Great pastry & menus

Nice local coffee shop, with pastries & paninis & refreshers. This area of Burbank is packed with interesting places, and cafe staff here are friendly and willing to customize. Very welcoming, easy vibe.

We've come here a couple of times now every time we stay nearby. This time we came we ordered a sage cheddar croissant, a cherry bomb muffin, a honey anise nutmeg latte, and a green smoothie. The cherry bomb muffin had custard inside of it, which was unexpected but my partner enjoyed it. The sage cheddar croissant was pretty good but my only complaint was that even after they warmed it up, the croissant was still just lukewarm but still fresh. The green smoothie has no added sugars and was very fresh, almost like a juice. The honey anise nutmeg latte was very good and it was nice they put it in the mug we brought. Staff members are pretty kind though the space is on the smaller side. Overall, this is a small place with like 4 indoor tables and a small bar stool area and an outdoor table. But the food and drink here are pretty high quality.

They have high quality ingredients here. I enjoyed their smoothie, but it got really watery after just a few minutes.

Café Grano is fairly new to me, but the moment I noticed it, I knew I had to try it. I'm always on the lookout for good coffee spots in Burbank, and this one did not disappoint. I stuck with my usual order -- an iced latte with whole milk and no sweetener -- and wow. You can definitely taste the quality of the coffee. It was smooth, rich, and didn't need anything added to it, which is always a good sign. No bitterness, just really solid coffee. The vibe is nice and welcoming, and it already feels like one of those spots you could easily make part of your regular routine. If you're a coffee lover and actually care about how your coffee tastes, this place is worth checking out. I'll definitely be back.

I was planning to go to this coffee shop for a while. I finally had the opportunity to go and have coffee. I can say I found my favorite coffee shop in the area. I would like to give big shout out to the young lady with curly hair for making an awesome Latte. I can say it was the best one I had recently. After couple of tasteless lattes, I finally had a great tasting latte. Thank you young lady for the awesome latte. For ambiance, this location has both indoor and outdoor seating area. When I visited the weather was nice, so I sat outside and enjoyed my latte. Around noon, it can be busy. However, drinks are made fast. My drink was ready in less than five minutes which I really appreciate. For parking, there is both street parking and public parking.

Amazing place! I love coming here to study and get my coffee fix! Today I had a caprese verde and asked them to add a few slices of prosciutto inside! I also got their Kyoto matcha with a lemon honey cream top which was soooo delicious and creamy. I don't usually like matcha that's too sweet so this was perfect! They also have cookies, pastries (which aren't pictured) and gelato flavors of all sorts! I tried the marshmallow (my favorite) and I will definitely be coming back to get a scoop of that once it's warmer out! Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy & welcoming! They play great music as well which is a plus!! Definitely worth coming here and trying!!!

Got a pumpkin spiced latte with a creme top! I asked which creme top they recommend and they suggested the honey anise nutmeg one so I got that. They also asked if I liked my drinks on the sweet side so I assume they added a little extra sweetner to the drink. Overall, this was good but felt very pricey. I would go again to try one of their specials but wouldn't order a basic item like a mocha at this price point.

Kyoto Matcha Iced Ceremonial Grade

Been wanting to try this spot for a while due to the good reviews and location. Unfortunately while the iced matcha tasted great, I can't justify spending double what Starbucks charges for a drink with over 75% of the cup being filled with ice. Recommendation, ask for light ice or get it hot..

Kyoto Matcha Iced latte with vanilla & oat milk.

Best matcha in town! After visiting Tokyo, Japan and falling in love with their matcha I tried to find similar in Burbank and Cafe Grano nailed it in comparison! My go-to order is their Kyoto Matcha Iced latte with vanilla and oat milk!

Strawberry matcha
Amber G.

Really good matcha flavor. I've really been wanting to try this strawberry matcha I see everywhere. I was not really crazy about real chunks of strawberry being in my drink. Maybe you would but it was not for me. The fruit kept getting stuck in my straw. Restroom inside but needs a code and it was too busy for me to get it. The paninis sound amazing. I didn't get one just because I didn't want to spend $20 on a coffee shop sandwich. I would definitely give them another try but I wouldn't get the strawberry matcha again

Lilit M.

My friend Levon, a loyal customer, recommended Coffee Grano Cafe, and I'm really glad I checked it out. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and quality coffee. In one word the best in Burbank. Definitely worth a visit.

Cute little cafe! Baristas were so nice and accommodating. They have paninis and a few other assortments. Such a cute place for an early morning visit!

Wish this place was better since it was so close to the gym I go to. The strawberry matcha was bad. The strawberry tasted off and the matcha was super clumpy. The service was okay. The guys working kept talking with each other when I was trying to order. This place is cute inside, with all of the shops around I won't be back.

For our drink, we had ti try their best seller, which actually put them on the map as a must try-spot for coffee in their cinnamon toast crunch iced latte. It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.

This cafe is run by a family of wonderful, empowering women who support their community and their customers with engaging events and delicious coffee. When I first moved to Burbank I was given a warm welcome by the ladies behind the counter and since then I'm happy to be a regular. Their drinks are on the more expensive side compared to larger corporate chains, but the taste and quality well makes up for the expense. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products.

The times I've been here, the owner has been the person who's taking orders at the register. Both times I've seen her be very warm and welcoming to the person in front of and behind me (one of which was my friend) and then as soon as I come up to place my order I just get a "what can I get for you" and kind of a whole attitude switch. This happened on my very first visit to this coffee shop so I don't think I did anything wrong? I have worked many customer service jobs so I always approach the counter with a "hi, how are you" and try to have a pleasant demeanor. I try not to let it bother me but it's hard not to notice the immediate switch from the interaction of the person in front of me. Now, I don't need people to be nice to me but I would like the same common courtesy I try to give. This happened on two other occasions and it's clear to me I just don't need to be going here. Maybe if the coffee were exceptional I could get over the service, but that isn't the case. I got an espresso tonic that was just ok. Glad people in Burbank like this shop but it's a chop for me.
