What a picture perfect unobstructed 5th floor view of Longmont and the surrounding Rocky Mountains from these windows! We sat at the bar and had the best Gin & Tonics and their special Dirty Martini: Chopin vodka, dirty, extra shaken, not stirred, bleu cheese olives. Possibly THE smoothest martini ever! The bartenders were friendly and noteably attentive. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at The Den on Eleventh. We were in town for a graduation…read moreand this was the pre-graduation dinner before the big day. We made a reservation a couple hours before our arrival and it worked out great. Even though it wasn't super busy, we had a table waiting for us on the patio when we arrived. Our server was excellent. I think her name was Lucy. She did a great job explaining the menu and daily specials. She gave some solid recommendations and made sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. Our group started with the Rhode Island Calamari. Very good - no complaints. For entrees, our group ordered the Fish N Chips, Tuscan Chicken, Steak Frites, Mahi Fish Tacos, and the daily special which was a Surf & Turf. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The mashed potatoes which comes with some of the entrees is seriously so good - some of the best restaurant mashed potatoes I've ever had. The fish with the Fish N Chips was excellent. Both parties who got the Tuscan Chicken raved about how good their dish was. The fries were very tasty as well. Honestly everything was good. The only criticism was the Steak which came on the Surf & Turf was a tad over-cooked than requested. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Cake and the Crème Brûlée. Again, delicious. I would 1000% come back if I lived closer. Yes it's a bit pricier than your typical chain options, but I felt the quality of food and service was worth it.

Overall was good, not great. Would give it a 3.5. The Steak Frites was the star; best in Longmont…read more The Lasagna was interesting; very meat driven and not as cheesy and gooey as I like. A bit dry as well. Unfortunately none of the entrees was as hot as they should have been. Burrata was excellent and thanks for having Oysters. The wine selection was very disappointing. Not even a dozen wines. No one enjoyed the Tuscan Sella Antica we ordered. Two wines from Paso Robles which is odd given how small the list is. Service was excellent. (Female, dark hair, short).

Ask about the passport - you can get your "countries" stamped as you try different dishes, which adds to the experience. The owner was very friendly, and it looks like they host all kinds of events, including drag brunches and live music. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time. We'll definitely be back - this place is a whole vibe!

It's mostly about the service, not the food - to the point that I've come in multiple times and not been served and had to go somewhere else to find a meal. It's one thing for the place to be popping and servers to be a little too busy for attentive service during Miss Jessica's drag trivia. It's another to be unable to find any server anywhere around 2 hours before close when there is nobody in the restaurant. The food I've had has been fine, but nothing notable and a couple of the fried dishes the table shared at trivia were pretty greasy. I will keep trying every so often and hope things turn around for them, but it's not on my list of places to send people or bring friends who come to town.

So expectations were never high and thought it would be a tourist trap, yet, I wouldn't call Longmont touristy. So one day my wife and I got take out. Honestly, I was surprised. The food was fantastic. I don't remember what we got that time but it was memorable enough that we said we should go there for drinks and dinner. So a few months ago, not really craving anything particular and fresh off a hike but starving we decided to give it a try. Blown away. Food was exceptional. I got the salmon which is basically ordering fancy chicken at a restaurant. It was delicious. And the risotto was absolutely incredible. Service was great. When we asked what the server recommended he didn't give us a run around and say "well everything is good". He gave concrete recommendations and nailed it. Great place to go especially with family. Seems like it's a lot fun too

We were greeted almost immediately and presented with drink menus. Our server answered questions about what the drinks tasted like to help us decide as well. The drinks were VERY good and reasonably priced while not cheap, I didn't feel gouged either. This will definitely be on the return list on our next trip to Boulder.

The inside is a little bit divey in feel but more upscale than your typical dive bar. They had tons of seating, and I saw next to a fireplace because it looked cozy (it was). The server was quick to take my order even though it was pretty busy in there (was rush weekend I think for the university?). I had the tin man HH cocktail because my server said it would be the most floral (has elderflower in it) and I quite liked it! Was very refreshing, not too strong. Aside notes: the bathrooms were quite clean. Parking was a little chaotic, some is paid parking and some is free 2 hour. There are only a couple spots right in front, I had to park a few blocks down but it was in 2hr free park by another small business that was closed for the day. I didn't have any issues there. Overall thought this was a fun little bar in Boulder with good happy hour drinks, I would def come back :)
