Door dashed order and portions were ridiculously small. Had a tablespoon of chicken. I ordered 4 orders of pita bread and they forgot to include it. Won't order again! read more

this cava on 9140 Woodmore Center Dr Lanham, MD 20706 United States is amazing they made my pita chips fresh to order! The staff is so friendly and amazing!! I will be back read more

The falafel pita was quite good although not the Israeli type I love. The staff is clearly new and sometimes seemed confused about the order but the store just opened and my food came as ordered. Their unsweetened ice tea was fabulous. The earlier reviews stated that the bowl portions were wanting, and while I did not order a bowl the ones I saw looked full. I shall return. read more

CAVA - Falafel, partially eaten, quite good. - Salad Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Horrific customer service. I placed and order on the CAVA app for delivery. Two bowls- both arrived incorrect and a pack of pita chips. I drove to the store for my order to be corrected. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Prior to noticing our orders were incorrect we ate 2 pita chips. The manager, Augusta, charged us for an entire new order of pita chips with the corrected order. The remaining chips were returned so I was forced to pay for 2 orders because Augusta didn't look in the bag. Theft of the customer. Disgusting. She needs to be fired!!! read more

This location has very inconsistent protein potion sizes. Tired of paying protein prices for essentially a veggie bowl. Will never return to this location. read more

i know i'm gonna spell her name wrong but Shardnay (so sorry) was the kindest human to me. She had such a positive attitude and really made my day. Our interaction made me cry in the car she is such a caring person. I can't wait to run into her again read more

Great job, Food is good Vegan friendly Tasty And they are Allergy Friendly Best part read more

Worst cava. Terrible experience every single time. They never have all the ingredients. Slow. And over all just bad.

Food is ok, but the place could be cleaner. They charge extra for everything-a cup of water, beans and avocado (which they should). Jo da pricy for fast food. read more

You have to come to the CaVa on Boston St (Canton)...food fresh! Best experience! The team there was DELIGHTFUL!!! Courteous and friendly! Mos Def coming back read more

Terrible location. They clearly aren't prepared for a rush. Why are you out of everything?? They were out of lamb so I opted for the harissa chicken. Paid extra for that! Just to realize once I get home & open it up it's someone else's bowl. CAVA is already expensive as is so to pay more for something I didn't even receive is crazy. And I tried to call to see if they could rectify the situation and nobody picked up. Just horrible. I will not be going back. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Went here while visiting family in the area. The staff is extremely rude and ghetto. Everyone I interacted with seemed to have an attitude if you don't want to work there then don't apply for the job. They should go apply to McDonald's if they are going to act like this. I frequent cava a lot in my home town and this location is nothing like the ones in my area. The food is not the same quality I didn't even finish my food it was so nasty ( I honestly should've asked for a refund for the attitudes alone) these employees needs better customer service training read more

Everytime I go in there I come out disappointed. Get your workers happier seriously. Also push your concerns to corporate as a manager or fail... This location is going to have a huge diversity and turnover problems that are ongoing. Nobody ever checks the standards if this type of work. I am not a college student and I'm tired of paying for college student portions, I don't have money to throw away or time to fix food and I come here and get basically crap every time. Edit because I'm in food service as a job. I do the same type of work so I know the feels but come on guys you gotta be kidding me. I've never seen such serious teenagers in my life. That line is sad. Plus premium topping chargers when you're out of half the stuff is crazy. read more

Ordered through Instacart app. Another worse experience. I love CAVA once I learned it's close to me I was excited. I've ordered several times and every time it's jacked up.. I pay for double portions and get less than a normal. I love the lamb meatballs but every time it never fails they charcoal burnt but pink dam near raw on the inside. I never receive the free pita bread the toppings are scarce. The bowls I order are dam near $20 a pop but I get ripped off every time. Sad to say I won't be ordering again unless I'm out of my area where I can physically see the food. It's shame. I thought they were all the same like mirror each other. Why is this one different. Why they burn the meatballs here but not one other store does. Y'all got do better. Loosing business is not a good look I'm sure. I don't know if training is needed or what. Consistency is key. I'll take a ride if I want CAVA. This home store that's so close sadly aint convenient. read more

Worst location. Dont even bother placing your order ahead of time. Itll never be ready and you might as well just get in line to place the order. read more

