I can't say much that hasn't already been said here. The guys were more than jolly, never stopped, and were reasonably priced. Only one thing was damaged, but that was more due to the piece being old and unpredictable, and it has already been fixed. Nothing was a problem for them, including a change in plans as far as what we were having them move. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them next I move. read more

My daughter clued me into Can't Stop Moving. They were truly the best, most mindful movers we've ever had (and we have moved a lot). They were fast, careful, and skillfully packed the truck so everything made it safely. They also plastic wrapped my sofa and mattress so they would stay dry in the torrential rain storm that coincided with moving day. I'd use them if I were you. read more

I chose Can't Stop Moving based on their stellar reviews here and I'm happy to add to the pile. Johnny, Dan, and Ike were a pleasure to work with. Our stuff was well handled by a team that obviously took pride in their work. They got the job done very fast despite the fact that we weren't as well packed as we hoped to be by the time they arrived. They even set up our bed right away in our new apartment so my pregnant wife could get off her feet! :) It was an awesome experience and I'll be calling Can't Stop Moving next time we move. When you're shopping for identical services or products, the difference is in the personal customer service touch and my moving team excelled in that regard. Thanks Again! read more

These guys are amazing! They had the large and heavy contents of our house in their truck within 18 minutes! Door to door with a move from Ballard to Northgate was done in 1 1/2 hours and that included having to hump the contents from their truck on the street to our apartment almost a block away! Super nice guys and respectful of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I contacted Eric with my concerns (long moving time, putting the crib together incorrectly), and he emailed me back with a sincere apology and offered to make it right. He refunded me a portion of the moving fees and personally came out to my new home and put the crib back together. He let me know there were some personnel changes at CSM after some experiences with one of the people assigned to my move. Business done right. I will absolutely use these guys again in the future, and may do so soon (dump run as well as a small facility move). If their company gets it wrong, they do everything required to make it right. By far the best company I've reviewed on Yelp. read more

Yup, these guys were on point yet again. And Malcolm was one of the guys from before and he remembered how they brought in the couch. They did break a cheap lamp, but reimbursed me in the form of a very fair discounted final cost. The guy who broke the lamp didn't accept my tip and told me to give it to the other two guys...class act. Definitely going to use these guys again. read more

was so happy with the quick response, and had a great experience on move-in day, had all my large furniture (plus some extra boxes they didn't quote me on) moved more quickly than expected. very professional and careful, no damage to anything they moved. i would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely would hire again. tip these guys well! read more

I've only had exceptional experiences with CSM. In 2013, they moved me into my current home across Seattle. I can't remember anything from the move, except that it was fast, painless, and unmemorable. Most recently, I hired them to move a treadmill from Redmond to Seattle. The price was half of what other movers requested, and they were really nice about my missing their voice mail that they were arriving early and making them wait a few minutes. As far as I can tell, the treadmill arrived in perfect condition. read more

I have used this company twice and they are the best! They are always on time, efficient, and careful with your belongings. Most recently I had to move a one bedroom apartment's worth of stuff into two pod type U-Haul boxes and they packed the pods up securely and expertly. They did a much much better job fitting everything into the limited space than I could have ever done myself. They have a great system of using three people to conduct a move. Two people are always moving things into or out of the truck and the third stays in the truck and arranges everything. So, basically, once the contents are moved out of your home they are all ready to get going and move everything to your new place. It's a fast and efficient system. I have recommended them to my friends and their experiences have likewise been wonderful. We have actually had long conversations about what a great company this is and how their employees really embody great customer service. Price-wise they are very reasonable. The team that moved me was Dwight, Ike and John and they were wonderful. p.s. I think this is my first Yelp review ever. They are so good that I just had to share. read more

I bookmarked Can't Stop Moving a few years ago after a difficult move. No one likes to move and the thought of doing it myself again wasn't pleasant. I thought to myself, gee, the reviews for Can't Stop Moving are so good I must see for myself! They are incredibly inexpensive, efficient and prompt. I called them and heard on their recording the option to contact them via their website. In a matter of just a few hours the owner replied and set me up for a reservation at a convenient time. He quoted for 3 movers and an estimated time of 3 hours. The move took 2 hours including the drive time from my old place to my new place. I was very prepared for the move so that probably helped. The movers asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture and put my bed together. They rearranged my living room furniture after I decided the initial set up wasn't to my liking. The three movers were very pleasant. I highly recommend these guys for any move. I added the cost of the move compared to what it would have cost to do it myself and it was well worth the extra $100. I don't know what an appropriate tip is but I gave $20 a person and they were each appreciative. read more

