The coffee at Cafe Grano that I've had was extremely good. Great coffee flavor with a very smooth and silky taste, texture. We also got some panini's which were quite delicious . Again, my wife got the best offering, she got the panini with fig spread which made the sandwich oh so good. . The people there that we interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. read more

My bf and I were on our way to IKEA for lunch so we decided to try this coffee shop beforehand! It's right in the busy shopping strip of Burbank so parking was a bit of a pain. None alongside so we parked in a structure nearby and walked about a block. Not bad! Small shop but super cute decor! I was a bit under the weather so I didn't capture as many photos as I wanted. I ordered an iced latte with half n half (rare option that you don't see at most coffee places) and caramel flavor! Drink came out quick! Ordering was a little tough since again, I wasn't feeling 100%, and my voice is already softer than most so the cashier lady had a bit of a hard time hearing me. But that's okay, we worked it out and got what I wanted! Absolutely delicious, unique, different, and super creamy. I loved every bit of it and would love to come back! Every latte I've had here was made with care. I also often get delivery when working from home and it's just as good brought to your door. My favorite is the Honey Anise latte and while I know it's on the seasonal menu I hope they keep it. I'd come in every day if I could afford it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best spots I've ever found for matcha. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was perfect--warm, welcoming, and stylish without trying too hard. The good: Central location in Burbank. The vanilla latte I ordered was good and my son enjoyed his gelato The ugly: Parking can be hit or miss and for "good" coffee on the go, might as well go somewhere else with easier parking. Also, customer service here is mediocre at best. The young lady that took my order accidentally pushed over a candy jar that broke by my son's feet. It was an accident and she was apologetic, so no problem, but the gentleman that helped her clean it up was very rude. After it occurred, they proceeded to help the man who had just walked in instead of finishing up our order, so we had to wait to be helped after being disrupted by the broken jar. For the ambiance, nothing to report here. I won't be returning. There are plenty of better options nearby where you can be greeted with a smile and delicious coffee. read more

This cute and cozy cafe is within walking distance from where I work and I love to treat myself to an iced matcha sweetened with honey twice a month. Their prices are better than other competitors including big chains while their quality is superior! Street parking nearby is paid but there are structures a bit further out that are free. I have been meaning to try this place out for a while now and finally I got to go in earlier today and get my self a cold brew coffee. That's my preferred coffee drink and sometimes a cappuccino or a latte. Not a fan of sweetened drinks when you can't taste the coffee. The cold brew was delicious, I asked them to add a splash of whole milk and it was perfect. They sell some pastries, gelato, teas ...I didn't try any of those but next time for sure. Fries looked like they were actual fresh made fries, not frozen, which was a nice surprise. I could also tell that they make their ranch from scratch. The bbq chicken sandwich was also delicious. Side salad was super fresh. Everything was so delicious! Portions nice; prices fair. I am impressed with Wild Carvery because I could tell that the ingredients are fresh and the quality is high. I also suspect that they make their own pickles? But I'm not sure. If quality and freshness are important to you, I highly recommend checking out Wild Carvery. I asked the employees if I can leave my order with them for a bit so that I can pick up some meat inside the market. They obliged, and I went to the meat counter to order my beef back ribs to cook for tomorrow. For 5 pounds, I ended up paying about $34, which was definitely a bargain. They were also selling breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the store, which I found to be awesome. I took everything home and opened my bag of spoils. After I took everything out, I statted thinking of what I wanted to eat first and what I wanted to save for later. It was so much food that I thought I could feed an entire army. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
