This place is a sham. Shoddy work, overpromised, underdelivered. This is my fourth attempt at a repair. Three times they said my work was complete and three times the bumper cover came loose as I drove away. Terrible customer service, Kyle is unqualified for this position and should be fired. And this is a preferred vendor of USAA! I met a man at the rental car shop going through the exact same thing, having to get a second rental car because the work was shoddy/incomplete multiple times. Cost of repair for 1 side mirror being repaired was around $400 total, and it got fixed in literally 10 minutes, I'm not kidding. I was shocked! Had to fix both side panels and a door due to a hit and run but when I got my car back, my brake light no longer worked (when it was working perfectly fine when the car was dropped off). After three Seperate trips to this location and asking them to fix the light, they still neglected to fix it. Not super pissed as things get forgotten in chaos during bigger jobs and it's understandable. edit: Took the car back and asked to have it checked out and fixed and they were more than happy to do it on the spot. Never once in this seven week process did I feel like this team had my best interest in mind, or any interest in me at all really. I was constantly having to advocate for myself and move my case forward. I came in for my estimation on December 29th, and the estimator said he would email me back. On January 5th I got a phone call saying that I missed my appointment and asking if I wanted to reschedule. When I called back confused, I was told that the systems weren't connected, but if the estimator said he would email me, we were all set. I didn't get an email until January 16th. Upon receiving the email, I called to schedule my appointment which she said would be January 26th, but they would email me a time. They never emailed me a time. The day before my appointment I tried to call and confirm my time and no one answered. I called as soon as they opened on the 26th, and no answer. I tried again an hour later, and they informed me my appointment had already passed. I was able to reschedule for later that morning. Upon arriving to my second appointment, I was informed that they weren't sure they had the parts yet (almost a month after my estimate), and they would need to hold the car for a few days. This was minor cosmetic damage that ended up being only about an hour of labor and two parts. The estimator told me that he would call me once the parts were finally in, which wasn't until February 8th. 7 weeks and multiple frustrations later, and my car is fixed. The work was fine, but the service from Noel and Karen is terrible. There are plenty of Caliber Collisions in the area, so save yourself a lot of headaches and use another location. read more
