I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Johnathon was friendly and kept me informed of the progress. The repair was done quickly and fixed to my satisfaction. I did have to pay additional money from non covered rock chips on the hood. read more

Someone backed into me June 20th in a parking lot claiming they didn't see me, leaving a very small dent on my quarter panel in the back of the passenger side. My insurance referred us to come here and I dropped off my car June 23rd. I explained to Brian how I was moving out of state and my car needed to be shipped on July 6th and I was also going to my hometown June 25th to visit family before I moved. After looking at my car, he said it was minor damage and that it would be done fast, not to worry about anything, and that I could leave the car there while out of town and that I would be able to pick it up when I got back July 5th. The morning of June 25th before my flight, we got a call from Brian that my car would be finished in about a hour and I received a text while on the plane that my car was done. My insurance company was also told my car was finished. After being out of town for a week and a half the moment I got out of the airport, I got a ride to Calibers Collision to see a sign on the door stating they were closed July 5th after communicating with me I would be able to pick it up. The next day I got another ride to Calibers and said I was picking up my car, when Brian told me my car was not ready and that it was "in paint" and they tried to do a paintless dent repair but since prior work there was done before they had to take it apart. He also asked who told me my car was done and I told him that he called me and I got a text when he responded "oh the automated text". I told him, my car was supposed to be shipped that day and he told me it should be done in the next two days. We asked him to release my car to find the inside of the back passenger door not put together, and pieces of my car in the trunk and while waiting for it to be released he told me "it just needs to be painted". The way this was handled was not professional at all and was not a very trustworthy or reliable experience. I should have been updated on my car especially if I was told it was done being worked on and ready to pickup. This all happened while in the process of moving and I made sure that was communicated the whole time through. I have attached pictures of the before with the dent circled and the after of how my car was released. read more

My wife's car got rear-ended a week before Thanksgiving. Car went in Thursday and we got a call that it's done the following Monday. That's real quick in my book considering i saw the shop and they looked quite busy. The work quality is impressive also. It's like the day we drove the car off the lot. Actually even better with the brand appliqué installed instead of the original generic 3M clear film. Quick and quality does not usually come together in the same sentence, but it did in a great way this time. Great work!!! I just found my favorite body shop (of which i hope i don't get to visit often, but if and when i do, I am assured to be put back together quick and the right way) A shout out to Abel Guzman also for taking point! read more

I am very pleased with the total experience I had at Caliber Collision getting my Ford F-150 repaired. The customer service was great, the repairs were excellent and the job was completed a couple days earlier than the estimated completion date ! Great job Caliber ! read more

Very professional and courteous staff. My truck looked good as New with the repairs done. They work with Geico and i was very surprised that they had a representative ready to help make arrangements for my rental. My truck was ready on time. No complaints here. read more

Really great customer service and a quality repair. My car needed a new front bumper, and John made it so easy for me to get it fixed. He made sure I was informed of the progress every step of the way- even though it was a fairly minor repair. He is a perfect example of someone who cares about excellent customer service. On the subject of the repair, the new bumper fits well, and the paint matches perfectly. read more

Customer service was beyond amazing! Robert and James are great! The entire experience was so great! I'm beyond impressed! I even got a 2017 Nissan Maxima as a rental car. Wish many other places could offer this kind of customer service! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I brought my car in for an estimate. I was referred to come here by the insurance company representing the person who hit my car. Probably my first mistake. They are trying to get away with doing as little as possible to fix my car and even stating some things on my car are pre-existing. Even though I supplied pictures of the other persons vehicle. If you get Brandon for your estimator mostly likely he won't be of any help. And he will just pass you on to someone else. He answers all questions indirectly. And acts like he could care less about my concerns or dissatisfaction. I will make sure I can tell whoever I can to avoid this place. They do not care about the customer. read more

I have to honestly say they are very friendly and professional. They spoke to me about everything that they were doing to my car. I would definitely refer my family or anyone to caliber collision here in Gilbert, Az. The whole staff were very welcoming and nice. Tim was amazing thank you Tim for all your help. read more