I've moved three times in the past three years, and Can't Stop Moving is by far the best experience I've had. These guys are FAST, careful, respectful, and have definitely earned their 5-star rating. I hired them based on their positive reviews and I'm happy to add my own. I asked for a quote for a full pack and one without packing, hoping that I could come in somewhere in between (trying to save a buck here and there by packing some small items myself). They assured me that even if I made a reservation based on a full pack, it would be no problem to do work myself ahead of time and let them know before the move date so they could adjust the crew size if necessary. For our two bedroom townhouse, they sent a group of 4 movers, which is more than I've had on any of my other moves (where the other companies only sent 2). They were able to split off into different rooms and get the remaining packing and loading done faster than I've ever seen. When they arrived at the new house they unloaded and reassembled the furniture even more quickly. The best part: the final cost was *significantly* less than the original estimate. Part of that is due to me knocking out a time-consuming room like the kitchen myself, but the final cost was even lower than their without-packing estimate, even considering that they did pack a significant amount of items. These guys are the definition of under-promising and over-delivering, and if I ever have to move again, Can't Stop Moving will have the job. read more

William, John, and Michael helped me with my 1 bedroom apartment move across town. They were extremely efficient and it was done in under 3 hrs with all my things entact and undamaged. As part of my move, I also donated some items. I informed Can't Stop Moving that I wanted to do this when filling out their online move information form and their team made it happen. read more

8/2014 Update: These guys are absolutely the best. We have now used them for approximately six different moves. They have moved our piano three times and did so with the utmost care. Can't Stop Moving truly lives up to their name. They showed up early for every single move we used them for. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I used these guys for the first time a few days ago and I will use them again in the future! They quickly responded to my online quote request. They showed up early on the day of the move. Moving is stressful, no matter what, but there were some issues that occurred during mine which didn't line up with the expectations I had based on the glowing commendations from fellow Yelp reviewers. Despite the issues, I am giving Can't Stop Moving 4 stars. After explaining my concerns to Malcolm, the owner (Eric) called me within 15 minutes. I ran through my concerns and he was absolutely AMAZING. To be honest, I was flabbergasted by his generosity. Like I said, moving is never a particularly pleasant experience, but I would definitely use Can't Stop Moving again. All-in-all my stuff arrived at the location, the guys were pleasant, and unlike other movers none of my furniture arrived broken beyond repair. Honestly, I felt a lot better just speaking to Eric - he really seemed to care - but he truly went above and beyond. The customer service alone makes this a company that I would be happy to use again! read more

Overall wonderful experience! Brandon, William, and Michael were helpful, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I've never hired movers before, and now I know I will NEVER LOOK BACK. Best decision ever. These guys are freaking awesome. I moved from Ballard to Captiol Hill and they got all my annoying furniture and poorly packed boxes into their truck and over to my new place in one trip, and it only took them about two hours for everything. Guaranteed that would have taken me at least a day. Not to mention they are totally nice, patient with my dumb questions and unnecessary directions, and um... super cute dudes. Oh, and they have a really cute dog! Really, there was no downside to this situation. Add in the fact that they are very reasonably priced and I ended up spending about $80-100 less than I calculated I would (including tip, and these guys deserve a good tip)... like I said, best decision ever. read more

Excellent! They were on time, they had 4 people to do the move, they moved quickly and no damage was done to any of our furniture or either house. I can not say enough good things about these guys. We had recently relocated and had a moving list from our previous movers (grrr), instead of making me fill out a new inventory list, I was able to provide them with all the info (less than 6mths old). And they brought an extra truck, which we did need. Hire these guys! You will not regret it. read more

Want to hire a moving company with honest, genuine, polite, upbeat, fast, motivated and focused movers? These mover guys are the real deal. Seriously, they really defined what a HONEST BUSINESS is all about. Polite, professional, glittering ethics. Alex, Jensen, and Eric came to move furniture and boxes from the storage unit to bring over to the apartment. They were very careful while carrying boxes marked "fragile." They moved/handled the furniture as if they were their own belongings. Amazing. That's a RARITY in hiring a mover company-- I've had plenty of really crappy movers in the past: Guys with missing teeth, overpriced, horrendous BO, reeking of cigarettes, sloppy and aggressive with furniture, etc. Okay back to the point... Alex, Jensen, and Eric are seriously...the BEST. The cost is very reasonable too. I'd definitely call them up for the next move! Again, I may emphasize: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

