I reserved a rental through Enterprise and they work with Caliber Collision so it was much easier to coordinate & to avoid using Lyft or Uber service. The damage to my vehicle needed a part that was delivered on the same day I expected to pick up my car & I am very happy with the repair work. My engine cover was dragging on the floor while driving & the technicians had 3 days to do repairs. My car was parked on a street in Escondido and got hit and run by some jerk. My mirror was smashed off, and Caliber Collision was able to fix it. The employees were respectful and professional from the start. They even helped me keep the cost of repair down by using one part of my old mirror that was reusable. Cost of repair for 1 side mirror being repaired was around $400 total, and it got fixed in literally 10 minutes, I'm not kidding. I was shocked! Had to fix both side panels and a door due to a hit and run but when I got my car back, my brake light no longer worked (when it was working perfectly fine when the car was dropped off). After three Seperate trips to this location and asking them to fix the light, they still neglected to fix it. Not super pissed as things get forgotten in chaos during bigger jobs and it's understandable. edit: Took the car back and asked to have it checked out and fixed and they were more than happy to do it on the spot. Took less than 10-15 minutes and they explained what could have happened to cause it in detail. Now I am extremely satisfied with their services and attitudes. read more

Took my drivable car in for an esTim ate and they tore the whole thing apart and said it's a total loss and to come pick it up. I asked them to put it back together like it was and they said no. How can they do that. It's a total scam they want to total everything and then fix cheap and re sell. I will go to my grave telling everyone how they treated the situation. Never once in this seven week process did I feel like this team had my best interest in mind, or any interest in me at all really. I was constantly having to advocate for myself and move my case forward. I came in for my estimation on December 29th, and the estimator said he would email me back. On January 5th I got a phone call saying that I missed my appointment and asking if I wanted to reschedule. When I called back confused, I was told that the systems weren't connected, but if the estimator said he would email me, we were all set. I didn't get an email until January 16th. Upon receiving the email, I called to schedule my appointment which she said would be January 26th, but they would email me a time. They never emailed me a time. The day before my appointment I tried to call and confirm my time and no one answered. I called as soon as they opened on the 26th, and no answer. I tried again an hour later, and they informed me my appointment had already passed. I was able to reschedule for later that morning. Upon arriving to my second appointment, I was informed that they weren't sure they had the parts yet (almost a month after my estimate), and they would need to hold the car for a few days. This was minor cosmetic damage that ended up being only about an hour of labor and two parts. The estimator told me that he would call me once the parts were finally in, which wasn't until February 8th. 7 weeks and multiple frustrations later, and my car is fixed. The work was fine, but the service from Noel and Karen is terrible. There are plenty of Caliber Collisions in the area, so save yourself a lot of headaches and use another location. read more
