I believe I called in on a Friday for a pick-up the following Monday. As usual, there was a line, but it goes fairly quickly. I get up to the counter, give them my name for the reserved roast and add some green chile twice baked potatoes to the order. I walk over to the register, tell the cashier my name and what I'm buying; I pay and I'm outta there. Easy peasy.