I wish I could say that I don't move a lot, but it would be a total lie. Usually I huff it with a bunch of friends that I've bribed with pizza and beer. However, I'm too old now. So, I needed to move with short notice from an apartment to another apartment with no elevator. Hiring a mover feels like going to the mechanic for me. I'm never sure if they are telling me the truth, if the quote will be "remembered" and what the time frame will really be. My only other past experience with movers was from Los Angeles to Seattle and I will kindly call that a freaking catastrophe. So, from the first time I emailed I was met with professionalism, timeliness, complete courtesy and unending patience for my 342 emails asking "what if" questions and scenarios. They may have been laughing at me in the back office but I'd never know if from the excellent service I received. I found them by a google search. Their website was easy to navigate. The quote was as accurate, and I got a cash discount and the extra yelp advertised discount. There were 3 young guys with one huge truck, way larger than was needed so there were definitely not going to be an extra trips! They sized up my pile of stuff, gave me a time frame they thought they would be done and got straight to work. They were unbelievably fast and accurate. None of the boxes were even scratched it seemed. They wrapped my mattresses so they wouldn't get dirty, padded the things that needed it and when delivering read all the labels so that each item was placed in the right room next to the right wall so I wouldn't have to haul things back and forth. They even put my bed back together. I don't recommend many services..food yes, services no. However, this company is a safe, reliable one that will take all of the stress that they can out of your move. I know I will be moving again, gypsy that I am, and you better believe they will be hired again. read more

Excellent management, I spoke with Eric and he genuinely cares about his customers and their service!

On a friend's recommendation, I called Can't Stop Moving (CSM) to help with a short-distance move (First Hill to Capitol Hill, less than a mile). I got a response to my on-line form submission right away: my stuff would take about 2 hours to move, which is their minimum. I had a couple of other questions to revise my initial estimate. CSM was always quick and friendly to reply. I boxed up everything I could on CSM's recommendation: anything they have to box up keeps the clock running longer. On my moving day, a balmy Saturday, I got a call from CSM that they were running early so they ended up at my apartment about 30 minutes _before_ their initial start time. They worked quickly to move my boxes and furniture into the truck, then met me at my new place and worked with me to move everything into place. They were professional and efficient the whole time and they finished right on time. CSM bills a travel charge of half the time taken to drive to and from Bellevue, but the cash discount they offered cancelled that out. Overall I am very happy with the service I got from CSM. I've been unpacking my stuff and it's in great shape. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who can do the packing and boxing ahead of time. read more

We hired them to pack and move all of our things. They did everything efficiently, the price was great, and everything was moved safely and neatly into our new home. Later we needed some help with our washer and dryer, and I had no idea who to turn to. Plumbers were too expensive, appliance experts would only do the hook up but refused to move the unit in order to hook up the unit. Then I called these guys back, and they were happy to do it at a very affordable rate. I also give extra props to Malcom, the customer service rep who answered the phones. He was so nice on the phone, helpful, and got back to me in a timely manner! read more

I've moved several times throughout my years and always hated dealing with hiring movers to help me do so. However, I needed to do so, to move from the north Seattle to downtown Tacoma. I read the reviews in Yelp and decided to use this company. Boy I am so glad I did! They arrived on time, was professional and courteous. They were cool, seriously. They were fast! I was worried about the move to address to a much older building, with barely an elevator, but they took my 3 piece sectional up the stairs - no sweat! Oh and the cost - what I was quoted w/ the cash discount. No surprises and no B.S.! Seriously, if you need to hire movers - HIRE CAN'T STOP MOVING! BTW - this is my first review EVER on Yelp! Thanks Guys Angel read more

Though we had some "hiccups" so-to-say with Can't Stop Moving, I'm happy to write an updated review based on how things were handled following my past review. Upon writing my past review I quickly received a phone call from the owner, Eric. He was very professional and handled things promptly and professionally. He apologized for the situation and took full responsibility. He then fully reimbursed us for the repairs we had to have done and even more than doubled what we had to pay for the repairs. He more than made up for everything that had happened. One thing specifically I think is worth mentioning is that the employee who the bad attitude is no longer working with them. Not because of my review but rather he had gotten "burnt out" on the job and left some time ago. I think anyone can understand how that is. All in all I'm very pleased with how everything turned out and would even consider hire-ing them again if need be. read more

