I was in Glendale and I typed "breakfast" into Yelp and this restaurant came up as only being .4 miles from where I was and the reviews were solid. I drove the two minutes and parked right in front of the front doors. Something that made me really happy as I could see my dogs in my car from my seat in the restaurant. As soon as we walked in, a beautiful woman named Rhonda, seated us. She turned out to be our server as well. The restaurant was really clean, simple and well organized. Our booth was comfortable and the decor was pleasant. Our drink order was taken within a minute of sitting down and our food order five minutes after that. I ordered French toast and my friend ordered a vegetarian breakfast burrito. Our food came quickly, about ten minutes or, and it was hot and well made. My French toast was excellent. The real gem was the vegetarian breakfast burrito. It might be the best he or I had ever had. Impressed would be a huge understatement. Thank you Rhonda for being excellent at your job. You made our breakfast fast, tasty and organized.

Caitlin's is great whether you're in a rush for a breakfast burrito on the go, or a sit down casual breakfast. We absolutely love their omelettes. They're never burnt, or overcooked, and always have fresh ingredients inside. We love this place.

I've been coming here for 10 years. today is the last day I will never return. service was slow. waited on order only to receive wrong item. then when I did receive correct order. The potatoes were so crispy they tasted burned. I could understand if they were slammed but less than 10 people including me

Adorable spot - looks small on the outside but it's rather large. I noticed they mentioned patio seating. It had snowed the day before so we sat inside. We were greeted by several different people. Everyone is super nice and attentive. I had the breakfast burrito with the pork. My hash browns were smothered in cheese - so good. Could have been cooked a little more but still delicious. The burrito was loaded! If you're thinking about it - do it. I got the verde sauce on the side but I would recommend it on top. So flavorful. The meat and eggs could of had some salt but overall so good.

I would give it 5 stars, except for the fact that the hostess had her phone attached to her. Seriously we walked in, and had to wait a few minutes to be seated because she was so engaged with her device, during the meal, just about every time I looked up, she was on her device. After we were finished with our meal, the waitress brought over the check, not 5 minutes later, the hostess looks over at us, reprints the check, and brings over a 2nd one. Had she been paying attention, she would have known. Now my waitress was spot on, I had the Huevos Rancheros with Carne Asada. It was great. Where we were seated was near a large group with a bunch of young loud kids, otherwise the place was nice.

Solid breakfast spot! We chose to dine in but they seem to do a decent amount of takeout. The place is brightly decorated, very charming feel. They have a QR code for contactless ordering but the server did bring us physical menus. Their daily specials give you $2 off certain entrees, which makes a fairly affordable place even more of a bargain! The food was fine. I had the chicken and waffles, which came with a choice of hoisin sauce (interesting choice...?) or jalapeño ranch. The waffles seemed to have too much sugar in them, as I kept getting a gritty crunch as I was eating them. The chicken was fine but reminded me of the frozen chicken tenders I buy at Costco. My husband had the carne aside burrito was came with hash browns topped with cheese and green chile, which he said were really what made the meal. The burrito was decently sized so no complaints there! He said next time he would probably try a different type of burrito because the carne asada was fine but nothing special (although we are from Southern California so rather picky about our burritos). Service was good, food came out quickly and we had a very pleasant meal. They had a feedback sheet at each table as well, which I thought was fantastic, for a restaurant to want to hear from their customers. We will definitely be back sometime!

We walked here on a Sunday morning and we're the first ones in for breakfast. My bf and I shared one meal which was the Mile High with side pancakes. For our meat we chose the carne adovada, and honestly I would go with a different meat. It was good, but there was just something missing from the flavor profile. Next time we'll get a saltier one. Pancakes were amazing! I tried a blueberry and a raspberry, which I'd never had before. The raspberry was nice and tart, complementing the sweet syrup well. Service was very friendly and our server was quick and helpful!

Chicken fried steak is decent, breakfast burrito is really bad. EGGS ARE HORRIBLE. Super bland.

