We were looking for a margarita in Denver and stumbled on this place.. we had the Cadillac and it was alright. We shared the fajitas. It had nice portion sizes and they were pretty delicious. The salsa was very spicy, but the chips tasted bagged. Service was very friendly.

My friend found this place incidentally while walking home and ate there for lunch. He raved about how good it was I asked if he would be down to eat there twice in one day. He said yes so we stopped by for dinner and yep, absolutely worth it. Unassuming location with quick service. Had the steak fajitas and aguachiles la jefa. Friend had Carne asada tacos and we drank some margs. Nothing was phoned in, every aspect of the meal was fantastic from the rice and beans to the oyster shots. Can't wait to come back many many more times.

So far the best Mexican food I've had in Denver. I ordered fajita mix delicious flavorful asada, pollo, and shrimp w/ rice beans guacamole sour cream. I Couldn't get over how juicy the chicken was extremely flavorful it made me wonder what their secret was. I have a rule When I go out to eat if I take something that I know I can make better I usually don't go back there. Needless to say I will be back here as long as this chef is here.

Food and drinks were on point! Definitely would recommend. Too bad I could only eat so much because I'd like to try the rest of the menu! Everything on there looked so appetizing.

    Menu

Food was really good. Mango margarita was excellent. Had two. Friend loved the house margarita and couldn't get enough of the refried beans. Thought they had a smokey taste and raved about it. My friend and I don't speak Spanish. Staff (at the time of service) knew limited English so they didn't understand that I was trying to cover my friend's drink. If someone is trying to get details about an item or tell the staff about their food restrictions, they might want to ask for someone who understands English, use a translation app or learns Spanish before going. I would visit again.

It was not particularly busy when I came in and there was a live pianist that evening. I sat at the hightop by the bar. The fish and chips were spectacular with or without the mustard remoulade (which is also good with it). The chips (fries) with their Garlic aioli is always good too. Unfortunately, this is where the good review ends. I enjoy Officer's club immensely and have the goof fortune of having dined here numerous times. This is why at this particular visit, the bad service stood out! My waitress never came back to check on me even to refill my water. I had to catch another waiter's attention to ask for water and to put in my dessert order. The waiter promptly told me that I could always just grav one of the waitstaff's attention if I needed anything. I had figured that if my absentee waitress was going to go on break or leaving (she had alerted me on neither) that she would have at least relayed my table to be tended to by somone else. 5 stars on the food, but an abyssmal 1 star for the service; evening out to 3 stars.

Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.

It was easy to walk to without moving my car from the mall garage, which was nice since the parking near the bar itself is scarce and just street parking. They have the cutest little set up, nestled in between a larger building with some large murals on the walls of beautiful violet flowers. They also have a great patio set up, with live fires that you can sit around. The service was great, we were greeted almost instantly, and the waiter made recommendations on his favorite drinks, I got the coco coffee cocktail, which is very popular according to the staff. It was a little too creamy for me, so not my favorite, but was tasty and elegant nonetheless. I also got the Elote dip, it was also good, but nothing spectacular. Overall, the vibe was great, though, people at other tables were friendly, and it did not feel stuffy. Prices are Cherry Creek normal, a drink is $16-20.