These guys rocked. They knocked out my move in less time than estimated whiched lowered the price by 1/3rd of the estimate. They were on time and ready to go from the moment they arrived. They wrapped all the furniture in blankets (that they provided). Everything was unloaded to the right rooms and reassembled, and nothing was broken/damaged. I'll be using CSM for my next move as well! read more

We had Brandon and his team handle our move, and I can't begin to explain how great they were! Quick, efficient, friendly, and creative when it came to problem solving. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to anyone!! And they came in under budget by about $400!! read more

The gentlemen at Can't Stop Moving were helpful and attendant from the start. I called a few days in advance of my tentatively planned move, desperately hoping they would have a time slot left for me. Sure enough, they were able to accommodate me, despite being slammed. They were very cheerful and polite on the phone, and even gave me some advice for intelligently shopping around for competitive quotes. Not deceptive or self-serving in the least. They called me three times during the day of the move to confirm the time, and even to ask if they could show up earlier than originally scheduled. But then there was a bit of a hiccup. Eric came around the corner to greet me, but his partner was missing. Eric explained that Alex sustained in injury in the job prior to mine. However, as a young, healthy male I suggested we could reach a compromise. I would assist in the labor and we can negotiate a new price (which, by the way, was already quoted as the most competitive of the moving companies I surveyed.) Eric apologized profusely but I insisted that this would be fine. Really, the only thing that kept me from moving myself was that very few pieces of furniture fit into a four door Sedan comfortably, and I lacked able bodied friends. So this worked out perfectly. Despite my amateur bumbling on my end of the furniture, Eric worked with enthusiasm and energy. We got everything down my apartment building's cramped elevator and staircase and into the truck, and back up into a room into a house. He even helped with odds-and-ends like arranging the furniture in the room once it got there. The whole time he seemed totally pleased to be helping, even though the circumstances were somewhat of a problem. He could have backed out at any time because of his partner's injury, but he didn't. It was the end of the day, he was visibly tired, but apparently nothing could stop him from completing the job. And to top it off, without me asking, he apologized again and then offered to discount the original quote since Alex was unable to make it. I started the search for moving services somewhat anxious, both about the quality of the work, and the price. My budget for things that I can almost do myself is very thin. But the guys at Can't Stop Moving do an excellent job. No dents or scuffs on the walls or furniture, and no rudeness of any kind. Exactly the opposite, in fact. They go well above and beyond the call of their work in customer service, and offer very competitive rates. I'm pretty well settled on giving these guys my business with my next move next year. read more

BEST. MOVING. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I have moved a zillion times, including New York City to Seattle moves, as well as within NYC moves. All of them were horrible in comparison to the service I got from CSM. I started my moving research by emailing several companies with good reviews... CSM was by far the lowest. They also provide a 10% discount for paying cash and have a yelp coupon for $100 of service for $50 bucks. They were very prompt with their email responses and always responded within 12 hours, if not sooner to all my emails. In addition, I wanted to use Eco-boxes which they provide. I got a lower quote from another eco-box company and they matched it (both price and rental time) to keep my business. That's awesome customer service right there. The box drop-off was easy peasy - they were able to accommodate whatever time and day I wanted. Also, originally they dropped off the wrong number of boxes but remedied the situation by bringing over the 5 missing boxes PLUS 5 extra for the inconvenience. Pick up was just as easy too. As a side note, there is no contract, no deposit - super simple. I will say that this made me nervous that they would not show up, charge me more, etc but that never happened and based on their reviews, I doubt it ever happens with them. The move itself was fantastic - I had a 3 man/truck team - they were super efficient and very very nice. PS - ladies, they were cute too. They kept me entertained during the move with chit chat and jokes which was awesome. In my new place, they were happy to move my furniture around to my liking even if it meant more work for them. They handled everything professionally and as one user mentioned, would trust these dudes to move my grandma. Nothing was broken, cost was spot-on, and will definitely recommend them to my friends. USE THEM!!! read more

We can't say enough good things about Can't Stop Moving. The three gentlemen who helped us move from our Ballard apartment to our Fremont townhome were professional, communicative, friendly and positive. They were thoughtful about how to best transport our stuff, super careful with our fragile boxes, and made sure to put towels and mats down around our home when it started to rain during the move. We enjoyed working with them, and will 100% hire them if we decide to move again. 5 stars! read more