Where is the passion in the food? Breakfast burrito needs More seasoning/taste and less washed out eggs. More green chilli on burrito and less on hash browns. Little Anita's in Glendale is the best I've had so far here

I have eaten here periodically for a few years, since it is exactly halfway between my home and Church, but it's been awhile. I ordered my standard two egg breakfast, same as any diner. I received the smallest portion of eggs I've ever seen. Granted, when you order two scrambled eggs you often get a heaping mass that seems like more. But this was less than a typical single egg portion. I immediately complained to the waiter at a single look. He said yes, they're cutting portions. Meanwhile, prices are several dollars higher than just a few months ago. Then, I'm wondering why the whole meal smells like coconut. I sniffed my way to the toast, which apparently is slathered in some coconut oil-based margarine or something. Inedible. I like coconut fine, but not with eggs and sausage, and not when I want butter! I usually eat at Sam's anyway, so I'll just drive the extra couple miles next time. Good job, owners of Caitlin's. 10:00 am on Sunday, and now I get why this place is mostly empty when every other breakfast joint in town has a line down the block. read more

Mile high brunch! Delicious! You got to have the mix of the green and red Chile sauce on top of your meal! Flavorful, filling, perfect meal right before we went for a 5 hour hike! Pancake was soft and fluffy and had a perfect little crisp on the outside that you knew it fresh off the skillet! The place was under construction when we arrived so little hard to find but our family knew where to go so that was nice! If you are in the area you definitely need to come by and check this place out! The menu was very extensive and from what we all ordered everyone loved their meals! Can't go wrong with that! read more

This is place is mediocre at best, customer service is terrible, food is bland but the coffee was great though. Our server Ricardo was extremely impersonal, never made eye contact and never checked on us after food was delivered. Owners need to get some friendly smiles in here. Not coming back! read more

Perfect diner for all of your diner cravings. Friendly and prompt service. Great food with huge portion. My hubby loves their black coffee and the price is also reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. This easy to miss restaurant is a gem. I had the Mile High. I didn't pay attention but it came with all of the meats listed, hash browns and green chili, with an egg or two. Let me just say the veggie green is fantastic. It had great flavor and nice heat. My girlfriend had the Southern. We were hesitant about mixing brown gravy with green chili but it was actually good as well. They put the green chili on one side and the gravy on the other. It too came with an egg or two. It isn't one of those new trendy places but they are a great go to breakfast/brunch spot. The portions are large, you won't leave hungry. read more

Not a fan. Food was greasy and underwhelming. It wasn't awful, but not great. Service was not great. Place wasn't busy. Maybe 5 tables occupied. 3-4 servers. Our Server was initially friendly. Brought drinks, took order, brought food. Never got one refill on drinks or asked how meal was. Never saw him again after food delivered. Couldn't even get bill. Found him at front chatting it up with coworkers. Would not return. read more

Average breakfast lunch spot. They have a huge menu though, so you are guaranteed to find something to eat. I wasn't super hungry at lunch, but went with the biscuits and gravy. Would say the gravy is bought pre made and the biscuits were nothing special. My friend got pancakes with chocolate chips and peanut butter. Like literally they bring a small bowl of peanut butter out. She enjoyed it and I did too. Tough to mess up pancakes though. The most memorable part of our lunch was the giant cups of tea and lemonade. So huge! read more

Just a typical diner type place. Good enough food but not out-of-my-way four star food and certainly not at the level you'd expect from a restaurant worth a 5-star rating. Service was good, no question. Food was average. I had the mile high and found the hash browns to be cooked in older oil so a bit of a put off. Ate everything off the top though and didn't regret it. read more

Avocado guacamole was nearly black. Red sauce was basically tomato that had seen a food processor recently, no flavor. Lunch was similar, not much in the way of flavor. Rated at 3 because service was great and portions were good. read more

My dad and I are two peas in a pod. We agree on most things except for one - BRUNCH. I'm ok putting my name on a list for something good, but nothing makes him more upset than having to wait for brunch, especially if it's over an hour like some more popular spots can be (you know who I'm talking about!). Caitlin's is more up his alley. It's no frills, fast and still delicious. I guess I would call this a Mexican diner? The breakfast menu has a little bit of everything including pancakes, oatmeals, omelettes, loaded hash browns, burritos, and more. I went with the huevos rancheros - two over easy eggs atop corn tortillas with hash brows, beans, green chili and cheese! My dad ordered the chicken enchiladas smothered with green chili and topped with cheese. Not going to lie, our two plates looked (and probably tasted) very similar. Not a bad thing, just the style! My huevos rancheros became a big mess and I just mixed it all up and scarfed it down. It's a comfortable spot. They had the Today Show playing on the TVs, others read the newspaper and sipped on some black coffee while enjoying their breakfast. Above all, it was cheap! Our whole meal was about $20. Would I come back? Sure! I'd be curious to try their breakfast burritos and especially the cinnamon roll. Just don't come expecting anything fancy and you'll hopefully leave full and happy! read more