Caliber Collision - Very comfortable environment .. - Body Shops Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Initially I was absolutely thrilled with my service last week. My main point of contact was with John, who was wonderful. However, what I found in my glovebox today has made me completely reevaluate my experience and I will not be returning to Calibur in the future. I have a bumper sticker on the back of my vehicle that says "how you behave is more important that what you believe". Pretty non-offensive, I thought. But then I found a handwritten note in my glovebox with a Bible quote (John 14:12-15) at odds with the sentiment of my bumper sticker. I find this to be completely, utterly, totally inappropriate. I did not go to Calibur for lessons in religion. If your employees want to spread gospel, they should do it on their off time or find a new job. read more

After REALLY denting up the back hatch of my minivan, I took my car to this Caliber Collision location. I met with Kevin Hinton, and he was amazing. Immediately, I was put at ease and knew that I went to the right place. They helped me take care of everything from dealing with the damage, insurance forms, and all the way to my rental car. Within just a couple of days, my car looked brand new again. Kevin took great care in walking me through everything that was done and made sure that I was happy before leaving. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. I can't think of a single negative comment even if I tried. So thankful for Kevin and the whole team out there at Caliber Collision. That is EXACTLY how a collision repair shop should operate. Top notch! read more

I don't often post online reviews, but my experience at Caliber was so horrible that I do want to warn others to avoid this shop. Know the law that you can choose any body shop for your repairs and you do not have to go where your insurance suggest. I regret trusting my insurance company's recommendation and am surprised by the number of positive reviews for this shop. After an accident, I had damage to the front of my car from the quarter panel to front bumper and grill. While the initial repair was done within the time frame they originally quoted, the car had extra paint splatter on it when I went to pick it up, and several issues that required me to take it back to have them redo many of the repairs, including: Cracked headlamp, loose part under grill, cracked under shield that was not repaired originally, wheel well liner was installed over wheel trim, new wheel trim was loose and coming off after 2-3 days. The second set of repairs was only supposed to take a few hours, which turned into overnight and then over a week. They wanted to blame everything on the parts not fitting or getting delayed in transit. Then, when I want to pick up my car the second time, warning lights were on the dash panel, so they had to take my car back yet again to fix it. Overall, the staff was friendly, but this shop seems like they are taking on too many repairs at once and are overworked. Their quality control seems very low, and my impression is that they are working for volume, using as cheap of parts as possible. Overall, I would strongly urge anyone to consider a different body shop than Caliber. read more

Thank you very much Tim of Caliber Collision in Gilbert AZ for providing excellent customer service!

Caliber Collision just made a new customer. Living in Arizona, the chances of needing a collision repair company is very high. Yesterday I had a minor collision and caused the fender of my Toyota Tacoma to be out of alignment. There was no paint damage, no dents, just "popped" the supports out and as I say- the fender was misaligned! I went to Caliber hoping to find that it would be only a minor repair without a lot of damage. I fully expected to pay for the labor to have it fixed. It is true that my vehicle was there less than an hour, but in this world, I expect that there will be a charge! I am totally pleasantly surprised that they did this kind deed feee of charge- NOW THAT is IMPRESSIVE! THAT is the way to earn a future customer and to get a rather vocal person to promote their business! I will definitely be promoting Caliber to others! Thank you! read more

UPDATE: I initially gave Caliber a 3 star review as described below. After posting the initial review, Kevin notified me within 24 hours to resolve the issue. He had the panel for my door right away and installed it in my car as soon as I could get up to the shop. Great experience overall and would recommend. Initial: I first want to say that I overall had a really great experience. Brandon Mueller was my service advisor and did an EXCELLENT job. I highly recommend him. I brought my car in for a quote and was able to leave my car there so I wouldn't have to drive it back to get it repaired. He kept me apprised of my vehicle's status, and was able to accommodate my needs when dropping it off and picking it up. The customer service at the shop was on point too. I picked up my car about a week and a half later, and my car was about as clean and looked as when I first bought the car, thanks to Brandon. I saw no indication of a front fender bender. I would've given a 5 star review if it wasn't for what happened next. Several days later, I noticed a panel missing on the front passenger door, behind the inside door handle. All of the bolts are exposed. I called the shop, and was directed to Kevin. He asked me to bring my car in so they can look at it, but living 40 minutes away, he said I could just text him a picture of it instead, and he would get it ordered for me. I texted him a picture the same day, which was on April 11, 2016. It is now May 24th, and I have yet to receive any sort of response. I have not received a text reply, phone call, email, or anything. I'm not sure what to do to get this panel for my door. read more

