteins each time I go with no care in the world of prepping. It would be 2 in the afternoon and there's no falafel for the rest of the day back to back. And you can tell it's them simply being lazy workers. The managers are horrible there as they don't care either. They honestly need completely new staff of at-least new managers to get the current staff in check. Worst service at cava I've ever experienced and it's a nice area so I know we all expect better read more

I've been to a few CAVAs and this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. First, the employees are just hanging around in a corner even though there was a long line. I was immediately spoken to in a condescending manner when there was a small misunderstanding with my order. Also when the employee was scooping protein into my bowl another employee angrily muttered that they were putting too much into my bowl. They wouldn't provide a cup for water. Even though the food was decent the customer service was terrible and embarrassing to the brand as a whole. read more

Cava is great usually but this location is terrible. They are consistently out of items . Every time I've gone (always at lunch time) they tell me they're out of pita. I had a craving for falafels. Gave this place a try. Boy, did I regret that decision. It took them 50mins to make two falafel wraps, and the falafels were salty, dense, and soggy. Certainly NOT CRISPY!! I ask them to omit the brine soaked pickles, but it was still extremely salty. Too few falafels in the wrap and the quality of the falafels left a lot to be desired.
