This place was excellent. After I was rear-ended on the freeway, I needed to have the rear bumper and trunk replaced on my Corolla. I turned my car in on 9/17, and they had the repairs finished and my car back to me in only 8 business days -- they were even 2 days faster than the initial estimate they gave me. So great. :) They were able schedule me to drop off my car during my lunch break, which was a huge help so that I didn't have to miss work. Telisha and Secilie were super friendly and very helpful, making sure I understood the paperwork involved. They took the time to answer all my questions and re-assured me that if I had any more during the process their office was always available to answer my questions. Ivan was also super friendly and did an excellent job evaluating my damages. He walked me through the areas of my car that had been affected, and explained easily and thoroughly what each repair would need to be restored to new. He also called me the next day with an update on what they had discovered after removing the bumper of my car. This reassured me that they were paying close attention to my vehicle and to repairing all the affected components. I really appreciated this, as safety is a big priority for me. I received almost daily text updates on the progress of repairs to my Corolla, which helped me know exactly where the process was at and how much longer repairs would take. Jerry was awesome! They made my car look brand new again after being backed into by another car. They got it fixed in just a few days and would update me via phone call and texts throughout the process. There were a few scuff marks along the back of the car (that may have been my fault or may have accidentally been done while it was in the shop) but Rigo was more then happy to buff them out for me and even touch up a small scratch of the paint, free of charge! My white jaguar was hit in the rear and I took the car to one AAA preferred shop and they said that white was very difficult if not impossible to match so don't expect it to match. I am a perfectionist so I took it to caliber collision in Oxnard for a second opinion and spoke with George the estimator there and told him what the other shop stated. George assured me that he could get it to match even though it is difficult to match white. Somehow I felt that George was not only exceptional and very intelligent but also a kind and knowledgeable person that I could trust. Well my assessment of this exceptional man was correct. I used this company to fix my vehicle, I was satisfied with the work they did, but my window no longer goes up automatically when I pull the lever up. Really the reason I am giving this company a one star is because they stole items from my vehicle. I had a nice bag in the back where I keep gym towels, it was completely ransacked and all the items around the outside pocket were taken including my Oakley sunglasses. Also, I can tell items were taking from the glove box, such as loose change and earrings I bought in Australia. I haven't quite figured out what all was taken but these items stood out at me. I contacted the company to report it and the manager has not called back. I know items were not taken after we picked up the vehicle as it went straight into my garage. Please beware if you use this and any company do not leave anything of value. I'm glad I had removed other more valuable items from the vehicle before I took it or else those items would have been stolen too. read more

Excuse my English as it is not my first language I took my 2011 Sentra to get the back bumper repair. This was an Insurance transaction. Job was perfect and the car looks really nice!! I am very satisfied with the repairs!!! I give it 3 starts because I had to call them to ask for updates on my car, instead of them calling me with information. Another thing I didn't like is that they didn't have an exact day of when my vehicle would be ready...something about a part being shipped from Texas, I guess I can understand that but I asked them when would the vehicle would be ready and they told me on Thursday (thanksgiving day!!!????) I asked the guy if they were open on Thanksgiving and he said...oh, then Friday! I asked if 100% sure, he said 70% only... That is NOT the type of answer that I needed or wanted. I work at a repair shop as well and we constantly call the customers with updates and tell them exact day and TIME of when vehicle would be ready...so I expected that. Overall BAD communication EXCELLENT repairs!! I believe they even washed my car :) LOVED THAT...and also clean my messy trunk full of clothes (I just recently moved..not an excuse to have it dirty but...o well) read more

I was taken to the rental car agency, and then was able to drop off my car at Caliber Collision. My work was completed in a timely manner, and updates were given during the process. All total $3000 worth of repairs and completed in 1 week and 3 days. They also buffed out some minor scratches for free. Nice work! My car looks good as new and has a lifetime gaurentee. I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. My car was hit by a driver with Mercury Insurance and Caliber is one of their preferred providers. When I called to make an appointment the girl that took my call was helpful and knowledgeable. When I had to reschedule, I received excellent customer service. She explained how to coordinate a rental and what days and times they complete estimates and repairs. When I dropped my car off, George was helpful and the process was very quick. They also called Enterprise for a pickup. Shortly after I received a text message indicating I could receive updates about my repairs via text or opt out. My car was estimated to be completed in four days and was done a day early. When I called to say I was running late to pick up my car the customer service person I spoke with said she would ask if someone could stay late and call me back to let me know. Soon after George called to say someone would be there to meet me. I arrived about 10 minutes after closing and Ivan was expecting me. He went through paperwork and walked me through the car inspection. My car looks amazing - even better than before! The repairs are impeccable and they even got off some paint where I had scuffed the other side of the car. COVID countermeasures were in place and had no impact on Caliber's delivery of high quality repairs. I took my EX37 to the Infiniti dealership to correct a door that wasn't closing precisely and had resulting body dents and scratches in the door well. Infiniti deferred the repairs, instead they gave me a Caliber Collision business card so I called and was able to schedule an appointment immediately with a friendly operator. When l arrived with the car, the Service Advisor quickly understood and captured my repair expectations in a concise work order. In summary, I dropped the car off on schedule, picked it up on schedule and the repairs met my expectations. Caliber even corrected an unrelated oversight left by different local body shop. Do not take your automobile to this body shop . Not only was the workmanship poor but they took over 7 weeks to repair my truck . They would never let us know the progress of the truck we would have to call , email or just go down there . They would email saying the truck was done and I took time off work twice to go pick it up both times the work was not completed . They were rude , sloppy and repaired the truck poorly . Also broke a side mirror and killed the trucks battery then billed my insurance company for their mistakes . Please don't do business with this company read more

I'm not going to lie...having to take my car into a body shop was extremely annoying since I was not at fault for the damage. They sent me text messages that were very catchy and positive updating me on my car status every step of the way. They have a relationship with enterprise car rental so I didn't have to deal with yet another company to get my car back. So easy...quick and they even detailed my car. I had my 2012, Chevy truck repaired here after a car accident, last year. Just recently, I had a small piece of clear coat that looked like it was peeling on my hood where the damage was. It looked like it could've been a rock chip, which wouldn't be covered, but since it was hard to tell, Manny (Center Manager) took my truck in and fixed it and also took care of my door mouldings that were getting sun damaged. This is my second time using Caliber Collision and, once again, I was pleased. The staff is awesome and my car was finished within the time they said. My one complaint, though, is that I provided my phone number for updates and they kept contacting my husband, who was out-of-town. It created a bit of a communication issue, but we got it taken care of. Even after I provided my phone number for a follow-up survey, my husband was contacted. When I attempted to take the survey, the site had no place to do so. Minor inconvenience for having my car repaired beautifully, but did create a hassle for us. read more