Doing a follow up review. Note: I wasn't present at the actual time of moving; but my boyfriend was, and he could not stop raving at how QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY everything was done. The movers were SUPER nice! (Sorry, I forgot the names... I'm so terrible with names and directions.....was it Marcus? SORRY!) I digress, the movers were nice and quick.... and finally; the thing that just hit the spot? My final price tag. I.could.not.have.been.HAPPIER. Thanks guys! You really should hire "Can't Stop Moving" for your next move. It was a breeze working with these guys. I quickly got a response when I requested services and got the date I wanted. They arrived promptly at the appointment time. I gave them a tour of the house, what needed to go, what was delicate, etc. And they went to work! We were moving a 3-bed townhouse to a 3-bed house, so it was quite a bit of things. They completed the job in 4 hours flat. I'm giving them 4 stars since, though they were awesome, there were some dings and scratches on the walls in the stairwell. I can't blame them too much, as the stairs are on the tight side and some of the furniture was bulky, but I also know that we were able to avoid it ourselves when we originally moved it. Other than that, they were great! read more

Moving sucks, but these guys made a lot better than it could have been. I used these guys for a move from Seattle to the Bay Area. Right from the start, the customer service was excellent. They were very fair on the price and, unlike the national moving companies, they gave me an exact pick up and delivery date just two days apart. United and Atlas both gave me 2 - 15 day delivery windows! Three guys worked extremely hard to pack our house, and got it done faster than I thought. The unload was tough work in very hot weather, and they did great once again. Not a single thing that they packed broke, and not a single box got lost! Thanks guys! read more

We recently hired Can't Stop Moving to help us move our furniture and larger items a short distance to our new home. They responded quickly to our request for a quote, which was helpful because we had a deadline to meet. We worked hard to move our smaller boxes out ourselves and prepped for the big move, including making pathways for the movers, bagging up our mattresses, etc. They were able to complete our move in just over 4 hours, including having to dismantle and set up the furniture. After they finished, they cut their price significantly because it took a lot less time than we anticipated. What a nice outcome! Everyone knows that moving is expensive, so we really appreciated that. We're already recommending this moving company to our friends. read more

Believe the hype. These guys are the real deal and I couldn't have been happier with my recent move with Can't Stop Moving. These guys were fast, responsive, careful and took attention to detail. We had a fairly big/complicated move and CSM made it seem like a breeze. We moved a 3400 sqft home with lots of fragile pieces to a condo and storage unit. Nothing was broken or damaged. Process was smooth. And the moved was completed in 2 hours less than estimated. I've hired movers before but CSM has been the best - by far. Reasonable prices, fast and diligent. Can't beat that. I DEFINITELY would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I hate and dread moving. The thought of donating, cleaning, packing everything and not forgetting anything give me anxiety. I used Can't Stop Moving twice in the past 3 years. They are definitely pricey, but they are consistent, professional and polite! The guys are very gentle with our items, but able to move very efficiently. None of my items are missing or damaged. I hope not to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I will be using Can't Stop Moving again. Thank you for making the moving process so easy for me! read more

Can't Stop Moving provided the best moving experience I have had yet. I never had movers show up on time (and this was no exception) but unlike my past experiences these guys actually called me and told me they would be 10 minutes late. Once they showed up everything went smoothly. These guys were serious about getting everything moved and fast! Between loads I would see them sprinting to get back up stairs to grab more things. They were even able to easily maneuver out a large couch that barely fit in the apartment when I moved in. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the job Can't Stop Moving did. I would definitely recommend them. read more

These guys are amazing. My husband & I used them to move within Seattle and can't say enough nice things. We had very little furniture, a lot of boxes & suitcases. Our two man team - Nathan & Malcolm - finished the move in less than 2 hours, so quick & efficient. Everything was handled to our satisfaction. They even kept chatting with us through the move, making it feel like carrying big cardboard boxes filled with heavy stuff was a breeze :D If we move again (I hope not in the near future), we'll be sure to use them again! read more

AMAZING! They were friendly, but not in a scary hey-are-you-living-here-alone type way. Courteous, but not ass kissing or smarmy. Careful. And honestly, they did NOT stop moving. It was one of the first hot days of the year. I have stuff hanging out of boxes. I have a death trap of a basement. These guys did the job in an hour less than the time Eric quoted me. And it's because they moved FAST. They literally ran sometimes. I'm terrible with names (if you read this and drop me a note I'll correct them!) but I think it was Dwight and Jessie and a third unknown hero who actually negotiated a ton of my stuff out of the basement, sacrificing his head on a light bulb for the cause. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They were so awesome that I tipped them $60 and felt cheap. read more
