The happy hour portions are generous and the service is very good. Also a quiet location in a neighborhood with a nice, happy ambience.

We have eaten here many times, and love the food and atmosphere , but I will be honest in that our experience tonight started off quite poorly. We made a reservation over a month ago and yet, when seated, we were told that we had only ONE HOUR to sit there, and would then be moved to the bar, because they had too many reservations and would be busy. Excuse me?! Not our problem. We enjoy dining ... including cocktails, appetizers, dinner, dessert, and after dinner drinks, and we spend a lot of money to DINE and enjoy our food. Thankfully we were never asked to move, but it was not a good start to our evening. It created underlying tension that we were not welcome, and we felt rushed, during our entire dinner. Visiting family in Boulder area, we met there for dinner. Food was really good, ordered: salad, fries and Brussels for starters to share with the group. I had lasagna for dinner, was good and ate the whole portion with the house wine. Service was not quick, we had to get up to ask for service several times. Dessert was great! Cream Brûlée Parking was a nightmare, parked in the lot on the side and was approached by a person from the gym next door that told us he owned that spot and we had to move. No signs or information anywhere indicating that was posted. We moved and had to park way far away. Really upset one member of our group who said he would never come back because of that incident. read more

We came on Valentine's Day and I kind of wish I hadn't come on a holiday for my first experience here. Food came one after another like they were pushing us out while we waited well over a half hour between drinks. It was kind of a bizarre experience. Food was alright I guess. Our party thoroughly enjoyed our double date night out! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Steak Frites, and our waitress went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate my preferences to the chef. It came out perfectly. When I tell you this place has the best steak frites.... I mean THE BEST. The steak is cooked to absolute perfection and the peppercorn sauce is to die for. We go here very frequently and the staff is friendly and attentive, ambience/atmosphere is great, and food is delicious. Not to mention they have great happy hour. Some our favorites in addition to the steak are the chicken marsala & paccheri pasta (which I frequently crave, pic below). Oh, and ya can't beat a $10 burger night on Wednesdays :) read more

Well, this may be the best food in Longmont. We enjoyed their Happy Hour all evening on a Monday night and got the oysters and two cocktails. The oysters were perfectly creamy. We also got the Wedge Salad, Salmon, and Steak Frites (with Truffle fries--these are a MUST!). All the flavors are bright, delicious, and honestly crave-able. Service was friendly, food was fast to come out of the kitchen, and the ambiance was comfortable. Pretty sure this will be my regular nice-night-out restaurant! read more

This is a cozy place with a pub-like atmosphere, but quiet. My cocktail was perfect and the Brussels sprouts appetizer was really delicious. The mains were appreciated by all and the presentation was professional and attractive (I had the mahi mahi tacos which were very good). The service was friendly and fast. I will return...it was an excellent meal, but I must note that the mains took quite a long time to reach our table. It seemed that the kitchen must have been swamped. Nice atmosphere for a date. We sat in the lounge at a low top. The service was consistently good throughout our visit with regular "stop bys" to see if we needed anything else. Good happy hour selection, both appetizers and cocktails. I ordered a Rosemary spritz mocktail, which I really enjoyed. We ordered the calamari and brussel sprouts appetizers. I'm a fan of brussel sprouts and I really liked the preparation so would order again. The calamari was unremarkable so would try one of the other options. read more

We went on the Wednesday $10 burger night. The place was jumping and we had a reservation, which I recommend. The noise level was high. We each ordered a cocktail, Old Fashioned and Manhattan, and they were perfect. For the meal we ordered 1/2 dozen oysters (very fresh), the burger special with fries (excellent), crab cake (not ready for prime time) and a Caesar salad (fresh and authentic). Our server was friendly, attentive and informed. We're looking forward to trying several of the other menu options. The Den on 11th is now on our list of regular stops. read more
