**Late review** My cousin and her daughters are regulars at Cafe BT. When my sister and I were visiting from out of town, my cousin decided to take us here for a little mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Coming into the cafe, it has a nice cozy ambiance that feels like any other coffee/tea house but with a different theme. While it may be a little small, it's a perfect place to hangout, do work, etc. Also family owned. My cousin and her daughters like to switch their drinks every time they come. They gave some of their recommendations for my sister and I to try (couldn't remember what they each ordered). While the options my cousin suggested were good, I ended up ordering something that wasn't part of her list and ended up getting a Dana slush. Really liked how creamy the slush tasted with yogurt (tasted like Yakult) mixed in with fruit; kinda tastes like cotton candy though lol. Also wasn't too overly sweet or overpowered with too much milk or anything, but the texture was perfect. I can honestly say this is my favorite drink (for now) but I'm definitely getting this EVERY TIME now lol! Oh man! This place is quite popular with college kids and golfer folks after their games. The outside patio is gorgeous, especially on a warm night! The staff is very friendly and quick with each order! I always go here with people for their pistachio smoothie which honestly is like a pistachio ice cream milkshake that is SO GOOD! Their yogurt smoothie is also amazing, tart and not too sweet! read more

I came here for the bingsoo and ended up staying for the actual place which is such a dreamy little coffee shop. I loved the decor and the attention was phenomenal. The bingsoo IMO needed condensed milk, BUT, the fruit made up for the sweetness. I was welcomed and the attention was really top notch. Will def be back for coffee next time. read more

Cafe BT has been here for over a decade and still remains as one of the best mom and pop boba shop/study spot here in the RH area. Plenty of couches and tables here, so I recommend coming a bit early to snag a spot, since it gets crowded at peak hours. Location / It's tucked in a plaza with ample parking! They're also open late which I appreciate for a quick coffee/boba run haha. The decor is so cute and when you walk in, it gives off cozy coffeehouse vibes. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with outlets too! Great place to catch up with friends or even do work/study! Drinks / I got their yogurt slush which tasted similar to a blended yakult drink. I really enjoyed the refreshing taste of the drink! They also serve food here as well so I'll check that out next time. They serve a wide range of drinks from coffee, teas, smoothies, slushes, lemonades, etc! I was out getting kbbq with the girls and we wanted to get boba, so we had planned to go to summerfield, but as the sky is blue, summerfield was full, packed, and had no parking. Thus, one of my girlfriends suggested we go to Cafe BT for their yogurt smoothies. I looked her up and down, slow blinked, and said, "Are you serious? Yogurt?" She then said "yes it's actually good," and we reluctantly went, expecting mediocrity, because who would think anything yogurt flavored would be worth my time. All that apprehension aside, I can confidently eat my words and say that that plain yogurt smoothie with boba is probably the best drink I have had in the past 5 years, blowing my expectations out of the water (they were on the ground). I could not recommend a drink more. I don't care that the drink was $8, as the price INCLUDES the boba, and also you aren't paying for mediocrity. Literally I find myself driving the 30 minutes it takes me to get to Cafe BT just for this drink, and it is worth it every single time. read more