I was rear-ended on the 101 a few weeks ago and the insurance company for the person that hit me recommended this location, which was convenient to my home. The initial quote process was quick and I decided to move forward with the repair work there as well. Within a day or two they called and told me that their initial estimate had been updated now that they had removed panels and seen the additional damage done. The process ended up taking a full two weeks, but they sent me text messages throughout the process to keep me updated. They ended up finishing the work a little early and when I got the car back it looked like it had never been in an accident at all. Definitely great work and customer service! Hopefully you won't need their services as well, but if you do, they are worth looking into! read more

My car had a fight with a telephone pole and lost. USAA referred me to Caliber Collision at first and since I had a horrible experience with them in El Paso TX (which shouldn't be surprising considering the city) I was leery of going to this one. Needless to say, my fears were put to rest by this place from the moment I walked in the door! Everyone was friendly and make the whole process of getting my car repaired as painless as possible. Dominique Lee was the person handling my car and I was called almost every other day to be given an update and when the estimated time of completion was, and also I was called as soon as my car was ready. Thank you so much for changing my perception on Caliber Collision! I have also called USAA and given them my praise on this facility and their EXCELLENT customer service! read more

Amazing service! when I am in need of help with my car they get the job done speedily and efficiently. Their office staff is really kind and generous they are eager to help! My car went in and out of the shop in a matter of four days! Thank you to the people in the back for making my car look better than when I bought it! read more

I can't say enough good things about this organization. They are a class act. From the moment I dropped my car off for repair work, it was in good hands. Jonathan kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. The turn around time was quick. Repair work was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to bring my next auto repair work here. read more

My truck was towed to this place after a major accident, I had Brandon as my advisor. Very helpful and informative, he let me know what was going on with my truck. Even though my truck was totaled out, just the fact how concerned he seemed to be with my situation. I will definitely come back to this place, (knock on wood) nothing major, just dents and bumps. Thanks again Brandon! read more

Jonathan Herring is a rockstar. I brought my damaged 2004 XJ8 not knowing anything about this industry what so ever. Jonathan went out of his way to provide great customer service, and I left happy. Great JOB JON! I'm a forever customer. Thanks Caliber Collision! read more

I've been going to this place since it was known as Crown Collision, and they've been doing the bodywork for my families cars since 2002. Ownership may have changed, but I'm here to tell you Marissa and everyone else is still there, still doing a fantastic job! They have always been very professional, very polite, and kept me informed on my auto body work. Early last year I had door panel fall on the drivers side, and it was the dickens to get out of my car. I took it to them, and they had the part in and fixed it within the hour. I thought I had posted my review then, but for some reason it didn't take. A few weeks ago I was rear-ended on the 101 (no surprise, right?). I had some minor damage to my rear bumper cover, and was concerned about any damage underneath. Caliber coordinated with the Enterprise care rental nearby on baseline, and I was able to drop off my car on Monday, and by Wednesday it was ready, looking better than new. When I picked up my car I left my rental at Caliber, and everything was taken care of. John Dixon is the new manager there, and he has kept the same people and the fine traditions of professionalism and excellence. If you need bodywork of any kind, these are people you can trust. I do. read more

Caliber Collision went above and beyond in customer service. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and offered a cold beverage, and paperwork was quick and painless. There was some delay on my parts because they were on back order but I was kept constantly updated so I never had to wonder what was happening. When my car was finished and I picked it up they even handled returning my rental car for me and saved me all of that hassle! My car looks and runs better than it ever has. I will use them for any future needs without hesitation. read more

Wonderful service and work! Three of my vehicles have been hit within the past 10 years. I have had all of my repairs done at this location (the name has changed) and will continue to use them in the future. This past service, I asked them to do the insurance covered repairs, in addition to collaborating with another company for me, to upgrade my rims and tires. Brandon made the process very easy, and didnt charge an arm and a leg for labor, like the tire/wheel shop would have done. I received constant updates on progress, which helped eliminate the unknown and concern. When i went to pick up my vehicle, they (Brandon) had detailed it and put it in the show room. I could not be more impressed with how good everything looks. As always, thanks Caliber! read more

