Love love love this place! I felt like a tourist buying the mugs in both the blue and orange logo but it was worth it. Lol Holland took our order and served us. She was such a doll. Knew all her stuff about the menu, which is so helpful when it's your first time. She even made my matcha latte. We tried the fire from ice, fireproof (no queso), and squawk on the street (no pepper jelly). All the meat is so flavorful, tender, and delicately shredded. Oh I also tried the Mexican street corn. I have a bell pepper allergy plus I am just starting to eat meat again and so there were things I couldn't have. They were like, we can put it on the side or substitute! They were so nice about it. I had a bean taco and it was simple, but good. I also had a chicken taco, which they added less chicken to for me. It was decent. I had a latte that was also decent. They make their flour tortillas in house, right in front of you! They have a cool variety of breakfast and lunch tacos, as well as coffees! They also have a yummy, self serve salsa area near the coffee area. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming! There were a couple hiccups with our order (which is almost expected with a brand new business) The woman greeting by the door, check on us and promptly fixed our order and gave a tasty treat as well!
