We had 4 guys ready to help that had never put a pool up like this before. I am so glad we found Luke and his business!!! This team is amazing! They all have their jobs and they are a smooth working machine! They are knowledgeable and very professional. We were informed by the manufacturer were we got our pool it would take two days to put it up with 5 guys. After watching Luke and his team, we would have never got the pool up level...... Luke and his team came in around 7:15 am and was filling the pool before noon!!!!! We couldn't be happier with their services. We will use them EVERY time we need a pool put up or a liner replaced. We highly recommend Giant Pools to everyone!

They never informed us that they don't do electrical until that day either. After our pool was installed we called because we could see some bulging in the bottom and we were told to just dig out some more of the dirt from underneath. Overall they installed the pool but communication could be better. We were left after installation to figure out how to get the job finished.

We worked with Mike during the construction portion, then transferred over to Chandler for all service issues. Our Salt Chlorinator started to malfunction just outside of our warranty. Best quote out of 5 companies, showed up 48hrs later after the bid was signed and had the whole pool done in TWO days with NO issues...I'm still in shock! I was told by the other companies it could take up to a month. No down payment up front, no up-selling for things I didn't want or need, basically no BS, just an honest man running a great business, I was impressed. Antonio kept in contact throughout the whole job and he has an amazing team who have transformed my 20yr old pool back to beautiful again. Call them, you won't regret it!!!!

Not only is this the most worthless pool contractor in the greater Sacramento area, he is also perhaps the least professional person I have ever dealt with in my life. I can't believe the 4.9 stars he has on Yelp. They must either be fake reviews or he likely bribes people to write them. We needed someone to replace the tiles and plaster on our wading pool. His terrible, slow and disjointed communication from the start should have been the first red flag. Finally we manage to schedule a date to remove the old tile and plaster. His team shows up late, removes the plaster and tiles, and leaves without telling me. Now the fun part....they never came back! I called and texted for 4 days with no response. When I finally texted back to say that I assumed they had abandoned the job, he texts back in 5 minutes saying that "his phone had been broken." As an added bonus, his incompetent crew damaged the structure of the pool by jack hammering the old plaster off. Now I get to pay the new contractor extra to repair that before I finally get the new plaster on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INEPT AND INCOMPETENT BUSINESS UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING HOURS OF YOUR TIME AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

So I was patient with our pool person when they informed me that the owner/manager would be coming out to do the cleaning of the leaves. I waited 3 weeks for someone else to come and clean the leaves, no one showed up. My pool had leaves for close to a month, I had had enough. Service was pretty average, I would not recommend this company for the service and the lack of communications.
