This place is soo good!! I tried the steak Diane sandwich from here and it was really yummy. I accidentally ordered from another place nearby with a similar name, and was soooo disappointed. I also tried the chicken pesto panini, and changed the ingredients around a little bit, adding spinach and grilled onions. I love the options to personalize your sandwich here, and everything tastes fire! The bread is delicious, and the meat is cooked right. All the ingredients seem pretty fresh, and I love that salad is an option for a side. I wish there was maybe another salad dressing offering, but the one they have isn't terrible. I've been coming here for over 5 years. I love their sandwiches. Try the "Roughage" if you are vegetarian. The "Buffalo Chicken" sandwich is great if you like a little spice. I ordered catering for my birthday brunch, and everything from the ordering process, order pick up, and the food was flawless. When I first contacted via email, David replied immediately, but what I appreciated most was that he also immediately replied to all of my follow-up questions. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The food: I ordered 3 types of sandwiches (Sweet November, Clydesdale, and Wolfgang), 2 types of salads (Garlic Kale Pasta and Tomato/Cucumber), and 2 desserts (Buttercake and S'mores Bars). Everything was packaged nicely, the portion sizes were very generous (the sandwich fillings are like NY deli style, with fillings enough for 2-3 sandwiches), and they all tasted fresh and delicious. My guests complimented the spread, and I had a few leftovers, so they were happy to take some home. I also took some home, and they all kept well, so I have lunch and dinner for a few days. Or food arrived about 10 minutes after we ordered it. I got the turkey club with no cheese and lettuce wrapped, with a side salad that came with the meal. My friend got the Bentley with tomato soup. They do lettuce wraps for all of their sandwiches so I got one since I'm gluten-free and they didn't have GF bread. Everything was perfect except they only have like 10 minute parking on the street near them and there are no lots or parking garages near them. We had to park a couple of blocks away and walk there. I didn't mind the walk, but I may not come here with others unless we are just picking up food since there is virtually no parking. I do plan to return, though. I won't be ordering again. Staff is RUDE. I ordered through Postmates and added SPECIFIC notes which the staff ignored.. I let it go at the time. 2 days later I reorder and have the same experience. This place is LIT! I've been wanting to find a go-to sandwich spot, and I think I finally found it! But you really need to know what to order. For my first visit, I made the mistake by ordering a cold, chicken salad sandwich which was more like a 3-star rating. Then I came back again and tried the Chicken Parm and the Bentley, which was BOMB! The hot sandwiches are DEFINITELY better here. I pounded the Bentley, I could've had another one! I want to come back to try the breakfast sandwiches and the Diane. I also had the deep fried Oreos and butter cake (which is more like a bar). I've been a fan of butter cake ever since I had it at Nick's Restaurant, but it wasn't the same. Obviously these are filling, and I felt stuffed after eating them, but it was worth trying it once. I went ahead and stayed safe and got the medianoche which is their take on the cuban sandwich. The telera roll was nice and soft and the garlic mojo sauce was on point. The ham, pickles, and swiss cheese just combined for a sandwich that you can't go wrong with. Seeing as how the medianoche was on the rich side, I decided on getting a side that was more lighter so I went with the kale pasta salad. I honestly wasn't expecting the sweetness and garlic flavor which I absolutely loved. When I arrived to pick up the order at 8:55, I wanted to add a drink onto my order but the girl had already closed the register down, so I was unable to add anything onto my order. She was also a bit short with me, which I attributed to the fact that it was closing time and we were the last order. About a week later, I came back. Same routine, called in the order and picked up. And then about a week after that also, this time we decided to dine in. every single time the same girl was a cashier and she was very short with us, very unhelpful with any questions, I am almost rushing you through your order to get out of her face. we're hoping that one of these times they would be a different cashier but no such luck. It's not my place to tell anyone how to do their job but as a patron of a restaurant, I want to feel welcome and that any question I may have will be answered willingly so that my dining experience is top notch.
