Toreadors and Whole Beans vs Refried. AMAZING!

I've lived in Longmont Boulder Lafayette and now back to Longmont. This location had a few previous incarnations and this latest one has been here now for awhile but I have not been here. IT IS EXCELLENT and much more for your money than another restaurants new location in town. I'm so impressed. Wow, a whole bowl of beans instead of refried beans is unheard of and the tostadas were perfect and incredible because I love love love a simple tostada!! Service was Great!! +bit was Just Me!! Yep!! Leftovers for sure!! $47 before TIP! You can spend that on Drive Through Food!!

We have been here a handful of times and every time it's been great. The atmosphere when you walk in is fun and relaxing. The host seats you patio or indoors not much of a scene outside but it's nice on a beautiful day. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The waitress know their drinks and what's in them. My husband loves the oysters I believe they said they are freshest on Monday's. Couple times we found little pebbles nothing serious but they could have been cleaned better. The drinks are very delicious they have quiet a variety which we love they do have bar seating not a lot but enough. Everything is clean when we go bathrooms an all. Food is great as well not amazing but still tastes good little in the quick easy making then the take your time flavors if you know what I mean. (Canned items) we will keep going there it's still a nice place to have some drinks and eat some food.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Red salsa was more like tomato sauce, requested habanero Salsa which was much better. Chips were average with most any though not compatible to those actually making them. Had the steak burrito, too much sauce smothered it giving a soggy texture and basically blended with the sauce lacking flavor. Not a fair comparison but don't expect much if you're coming from Texas.

The best of the best in Longmont in regards to Mexican food and strong drinks that would knock even the Chupacabra out after a few. Super friendly staff and most are bilingual which is awesome. Some of the best food I've ever had, no joke! The dishes are so well made, huge servings, and so fresh. For starters try the queso dip. It's served on a sizzling fajitas platter with chorizo mixed in and I swear it made me closer to god. Any of the main courses are ideal, and there are so many things to choose from. The chicken dishes are so damn good! Everything is good! They also make so many awesome margarita options, make sure to explore the menu to see them all before ordering. Can't wait to go back to this place due to the friendly staff, amazing food options, and great ambience. Vámonos!

This place was great! Super clean, very attentive staff. My boyfriends coke was never empty so he was pumped! Great chips and salsa- just a hint of spicy with good amount of cilantro! Queso dip is yellow, I prefer white, but it was yummy. I got lunch enchiladas, beef and chicken and the enchilada sauce was spot on! Will definitely be back!

Tequila's has become a go to when I need to get a Mexican food craving out of the way. Since new ownership the restaurant always appears to be clean and cared for. I've never really had to wait long to be seated. There's usually always a booth open. The food is good quality and the prices are reasonable. A family of 4 can enjoy a good meal that doesn't cost a fortune. The staff are all kind and try to do their best to serve you well. Gracias Tequila's!

First time coming to this restaurant.. service was friendly. Great food ! Normally when I eat Carne Asada in other restaurants it's dry but here was a complete different experience. The meat was juicy and cooked just right .. I loved it. It's not cooked too much that by the time it got to me it's to dry. Definitely coming back! My family had different plates but they all liked it. The Mojara dish was great, cooked exactly like my dad likes it. Dessert was pretty good as well .. especially the churros.

We made a reservation a couple hours before our arrival and it worked out great. Even though it wasn't super busy, we had a table waiting for us on the patio when we arrived. Our server was excellent. I think her name was Lucy. She did a great job explaining the menu and daily specials. She gave some solid recommendations and made sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. Our group started with the Rhode Island Calamari. Very good - no complaints. For entrees, our group ordered the Fish N Chips, Tuscan Chicken, Steak Frites, Mahi Fish Tacos, and the daily special which was a Surf & Turf. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The mashed potatoes which comes with some of the entrees is seriously so good - some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've ever had. The fish with the Fish N Chips was excellent. Both parties who got the Tuscan Chicken raved about how good their dish was. The fries were very tasty as well. Honestly everything was good. The only criticism was the Steak which came on the Surf & Turf was a tad over-cooked than requested. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Cake and the Crème Brûlée. Again, delicious. I would 1000% come back if I lived closer. Yes it's a bit pricier than your typical chain options, but I felt the quality of food and service was worth it.

We were all shocked to see the change in the breakfast potatoes... the au gratin potatoes have always been delicious and so unique to anything else at any breakfast/brunch spot in town, so when the plates arrived with fried potatoes you can get anywhere else, it was disappointing. The same dish we have always gotten, the Monte Cristo, was lackluster today. When we mentioned the potatoes the response from our waiter was "yeah that's been a common complaint"... which makes it obvious that we weren't the only ones who have brought it up and asked about the change. The service was decent and the food was good, but none of it compared to what it has been in the past. Oddly enough it was also quite empty for a Sunday at 10AM when were used to seeing it packed in there. Perhaps others have noticed changes that are less than customer-centric? Why make such a change to a staple item which then makes the meal no different than what I can find elsewhere for less money? We ordered appetizers of smoked trout dip and baked scallops. Both were tasty. Main courses were duck and fresh catch of the day which was trout. The trout and the veggies served with it were delicious. Whipped parsnips, roasted carrots, snap peas and spinach topped with a nice filet of trout. This place is small but very cute on the inside. Make sure to notice the ceiling fan. They have a large outdoor patio too.