My first time here! The owner and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food came out quick and it was very tasty. They certainly don't skimp on their ingredients, nice thick toast and fresh veggies. I should have taken a photo but I gobbled it up too fast before writing the review. . My wife and I happened in for breakfast. The staff is polite, the cook asked us how our meal was, and the waitress was attentive. We mentioned that my birthday is in a few days, and they surprised me with a birthday pancake! The food is really tasty, and the service is great! read more

I was craving pancakes and eggs and I went to Caitlin's hoping for some decent food. Their food made me want to vomit, it was the worst breakfast food I have ever had in my whole life. I usually eat anything that is in front of me as long as it is edible but this food is not edible. I downloaded yelp just to make this review. Don't ever go here if you are looking for good food. I almost don't want to tell people about this place since I want to always be able to get a table without waiting hours for it! This is a great neighborhood breakfast spot that stays plenty busy and provides great service and food. Their Bloody Mary is perfectly mixed and the pancakes, oh yum! I order one on the side (and eat it!) no matter what else I order. Definitely worth checking out but keep it a secret! read more

Sunday brunch @ prime time ...we were seated efficiently and entire staff was super attentive. Food was ready quickly and arrived hot and plentiful. I would definitely return again. I've never actually dined in here, only gotten their handheld breakfast burritos to go, so I can't comment on the environment or service. But these burritos, are the best I have discovered in Denver! They put hash browns in with the meat, eggs, cheese, and green chili and it's all really tasty. My only complaint is that the bacon ones are pretty salty (however, it is possible I am oversensitive since reducing my salt intake for health reasons because my boyfriend doesn't recognize it). Caitlin's has definitely earned it's spot as our weekend breakfast burrito go to! read more

I booked this location for a private meetup. Caitlin's were very gracious in allowing us to use their restaurant after hours with access to the entire menu. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service was exceptional! The food was delicious and plentiful! I am so amazed at their hospitality. What a very wonderful gem that seems a bit hidden away. This was a perfect location for a private party but I imagine regular dining is also just as wonderful. Thank you Caitlin's for your wonderful service and hospitality! Loved this place! Came here after reading all of the good reviews and because I read they had bottomless mimosas for a great price. UPDATE: THEY DO NOT have bottomless mimosas anymore :( Nonetheless, it was still great. Great service (very friendly and quick) great tasty food, good price and they do have great mimosas (just not bottomless). Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back! $14 for this? Nearly 20 with a side of pancakes. I do not recommend the adobada mile high. The meat is tasteless and the hash browns tasted over cooked. And it was super tiny for the price. Fit in the smallest box they had and they didn't close it right so when the box shifted some of the chili spilt out. Plus the two guys working were to busy talking to each other to provide good service. read more

I found my favorite breakfast burrito in the denver area...finally!! I used to live in NM, & I've been struggling with the breakfast burrito scene here. This was totally up my alley. The hand held burritos are huge, & only a like $3 & change a piece! It comes with egg, hash browns, cheese, & choice of meat & chili. Of course bacon & green is the only way to go. Super small hole in the wall. Revived good reviews so we wanted to check out something new! During the post quarantine everyone sits in every other table. Menu is taped to the wall. We ordered chicken fried chicken and the bell omelet. Pretty sure the chicken was Tyson's microwaved. Very bland and nothing freshly made the bell has various meats which were also microwaved. I'm not sure if anything was actually made fresh?? Or just all microwaved?! The only thing tasty was the toast and hash browns which was mixed with some green chili. Stomach was uneasy the rest of the day :/ read more