Everyone at Caliber is super friendly and made the entire process easy. Monte kept me informed and explained the entire process from start to finish. Thank you for taking the hassle out of a bad situation. The person that caused the damage did not want to pay to repair my vehicle correctly but they negotiated everything for me to maintain my warranty!!! Caliber Collision has been nothing short of perfection. They helped me from the start and made sure I knew what needed to be done. Calibar Collision was great from the day the received my vehicle to the day I drove it home. This was the first time I had been in an accident and after all that goes along with it, Brandon kept me in the loop the entire time. I was very impressed with their customer service. Tim also followed up with a call to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The photos i witnessed being taken for an estimate to repair damages to my vehicle were lost, and/or claimed never to have been taken, and the estimate was sent in not even a remotely timely manner. Despite repeated corrections, staff continuously claimed incorrectly i was going through Geico insurance. I regret ever driving onto the lot. Worst (failed) attempted business transaction in a VERY LONG TIME. I would give 5 rotten tomatoes instead of 1 star if possible. read more

I side-swiped a deer with my car - the deer looked OK, but my car didn't. Took the car to Caliber Collision in Gilbert for an estimate and I left it in their hands. Everyone from Brandon (the manager) to the receptionist to the folks in the back fixing the vehicles were terrific. They made the process of obtaining a rental car super easy, and they completed the repairs in less than a week, keeping me updated daily. And most importantly, the car honestly looks as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone who wants first class body work and a first class customer-service. read more

I would recommend caliber to anyone who's car needs a little help. They do the job right, and extremely fast! THANK YOU CALIBER read more

We took our truck to Caliber Collision after my husband was in a accident. He was rear ended on the freeway and pushed into the truck in front of him. We had damage on the front and rear. I will be totally honest, we only went to Caliber Collision because the insurance adjuster was at this location, I had done some research and felt like I found the place to take the truck and it was not here. We have a custom paint job Mat Black ( and we are VERY picky on who I take my vehicles too). My husband took it and called me and said that he really was impressed with the whole experience. He said that they had two of their top painters come out and look at the truck, they admitted it was not going to be easy to get the paint to match, but they would do test runs with pain and different spray guns and try to get it to match ( we were able to give them the name of the paint ). After conversation with the paint guys my husband told me, I really think they will try there BEST, maybe we should just do the repairs at Caliber. We picked up the truck today and can I just say we are so so IMPRESSED they did a EXCELLENT JOB!!! I don't think that anyone would know that it was re painted they nailed it. We are beyond impressed with the job they did! Not only was the paint great but they also kept us updated and only had the truck for 8 days and that included the weekend. Thank you Caliber Collision and Geico for such a IMPRESSIVE EXPERIENCE!!!!! read more

I just want to say that these guys were AMAZING! They had my car back to me within 2 days! I also added additional things I wanted done and I still got her back. The front desk staff was amazing! Great customer service all the way around. I went into the shop and you could eat off the floor! SO clean, and everyone was so professional. The repairs they did to my car were outstanding! Enterprise came and John SAINT from Enterprise and Robert were the best. John hooked me up and took care of dealing with my horrible claim rep Patrick Rhodes from Farmers Insurance. Wonderful experience with Caliber Collision! After being involved in an accident, it was great to have them partnered with Geico. They had a Geico official on site as well as Enterprise Rent A Car. The waiting room also had snacks and beverages for a while you wait. Very happy with how my van turned out! I would definitely use Caliber Collision again! read more

My wife and I were getting ready to sell our Lexus and we noticed it had a few bumps and bruises. It was suggested to us to take it up to see Brandon at Caliber Collision. I wasn't sure if this was even something they could help us with? After having a good conversation with Brandon we brought our vehicle up to the shop for him to go over it with us. Brandon explained in detail what they could do to help us get the vehicle into tip top selling shape. The shop was very clean and I wasn't sure if I was walking into a body shop or a surgery center! The work was down in a timely manner. When I came to pick the car up Brandon went through the entire process that they did to our vehicle making sure I understood everything that had been done. I greatly appreciate the professional manner in which we were treated. It's one thing to have great customer service but when you back that up with great work on the vehicle that makes for a slam dunk 5 star rating! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for a honest high quality collision Shop! Thank you Brandon for everything you did for us. read more
