Not only was the quote and scheduling process super easy and straight forward compared to other places I called but the entire service was beyond expectations. Juan B. and Damon showed up a little early but they called me several times to communicate where they were at with their earlier appointment and even once they arrived we were still scrambling to put the last few boxes together but they got straight to work. I really appreciated that I could easily tell them what we needed and they got to it so I could finish packing the last 3 boxes of stuff. They wrapped all our furniture so it was incredibly secure and safe from any damage, overall the entire process was fascinatingly efficient. I could not have been happier with my experience with Camelback Moving company, and the two movers they sent me, Val and Wayne! It was my first time using movers, because I was moving from a two story house to a tri-level condo, and I am so glad I found this company. I had booked three other moving companies and decided to use yelp to figure out which was best, and I happened to come across all the stellar (and now I know, correct!!) reviews about Camelback Moving. I cancelled my other three companies and called up Camelback and booked them. Val and Wayne arrived on time the morning of moving day with great attitudes. It was going to be about 104+ degrees that day, and because of the little rain the night before, high humidity. I would not have had the same attitude if I had to move everything. They took a quick tour of the house, figured out a plan of action, and got to work. I had several big items of furniture, plus many, many, many boxes and tubs. They moved quickly and carefully all morning, and were extremely pleasant to deal with. When we got to the condo, they quickly figured out the best way to get everything upstairs. Being a tri-level condo, and the first floor is only a garage, they had to carry everything up a very narrow flight of stairs, plus more if it was going to the third floor. It was amazing, and to be honest I don't know how they did it with a smile on their face! Val and Wayne successfully got all my things moved, without breaking or ruining anything. They were extremely professional, and I just really appreciated all their hard work and especially their friendly demeanor, especially considering that it was so hot, there was so much stuff, and they had to carry it upstairs. I just moved this past weekend and needed to book two movers for my small apartment. My fiance spoke to the person who organized everything, and he really liked how thorough and nice they were. Robert and Roberto showed up on a drizzly, gloomy Saturday morning and took care of our stuff and us. They were totally professional and were pros at getting a heavy 60" rear-projection TV and irreplaceable pieces of art down the stairs in one piece. They wrapped all our art in moving blankets and wrapped our couch and other pieces of furniture in plastic to protect them from scuffs and such while transport. It was raining a bit a little bit after we arrived at our new place, and they took even greater care getting everything off the truck and set up how we wanted. They took a liitle over 3 hours to get everything in, and they weren't dawdling or anything. It's probably the most efficient move I've ever seen. These guys are amazing. I can't imagine moving further across town, or worse, to another state, without this company. Money well spent! read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM start to finish! The prep from the guy on the phone during my initial inquiry, was great. He asked every question from a very comprehensive list that really helped. They offered included wardrobe boxes, television boxes, blankets, clear plastic wrap. They quoted me a price, however my mistake on the "long carry" i thought was a short carry, so make sure you ask your new building where the movers have to unload and carry in the items because a long carry means more time! Anyway, these guys were great and very conscientious during the whole move and really took care to do everything right. I was so happy with my choice, they showed up ON TIME and they were kind and friendly and answered any questions I had very patiently. I highly recommend this company as you really do get what you pay for and I'm glad i had absolutely NO worries during this move! Solomon and Moses were fantastic and I really honestly will use this company again the next time i move. After reading many of the reviews on Yelp and other sites, I was concerned about which company I should hire to move our household goods. I had heard/read good things about Camelback Movers so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Chad, the owner. He clearly explained all the associated costs involved with a move, emailed me the contract, information on insurance and their COVID-19 sheet. Chad explained how they did business and guaranteed that his crew would take great care in moving our items as well as with both houses they would be working in. I received a call the day before to confirm the appointment and the foreman called the day of the move to let us know they would be there after stopping for lunch. The crew arrived within the appointment window and after looking at everything we wanted moved, got to work right away. Chad had estimated 3-4 hours from start to finish and the crew worked hard to stay within that time frame. Of course loading took a little longer since they had to figure out how to pack the truck so it would all fit, unloading took much less time. The guys placed our items in the rooms we wanted them in and helped us set up our adjustable bed. There was zero damage to our items and at both houses. I was impressed with their professionalism and things like shrink wrapping our sofas and recliner, using a padding fixture that clamped on the entry way door frame to protect it and the furniture and rolling out a runner at the new house to protect the vinyl floors from the rolling carts. We received a follow up call from Larry a couple days after the move to get our feedback and make sure everything was to our liking. I had to put everything from my house in storage. When the house I bought was ready to move into family and friends offered to help with the move. The logistics were loading from storage in Tonto Basin, AZ and delivering to Cottonwood, AZ. As I was trying to work out costs and line up the help I realized this is really going to be crazy. I recently used camelback moving for my move. The reservation process was easy and efficient. I chose a discounted day (Thursday) for a slightly cheaper price. I was told I would be contacted 48 hours before the move, and then shortly prior to confirm the exact time. Everything literally happened as they told me it would which took away a lot of stress on my side. I had 2 movers - Gilbert and Toney. They were amazing! I don't know how the 2 of them were able to move all my things or as quickly as they did. Also NOTHING WAS DAMAGED! I was fully expecting a dent here and there or maybe even worse and literally nothing was dented. They wrapped all my furniture, mattresses, protected the walls, took down and reassembled. It's not a surprise they are a 5 star company, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. The price was incredibly more competitive than the competition, and all the staff I interacted with was always available, affable, and professional. Not a single item damaged on an interstate move (I had broken tables on a same apartment complex move before). A few days after the move was completed, I got a regular call from Chad to certify everything had gone well with my move and of I had any problems/concerns. Needless to say, I had none. Moving companies get a bad rap and deservedly so. However, this is the third time I've used Camelback for a move and each time has been a breeze. First, they show up when they say. Second, their policies and pricing are clearly given so there are no surprises or "we left your $10K piano on the truck until you pay us." Third, the guys are hard-working and are very helpful. They ask where you want stuff, and will even put together that stuff you don't want to put together. Fantastic! These guys came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation! We had a very difficult task of moving an office filled with heavy boxes of books--many down in a moldy basement. Not only did they have a great attitude and work steadily to get the job done but they took such great care of our furniture and delicate items. We loved how they wrapped everything up for protection! Eddie, the installer, did a perfect job of disassembling and reassembling everything, including the dismantling of a monument sign. Todd was so accommodating and friendly. Scott went above and beyond when he noticed I needed quick repairs on two desks that had backboards falling off and a detached gutter I made worse while trying to fix it myself on the old building. He didn't have to step in at all, but he cheerfully offered to help and had them fixed up within minutes. Honestly, I was shocked to have a mover so kindly offer to go out of his way to help me with something that was not technically part of the move. He just knew he could easily help me with my struggles and I am immensely grateful for his assistance. Terrific young man! The guys were funny, too, making the job a lot more fun. When the move went longer than expected due to miscommunication on how many boxes of books would still be in the building at the time of the move, Camelback sent two extra men at no charge to help unload at the new building.
