    Best steak also!

Thank you Darwin for the greatest dinner we have had in a long time. My Palermo Macaroni Bake was the BEST pasta dish I have EVER had. The balance of the fish, noodles and cheese was perfect in every way. The steak was epic, too! Superior chef. Superior service. And perfect finish with the chocolate duck. Thanks so much!

Desserts are more than just a sweet treat, they bring joy and happiness to our lives.. And all that joy & happiness, has made Chocolate the #1 preferred dessert ingredient, in the world today. And for moi, The Peabody nails it with the White Chocolate Peabody Duck. It's filled with dark chocolate ganache, swimming in a river of raspberry coulis. The tippy-top best Chocolate dessert in America today, as memorably scrumptious as it is beautifully presented. A Celebratory masterpiece. Last Year, we Celebrated Christmas here, at the Peabody, with the Legendary Chocolate Peabody Duck. OuiOui. And yes, it was a VERY special occasion & celebration of achievement indeed. Sir Hubbers & I had just closed on our 3rd home & there was only one "Celebration Treat" on our Christmas lists.. "The dark Chocolate filled, white chocolate Peabody Duck dessert." Both our #1 favorite, superb in every way, a Dark Chocolate ganache Peabody Duck Christmas we will never forget. OuiOui. While we were there, we also had the blackened salmon salad and the peabody burger, which are also both excellent. The whole place was a celebration we will never forget, decorated so beautifully for Christmas, with artfully designed Gingerbread houses & whole villages made of sugarplums all around, the French champagne was flowing.. I also love the cappuccinos here, they present them in a terra cotta mug which keeps them nice & warm as the exceptional service & southern hospitality. There is no other place like the Peabody. If you find us there, you will always find us Celebrating, Celebrating life, Celebrating a day to remember, a day to cherish, a day to never forget. A celebration with the "Peabody Duck," the icing on the cake of life. Our #1 Celebratory dessert in America. Added to moi lists of "Top 3 desserts places." Highest Recommendations.

Wow! Starting with the butter board's unique presentation and flavorful butters and mustard and ending with a delicious custardy creme brûlée, this was an absolutely stunning dinner with each course being memorable. The filet was cooked to perfection- tender and well seasoned. Our server was friendly, funny, and hospitable. The peach sour with peach rings will be a drink I will find myself craving!

The tables were cafeteria type with no ambience. Not luxurious at all. Our server was not informative at all about the food or drinks. He said the soup was chicken and beet, but it was actually chicken and bean. He gave us a complimentary dessert of chocolate mousse because he never brought my second drink. The molded chocolate part of the dessert (the duck) was good, but the mousse was too thick. The texture made it seem to be a few days old. We each had the steak and pork tenderloin combination. The pork was not good. The steak was good. There were two shrimp which were good. We both still were hungry. It just wasn't enough food. The service was poor. I love foreigners, but this person could not speak English at all

We came for Christmas dinner, and I was pretty underwhelmed with the food. But, the location and service were great. This is located inside the famous Peabody hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, especially around Christmas time. We parked in the parking garage across the street, but we could have valeted. The restaurant wasn't busy in the slightest for a 5pm reservation. The decor was extremely out dated with chips in the table and average looking dinner plates, nothing fancy. It was $80 a head for a fixed Christmas dinner menu, which I thought was extremely expensive for the quality of food. There was a soup, salad and bread bar that was unlimited, but everything from here was just ok. I didn't like the fact that you had to get up and wait in a buffet like line to get these. For my entree, I got the seared halibut. The fish was delicious by all means. Cooked very good and was moist. The risotto had onions in it, which was a very odd taste for me. Again, the presentation lacked here for a fancy Christmas dinner. My family all got the steak, which they all said was great. For dessert, there were three mini cake options. I really only liked the lemon one. Yet again, presentation let me down. Our waiter was amazing. He was always checking in with us and made sure we had everything. I just thought that this was very underwhelming for the price and the fact it was Christmas dinner. I don't think I'll ever be back.

Classic grand hotel dining ambience and classic restaurant serving staff- met all expectations. Waygu steak was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. Waiter's wine suggestion complemented the steak well. Glad I splurged and will return.

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The Mediterranean Pizza was a favorite. We swapped chicken for shrimp and it still came out perfect. Crust was great and it needed no changes. The Sea Bass Wrap was light with a slightly sweet, creamy sauce and the fish was seared beautifully. The Sea Bass Fish Tacos were refreshing and delicious with a pineapple salsa that was subtle and not too citrusy. The fruit on the side was very fresh. The Peabody Burger was thick, juicy, and seasoned well with a cute duck branded bun. Fries were good too. The staff was very polite and our server was phenomenal. She checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience all around.

