He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need.
