After completing "The Oz Experience" scavenger hunt, we stopped in to get a couple smoothies and they were absolutely delicious. They are not the standard run of the mill smoothies. You could taste the difference and the quality of ingredients used. We also got a small strawberry and a small oreo gelato and they did not disappoint. Once again, quality you can taste. The staff were welcoming and provide service with a smile. The place is bright with a small sitting area both inside and out. It was spotless with a very comfortable, calming vibe. Although, finding parking wasn't to calming... we managed and it was well worth it. I can't wait to try additional items on their menu!!!! I'm looking forward to trying a sandwich... or two! I had seen this cafe on my search for a cute coffee spot and had been wanting to check it off my list. Went on a Tuesday morning with my daughter and right off the bat, we were kind of let down. The cafe was empty and there was one person behind the counter and when we walked in he just glanced over at us but didn't even acknowledge us. I was instantly disappointed but we ordered our drinks and a pastry. Again, during checkout at hardly got a peep out of him. I'm not saying I need over the top customer service but some acknowledgment and a few words go a long way. Especially if the cafe is empty. The three Star rating is only for the beverages and croissant. They were delicious! Unfortunately, we won't be visiting again as first impressions are everything and we were let down immediately. read more

Enjoyed my visit at Cafe Grano, particularly the cozy coffee shop vibe with outdoor seating at a street corner and the welcoming staff. The inside is rather small but modern and inviting. It offers different seating options to grab a quick coffee or even do some study/work (some customers came with their laptops). My watermelon refresher looked appealing and tasted pretty good. It left me curious to try their other drink items or ice creams next time. Cafe Grano was a nice little discovery for me while walking around downtown Burbank in the weekend, looking for a place to grab a snack and a pick me up coffee. I am glad they are around because I avoid chains as much as possible. They have indoor and outdoors seating, nice decor, good service, decent espresso and great pastries, their muffins look fantastic, the cherry one was delicious. As we stayed overnight in Burbank we decided to stop here in the morning on our back way home in San Jose. The Soy Cappuccino was brewed beautifully though they only came in the standard 8 oz size. As an avid matcha drinker I was incredibly disappointed with my matcha latte. I paid $9 for the Kyoto ceremonial matcha for it to just taste like oat milk. If I'm paying that much for matcha I expect it to taste like it. There are much better matcha places in you drive to LA or 30 mins from Burbank to San Gabriel Valley. read more

Today I wanted to leave a good review for this new cafe spot in Downtown Burbank. I have visited twice so far and each time I ordered both juices and smoothies. Their Wellness Menu is impressive; and the recipe and taste of the juices and smoothies are delicious and refreshing. Came in 30 mins before closing and was greeted by Nico who helped explain all the pastries I had questions about in a knowledgeable and professional way even with the clock ticking down to CLOSING TIME; he was just present and wasn't rushing or cleaning up while talking to me. My girlfriend and I stopped by today and had an amazing experience. The chocolate croissant was absolutely delicious fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. We also tried the shaken espresso, which was amazing!! What really made our visit special was the owner.