We had an expensive brunch at Capriccio's. The service was top notch as was the tableside biscuit with butter and jam. I had the crab cake which was generous and meaty portion without the fillers, served with fried green tomatoes. The entree was waffle and fried chicken, buttery and soft waffle served with season and breaded chunks of chicken. The meal ended with a tower of chocolate, raspberry, and banana desserts. I had coffee which was flavorful and bold. The food was delicious and service was attentive. The Bellini was a disappointment, as it was champagne and peach syrup, instead of peach juice/puree. Overall a nice experience and tons of food. I brought all the desserts and 3/4 of the waffle and chicken with me to enjoy as a second meal.

Banana walnut cake - the icing was so wonderful

My husband and I visited for brunch on a Saturday and we honestly had a wonderful time! We started with biscuits that I thought would be super dry but they were perfection! I think the butter they brought with it was a honey butter, I can't remember, but it was so good with it. We were offered different toppings and I chose lemon curd and I'm so glad I did. The lemon curd elevated a snack into a DISH! It was wonderful and our waitress told us they make the lemon curd in-house. (Made me appreciate it all the more.) My husband and I both got coffee which was pressed and left at our table. Loved. That. It was smooth and we both enjoyed it. Loved that we didn't have to wait for refills either. (To be fair our waitress was amazing about refilling our waters - it was always full thanks to her.) For our first course we both chose the southerner. The fried green tomatoes were very flavorless but the deviled eggs packed a punch. They were oddly sweet though. I feel like we could've ordered something better but it was all fine! Second course I got the seared salmon and it was exactly what I wanted and was delicious!!! Crispy on the outside and soft and perfect inside. Flavor was great. My husband got the skirt steak and the gnocchi. His steak was DELICIOUS and flavorful but the gnocchi just fell flat and felt like nothing more than a filler. My husband said I won the ordering that round! And for the final course they brought out a dessert tower. The cheesecake was wonderful, the banana walnut cake surprised me by being delicious, but the chocolate shooters were a let down with not a whole lot of flavor. Overall, our experience was great! We love trying new things and don't mind paying a "premium" to adventure out of our comfort zone. This experience was worth the gamble, in my opinion. This meal wasn't super cheap but in addition to your meal you get the atmosphere of the historic Peabody. Could they lower the price for the offerings? Probably could. But thanks to our super great waitress & great kitchen staff we had a fun time. To me, this brunch is worth checking out! Especially if you're staying at the Peabody!

I went to brunch on a Saturday for a friend's birthday. The atmosphere is like a walk back in time (in a good way). I talked through the pristine lobby to get to the restaurant entrance. I enjoyed the self-playing piano on my way in. The duck theme was tasteful. I had the coffee and matcha tea (both delicious). The biscuits came with an assortment of spreads. For course one, I had the smoked salmon, which was good but would not be for those who do not like lightly cooked Salmon. For course 2, I had the salmon as well. It was well seasoned. I hardly had space for dessert! I chose the macaroons. They were good. The service was pretty good, considering we had a large party. It's a great place for an intimate affair.

Nice restaurant in The Peabody. Had the veal Marsala. It was flavorful, but sweet, which was surprising. I would not order it again.

The aesthetic is really well done. It's warm, modern, and just a place you actually want to hang out in for a while. The staff were great and super helpful, especially when it came to working around a few syrups they were out of. They offered substitutions without any fuss, and it honestly worked out for the better. All of their syrups are made in-house, and you can really taste the difference! They're fresh and not overly sweet or artificial. We ordered a Bourbon Mocha and a Carrot Cake Latte (which was absolutely to die for), and decided to keep breakfast on the lighter side with a slice of sourdough and two cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls, though, are not your typical style. Instead of the usual big, fluffy roll, they spiral the dough tightly and bake it that way. The result is this super fun, peel-apart situation where you're unraveling layer after layer. It feels like there are eight layers of cinnamon-sugar goodness to work through! Overall, Hustle & Dough has great coffee, thoughtful house-made syrups, unique pastries, and a really welcoming vibe. Definitely a spot I'd go back to next time I'm in Memphis.

The eggs in my eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly and they used a regular house-made biscuit that soaked up the egg yolks perfectly. The food however was honestly meh (in my opinion). I got a creole dish and to be fair my dish looked beautiful. The plating was 10/10 but the taste for me left something to be desired. After eating this dish I questioned if I even like creole sauce because it really just wasn't that good. If this is a preference issue, I honestly don't know. I also thought the charcuterie appetizer had a weird mix of items on it from club crackers, to meat and cheese, and random veggies. Not bad but just kind of a weird mix. My husband ordered the salmon and he said it was good, not the best he's had but it was good. Other friends of ours got the white fish among the many other dishes. I did have a salad with these apples on it which was incredibly yummy. I will say though my dish looked amazing some of the other dishes were not plated well. Not to nitpick but to want to be considered a more upscale restaurant which means charging guest more money than say a local Applebee's then knowing how to appropriately garnish or drizzle sauce to elevate at plate is important (see my picture of the chicken dish).
