A very cute and fun spot for a group hang or a date. There's plenty of outdoor space at Johnson's station and apparently some space to work upstairs and a "camper bar". Would love to check those out! There isn't a space like this on Longmont right now, and for the second day of business, they seem to be doing a great job. Service was attentive. Burgers were solid. My drink was also good. Fries probably needed to be fried at higher temps (they were oily) and I would've loved a toasted bun on my burger. The ice cream was delicious, but I'd probably just go to Sweet Cow given the price for a small scoop. I would definitely come back, especially with a group.

Wow!!!! A brand new gem...and I'm serious. What a fantastic patio, great beer, selection, and a fantastic cheeseburger... A righteous start to a weekend! Sophia, the general manager made sure everything was spot on, and it was. Kudos to the staff!

The best vibes can be found here! I enjoyed everything from the views, to the seating, the drinks and the food! My favorite alcoholic drink was the mojito with mint foam! But also, you must try the coffee-infused tequila! Since they had just opened at the time the service was a bit slow but our food was hot and fresh so I didn't mind!

We made a reservation a couple hours before our arrival and it worked out great. Even though it wasn't super busy, we had a table waiting for us on the patio when we arrived. Our server was excellent. I think her name was Lucy. She did a great job explaining the menu and daily specials. She gave some solid recommendations and made sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. Our group started with the Rhode Island Calamari. Very good - no complaints. For entrees, our group ordered the Fish N Chips, Tuscan Chicken, Steak Frites, Mahi Fish Tacos, and the daily special which was a Surf & Turf. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The mashed potatoes which comes with some of the entrees is seriously so good - some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've ever had. The fish with the Fish N Chips was excellent. Both parties who got the Tuscan Chicken raved about how good their dish was. The fries were very tasty as well. Honestly everything was good. The only criticism was the Steak which came on the Surf & Turf was a tad over-cooked than requested. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Cake and the Crème Brûlée. Again, delicious. I would 1000% come back if I lived closer. Yes it's a bit pricier than your typical chain options, but I felt the quality of food and service was worth it.

A bit dry as well. Unfortunately none of the entrees was as hot as they should have been. Burrata was excellent and thanks for having Oysters. The wine selection was very disappointing. Not even a dozen wines. No one enjoyed the Tuscan Sella Antica we ordered. Two wines from Paso Robles which is odd given how small the list is. Service was excellent. (Female, dark hair, short).

It's mostly about the service, not the food - to the point that I've come in multiple times and not been served and had to go somewhere else to find a meal. It's one thing for the place to be popping and servers to be a little too busy for attentive service during Miss Jessica's drag trivia. It's another to be unable to find any server anywhere around 2 hours before close when there is nobody in the restaurant. The food I've had has been fine, but nothing notable and a couple of the fried dishes the table shared at trivia were pretty greasy. I will keep trying every so often and hope things turn around for them, but it's not on my list of places to send people or bring friends who come to town.

So expectations were never high and thought it would be a tourist trap, yet, I wouldn't call Longmont touristy. So one day my wife and I got take out. Honestly, I was surprised. The food was fantastic. I don't remember what we got that time but it was memorable enough that we said we should go there for drinks and dinner. So a few months ago, not really craving anything particular and fresh off a hike but starving we decided to give it a try. Blown away. Food was exceptional. I got the salmon which is basically ordering fancy chicken at a restaurant. It was delicious. And the risotto was absolutely incredible. Service was great. When we asked what the server recommended he didn't give us a run around and say "well everything is good". He gave concrete recommendations and nailed it. Great place to go especially with family. Seems like it's a lot fun too

The inside is a little bit divey in feel but more upscale than your typical dive bar. They had tons of seating, and I saw next to a fireplace because it looked cozy (it was). The server was quick to take my order even though it was pretty busy in there (was rush weekend I think for the university?). I had the tin man HH cocktail because my server said it would be the most floral (has elderflower in it) and I quite liked it! Was very refreshing, not too strong. Aside notes: the bathrooms were quite clean. Parking was a little chaotic, some is paid parking and some is free 2 hour. There are only a couple spots right in front, I had to park a few blocks down but it was in 2hr free park by another small business that was closed for the day. I didn't have any issues there. Overall thought this was a fun little bar in Boulder with good happy hour drinks, I would def come back :)
