Happy with the results of what we asked for and received. Submitted a quote request through Yelp with a description of what we were trying to do as far as updating a bathroom countertop. Everyone else wanted to come measure and go over things, these guys took the measurements and the generics, gave me a quote, scheduled a measurement, took 5 minutes measuring and showed up a few days later to do the install. They were prompt. Wore masks, did good work with materials that were better than I expected. I always got notice when they were on the way. There was a delay in the granite and they let me know ahead of the original appointment and immediately rescheduled. Afterwards I received a call just to make sure things were satisfactory. read more

We contracted with Cabinets Plus to replace our countertops and backsplash. Unfortunately our job incurred a few hiccups. The installers dropped the ball....but not the owner of Cabinets Plus (Michael ). He stepped in and immediately got to work having the errors corrected. Our designer (Linda) came to our home to assess the situation and reported back to Michael). We were worried to say the least ...you hear about seniors being scammed all the time. You don't need to worry when dealing with this company. Michael is an honorable and reliable owner. He sent in experts (Stephan and Anthony) and they corrected the mistakes and finished our job. Our kitchen is beautiful! I would highly recommend this company ( even with the issues we had), in fact maybe more so now that I know what outstanding customer service Michael's company provides. Was far from satisfied with the work Cabinets Plus did. Several of the cabinet doors were not properly installed. They are usable but far from a proper fit. They took forever to complete to job and communication with the company was simply dreadful. In addition, the guy who (eventually) installed the backsplash, refused to caulk it. I had to go there several times to pester them about completing the job. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer. read more

Wife called with some questions and we did as asked to gather up necessary dimensions and even a picture. Then took time to go in and chat about options. Once there no-one greeted us for 10 minutes while multiple people were seen in the office area. Finally when acknowledged we were treated like children from mars and he said had no idea why we would just bring in dimensions : / . Did finally, reluctantly, half heartedly look up our brand and said then said a flat "nothing we can do to help you" We left and will never go back. Anyone that asks about cabinets or counters will be steered away from this store. Tip: treat your customer like they keep you in business. read more

We went through getting estimates for cabinet resurface and cabinet replacement through a big box store. I was searching on the internet for cabinet installers (as that was a big chunk of the estimate) and somehow came across Cabinets Plus. We went in and talked to Dave and got an original "ball park", which came back about the same price as the box store, but for BETTER cabinets - i.e. ALL wood and soft-close - which were all extra in the box store estimate. So essentially, the better cabinets cost LESS than the cheap cabinets at the box store. Also, our kitchen is upstairs in a split-level home (so about 8 steps up from the front door). The box store was also going to charge extra for this. Not extra with Cabinets Plus. Dave was really easy to work with. I changed my mind on style of cabinets (doors) a few times and it never seemed like a bother to him... and he's a busy guy! I loved that they have this program so you can visualize your actual kitchen layout with the different styles/colors of cabinets. That was really key in my decision making process! Installers for both cabinets and countertops were very good, also. It's obvious they have been doing this for a while... they know their stuff and did a great job! I couldn't be happier with everything. I truly feel like I got a far superior product for about the same or less than what it would have cost me through the box store. read more