Highly recommend the Dana slush! It's essentially two in one drink + dessert with a grape slush and tart frozen yogurt. You can also add boba for free :) and the total is about $6.50. Cafe BT is a cozy spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect atmosphere to talk, play games, or study. This is one of my favorite study cafes. It's spacious, clean, and cozy. They have a variety of drinks which I like because I don't like to have coffee all the time. Drinks are well made and not too sweet. The food is also really good, their croissant bread that they use is so flaky and crispy and slightly sweet. But I do think the food is pricey. As a study cafe, there's not a ton of indoor seating but the chairs and tables are so comfy and literally so perfect for studying. There's also outlets all along the walls inside. This cafe used to be called Boba Time but with so many drink locations that have that name, I guess they decided to change it to Cafe BT. I've been a regular customer here since my college days, and it's always a familiar feeling of comfort and home. The cafe is Korean-owned and seems to have undergone a series of ownership changes within the last several years or so. Nonetheless, the service is great and the staff are nice. My go-to drink is usually the strawberry smoothie with boba. The outside patio used to have a smoking section but now that it's under new ownership, smoking is only allowed outside of the premises. They have a nice seating area outside the patio, so you can switch anytime from the inside to get some fresh air. There are plenty of outlets so never have to worry about dying electronics haha It was my first time here to meet a friend, and I got the coffee milk tea, normal sweet, and with boba. Been coming here since it was called Boba Time. Now it's called Cafe BT but it's still good. My go-to is the red bean smoothie, which totally reminds me of my childhood and the red bean ice cream my mom used to make. The frozen yogurt is tasty, too. Haven't had it in a while, though, so I may have to try it again. I haven't tried much else because I always want the red bean smoothie, but people seem to like what they order. Prices are similar to most other places right now. Nice little place to hang out, and there's a pretty good sized outdoor patio - with heat lamps if it's cold. Cafe bt is the place to be if you want a cafe with the homey vibes. The rustic aesthetic with the k-indie music is pretty comforting. All the drinks are really good while they're also unique . From their frappes to their shaved iced, I can't pick a favorite because I love all of them! The workers Glenn and Sean are also really friendly and nice. Their menu is huge so you can honestly find something that'll probably satisfy whatever it is your craving. Whether it be coffee, boba, smoothies, shakes, froyo, juice... take your pick. Since their rebrand, they also came out with a brunch menu which I didn't get to explore since I came around 6 p.m. to study. I will definitely be coming back because they have such unique items. The interior is very cozy and relaxing with chairs that are soft and cushiony. A big plus is that most tables have access to outlets so if you're planning to work there for a while, there's nothing to worry about. I've been a loyal customer for several years and can attest to the fact that this is one of the best study spots in the area. The owner and staff are always very friendly, and they have a good selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere is perfect for both hanging out and studying for long periods of time. The seats are comfortable, the parking's easy, the facilities are clean, and the music isn't too loud so I'm able to focus while studying on my laptop. That being said, the seats are frequently occupied as it is such a popular place. But even in their busiest hours, the staff has never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured me to leave early. The only policy to seating is that the long table that is marked "reserved" is for parties of 5 or more. I don't know how many times I've heard groups of 2-4 students asking if they can sit there, then getting upset and writing unfair reviews when that policy is being implemented. The staff clearly inform the "aspiring medical professionals" or "those engaged in scholarly pursuits" that while they are able to sit there, since that table is reserved they would need to move if a larger party were to arrive. And they ALL express understanding and agreement until that policy is actually implemented. It's disappointing to see negative reviews from those who don't respect the rules, but I can say firsthand that this café remains one of the best places in the area for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Cafe BT's interior is much nicer by comparison. The inside basically a nice coffeehouse-type lounge. Plus they have a sizable outdoor patio with plenty of seating. This place was packed last week on a Sunday Easter afternoon. I came in with a gang of 10 people. We went to church, had lunch, and then came here to Cafe BT. We put all our drinks on one order. The staff was busy making our drinks, but we holding them to give them to us all at once. Waiting was taking too long, so we told them to just give us the drinks as they were completed. I got the Pistachio smoothie with no boba. I absolutely loved it! It's very similar to how Boba Time makes them. As crowded as this place gets, I recommend. This is a nice little place across the street from the Royal Vista golf course. They have a really nice outdoor seating area. I went there and ordered 3 sandwiches (because it was the only food item I could see on the menu) and had to wait over half an hour. It wouldn't matter if I weren't hungry or in a rush, but at the time I was both hungry and in a rush. I love their Dana slush and Mango Slush. The yogurt taste is what I like about Dana. The mango seems to taste more like mango than most places. Starting is tight inside but customers seem to know there is a "keep it quiet" etiquette here the patio is nice too but can get cold in the winter. Although they do have heaters outside. read more

It's nice and quiet for studying in the early hours though with enough outlets and large tables. This place is pretty lively at night and a fun place to go with friends or study (or both!). It's much better than going to a coffee shop because they have a large variety of drink and snack selections. They don't play the music too loud and it's a comforting spot to hangout at night because they also have outside seating which is pretty spacious. The seats/ sofa's inside are separated far enough where other people won't hear your conversations which is a plus because it's the worst when seating is toooo close and you can overhear everybody's conversation. I wish they were open later because this is a perfect spot to study and most students like to study late late at night or even go for a boba run at later hours. Nonetheless still a cool spot to check out. The staff were young, patient and friendly! Mango Peach Smoothie: I got the mango peach smoothie and it was sweet but I wish it had a thicker consistency blend. However the boba was good because it was sweet and soft. Nothing crazy to describe here, just the typical mango/ peach smoothie. Also think it would taste better if you could taste like mango bits inside. Jasmine Milk Tea: I never order jasmine milk tea so this drink had a unique taste to it which I was not expecting but this flavor will grow on you. It had like a "soft taste" to it. Nothing strong or bitter. It was good. Froyo: The froyo was delicious! It had a very nice thick consistency and was sweet.
