Where do I start...How about TERRIBLE! Camelback was hired through my resoration company, Cooper State, who was also terrible, to move my things. They removed everything ,and I mean EVERYTHING, from my house. Paintings, controller wall mounts, pool stick holder, cord concealers and a variety of other things were removed form the wall; all of which were not in the way of the work that needed to be done on the floor. When my items were finally moved back in, things were damaged, items left unpacked in boxes, and the movers didn't remember where anything went. This required me to be there for an extended time directing traffic. In addition, and nothing was installed back onto the walls, leaving several holes. When asking Cooper State why things were not reinstalled I was told that I need to request that and it required more people so that would be an additional charge. WAIT, SO THERE WERE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO REMOVE EVERYTHING, WITHOUT MY REQUEST, BUT I HAVE TO REQUEST TO HAVE IT PUT BACK SO YOU CAN HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE? WELL THAT IS JUST STUPID. Anyway, I have submitted claims and have not been updated by Camelback movers as of yet. After inquiring about the cost of the move to one of the movers, it was clear that Cooper state had severely over charged my insurance. When I asked Cooper State for the invoice that camelback submitted to them, I was refused. When I asked Camelback Movers they informed me that the couldn't release that information because Cooper State was their client. I know right! If you're gonna fraud the insurance company at least do a good job! If I could give negative stars I would! I have a attached a few picture. I wish I could attach the videos! read more

From start to finish, she was amazing, understanding and worked with me on the coordination of our move. When the movers arrived our driver was Mack, he again was amazing! The men that packed our belongings were careful and packed everything as if it was their own belongings. Not on the part of Camelback, but where my items were in storage. They were closed. I called the company and they worked with me, got me rescheduled the following morning. They did not waste any time when they arrived and worked continuously even though we offered them water and food Dash they brought their own and only took a 15 minute break which they didn't even charge us for in an eight hour shift, and very hot weather. Update: After speaking with the owner of the company, Chad, he informed me that the service we had previously received was not how they handle their moves. I value an owner who takes pride and integrity of their business so we decided to give them a 2nd chance with our new move. I cannot rave enough about how great of a job Daniel, Solomon, David, & Matthew did! They were punctual, polite, extremely hard working, & took care of our stuff like it were their own. I highly recommended you request this crew for your next move, I know we will! This review is based on their service from last year. I was going to let it go, but now I'm moving again and this reminded me of how pissed off I was with Camelback's service that I felt inclined to now leave a review. We hired them to unload our moving truck and reassemble some simple furniture. Half way through the unloading (2 hours in) the supervisor asked if they could take a break...sure not a problem until they billed me for that hour they were on break! They placed boxes that were clearly labeled in other areas (ex: boxes labeled kitchen were left in the garage) which left us looking high and low for things after they were gone. They drug my white $4k mattress on the ground and got it absolutely filthy. Reassemble furniture?... yeah right! They never intended on putting the furniture together even though it was in the contract. After seeing their work I had no plan on tipping them as I felt their service was completely sub par. However, when they finished the job they stood there waiting for a tip and made it absolutely awkward that my husband felt he had to. Let's be real, I never made a complaint to the company or to the supervisor on the job. These people knew where I live and what kind of possessions I have. Will I ever use their service or recommend? This is response to your reply & my review. I showed your reply to my husband and he said that he DID NOT say that there were no issues. He actually told you guys that there were major issues regarding the move. Regarding the baby grand piano, there was never an issue back then when your guys moved it the first time we used your company 3yrs ago. We never had issue back then on our 1st move using your company but this 2nd time around as a repeat customer, we've decide to use you again but we were given only 4 people vs 6 crew during our 1st time using you 3 yrs ago. Regarding your false claim that there were small boxes & bins that those crew claimed that were added was totally WRONG. I know that because they didn't unload any boxes or bins. Because we were the ones personally who did that with the help of our many friends who had pick up trucks. I'm very disappointed with your people's integrity. You have us only 4 crew & most of them are small guys who had a hard time carrying the heavy stuff & we hear a lot of grunts & complaints while doing their job. Your guy who came to do an estimate did a poor job. There were even furnitures that we brought with us with the help of our friends that he included in the quote when he came to see our stuff but were not done by your guys. We were thinking that it would shorten the time that spent move our stuff. Those heavy furnitures & items were the same stuff that were moved by the same company we used 3 years ago. So I don't understand the complaints that you're suggesting that it was heavier that before since it's the same piano & furnitures. We never bought any new furnitures since our move to that Windgate home. Again, your claim that my husband said that the move went well without issues is a total LiE. He told you guys that there were issues with the guys you sent us being small & at the middle of the job had to bring in a couple of big guys to help them finish the job that went almost 12 hours. We can't say enough about how well we were treated by Camelback Moving during our move from Arizona to California. Let me start by saying my wife and I are seniors living in California. We had a second home in Scottsdale we had not been to in over a year given COVID 19 travel restrictions and decided to sell it. Anthony calmed our nerves and put a proposal together that included the white glove packing of everything in the home.