This cava is pretty new. I know myself and a lot of other Baltimore residents were excited to see when they opened up in the heart of canton. The workers here started off pretty nice and attentive and over time got super lazy. A lot of them don't greet you and they don't prep any food. The rice is burned 7/10 times you come. They're almost always out of a minimum of 2 proteins each time I go with no care in the world of prepping. It would be 2 in the afternoon and there's no falafel for the rest of the day back to back. And you can tell it's them simply being lazy workers. The managers are horrible there as they don't care either. They honestly need completely new staff of at-least new managers to get the current staff in check. Worst service at cava I've ever experienced and it's a nice area so I know we all expect better read more

Shada was awesome she showed me everything I needed to know about what's in the dressings.i just knew garlic dressing was dairy, it's NOT

They just keep getting worse, last time no avocado and they ran out of the harissa dressing for the bowl. Today it's 10:50 and doors still closed...guess they don't want our business. read more

Absolutely bad service and below average food. No utensils or paper napkins in the store. I can't give them more than 0.26

Veggie was short. No spoons. Less quality. I won't recommend it. The staff is not friendly. Maybe this outlet is normal for central Baltimore but not for me. other cava outlets are good. read more

I've been to a few CAVAs and this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. First, the employees are just hanging around in a corner even though there was a long line. I was immediately spoken to in a condescending manner when there was a small misunderstanding with my order. Also when the employee was scooping protein into my bowl another employee angrily muttered that they were putting too much into my bowl. They wouldn't provide a cup for water. Even though the food was decent the customer service was terrible and embarrassing to the brand as a whole. read more

As others have said - portion size was super small. Smaller than any cava I've been to. Disappointing. Flavors were on point though.

I love this place now!! the manager name Mr. tray have GREAT customer service also the cashier name donnell & audris was very helpful to me as well FOOD was amazing btw read more

The chicken in my order was raw and disgusting. The quality of the meat was poor compared to other Cavas I have been to. Waste of money. read more

CAVA - Raw chicken - Salad Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

It's 8:30p and they close at 10p and no food was available. It just seemed like they didn't want to service and shut down early so they could get out on time. Not too sure the managers or corporate would be happy about that. 6 of us wanted to be served and could not be at 8:30. read more

Fresh food, amazing ingredients. Enjoyed the lamb pita bread. Also tried chicken bowl, both were great.

Cava is great usually but this location is terrible. They are consistently out of items . Every time I've gone (always at lunch time) they tell me they're out of pita. Even when they aren't out of an item they forget to put it in to go orders. Staff who work there are generally unfriendly. read more

The flavors are amazing as per usual, however this location really skimps on the portion sizes, even more so if ordered as delivery. Such a shame. $17 w/o tax for my double helpings and yet this bowl is half full. Will keep going to Anne Arundel location since they hook it up! read more

Probably the worst CAVA in the city. Slowest and weakest customer service and terrible cleanliness.

Very slow service. The food area was very messy as seen in the picture. Not much for the average customer in terms of food but a health nut would love this place. Girlfriend liked it but not me. Ambiance was fine. Nothing special. Like a super sterile and depressing chipotle. read more

My gf and I go to the Canton CAVA regularly at the end of the night after work. Drove 38 mins to this Cava on a Sunday evening, and they did not disappoint. Service was great, and food was even better. The staff was very nice! 10/10. Highly recommend coming from a DC native read more

I had a craving for falafels. Gave this place a try. Boy, did I regret that decision. It took them 50mins to make two falafel wraps, and the falafels were salty, dense, and soggy. Certainly NOT CRISPY!! I ask them to omit the brine soaked pickles, but it was still extremely salty. Too few falafels in the wrap and the quality of the falafels left a lot to be desired. This was my first, and last, experience with Cava. Boo! read more

Always such a great experience coming to cava. The service is excellent and they are so quick to helping you. The food is amazing and I will definitely keep coming back! read more

Food Taste better than other places that's for sure. And the staff are not rude and actually pay attention to their customers.

Always out of toppings after 3pm. Ordered online and they sent me a bowl with two ingredients when I ordered 11. I hate complaining but this location is always inconsistent. The last time they told me they were out of dressings at 12:30 in the afternoon. read more

Friendly staff, good portions, delicious food! most chains are unreliable, but this cava location never disappoint.