Neighborhood gem. And when I mean "gem" folks, you have found the diamond. Caitlin's is perfect. The extra touch that they have placed on their food goes the extra mile for sure. From omelettes to the Mile High, everything was extremely delicious. Even the pancakes had just that little extra that made them perfect and unique. Coffee, service, food were all A+, and will feel bad going anywhere else for breakfast. I can never cheat on Caitlin's! read more

What's lacking in ambience, Caitlin's quickly makes up for in food, food, food, food, and food. Piles and piles of food. Upon being seated we were delivered our drinks instantaneously. Immediately the dish called "The Mile High" caught my eye. This dish is so obvious and genius, I can't believe it's just not a thing. It should be a thing. The Mile High is a stack of hashbrowns layered with green chili, red chili, or gravy and any combination of breakfast food that you can imagine. I have snapped a photo of the combos. I decided to go for it and tried the chicken fried steak mile high smothered in white sausage gravy. This is a double thumbs up. This dish arrived so flavorful, with chunks of chopped up chicken fried steak layered in there with a scrambled egg and hashbrowns and gravy - the flavor profile was off the chart for something that could've just been a salty bland mess! Me likey. Oh yeah, it came with pancakes. Also delish. I know I'm going to die from eating this but it will be bliss. (Note: I did not actually die!!) Part-time British boyfriend ordered the special (eggs, toast, hash browns, bacon) AND a giant waffle. There were no complaints, and plenty to share. I am actually blown away by this breakfast. That does not happen very often. Five star breakfast, four-star ambience. Ambience : sometimes it's not worth very much, so I'm giving this a full five stars excellent! read more

Came here on the recommendation of a friend that lives in the area. Such a great find! Our server was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome, even offering free samples of the chili sauces and a strip of bacon. We ordered more than our stomachs could handle, but the pancakes were some of the best I've ever had. read more

It reminds me of watching a great sushi counter. Alone, they're just ingredients. Together, they become something far greater than the sum of their parts. The hospitality begins the moment you walk in. Dominique, the general manager, welcomed me back, remembered me from previous visits, and made me feel genuinely happy that I had returned. That's increasingly rare. I always sit at the bar because that's where a restaurant makes me feel comfortable. When I first sat down, the bartender was busy and focused. Over the course of the evening, cocktails became conversations. We talked about flavors, restaurants, and what makes a memorable dining experience. By the end of the night he slid over a bartender's choice, a Corn Sour, not because I ordered it, but because he thought I'd enjoy it. He was right. That's the difference between service and hospitality. Then there was the food and the taste of the cocktails. The kitchen and bar were firing. The Clover Club cocktail was beautifully balanced and wonderfully complex. The Mollete de Mejillones with smoked mussels, scallop aioli, morita hot sauce, and fresh lemon was extraordinary. Then came the Burrata con Huitlacoche. Let's not overthink this. The tomatillo salsa verde was orgasmic. Bright. Fresh. Acidic. Alive. It elevated every bite. The Pescadilla de Marlín finished with smoky tuna, molten cheese, crisp tortilla, and a beautiful salsa that tied everything together. I've stopped trying to decide whether I like Mescaleria Alma, Alma Fonda Fina, or Alteño more. It's becoming the wrong question. Chef Curiel and his team have created restaurants with different personalities but the same DNA: creativity, precision, warmth, and genuine hospitality. As someone who has spent a career helping organizations perform better, I couldn't help but admire what they've built. One exceptional restaurant is difficult. Building several at this level is organizational excellence. Walking back to my car, I thought one thing: I'm lucky. Lucky that people devote this much imagination, discipline, and care to feeding complete strangers. Some people see a bill. I saw craftsmanship. Every penny was worth it. The tables are so close together, I felt like I was sharing my table with the people next to me. Super awkward and uncomfortable. Our server was nice, but nothing could save the terrible experience I had here. Certainly will never be returning - there's so many top tier brunch spots in Denver I would never choose to go here again.

What a friendly place! The guy behind the counter greeted us as if we were old friends such was his tone and emphasis. This place has a massive menu catering for all tastes and allergies. The informality of the seating and tables give the place an atmosphere that is so refreshing - only in a country cafe. The wood burner was a popular hang out place where locals and visitors alike mixed around the fireplace. The food was very good and the speed it was prepared and served was breathtakingly fast.
