Miss Saigon is where I first had and fell in love with pho over 10 years ago and to this day is still JUST AS AMAZING. Every pho I've tried since has been compared to the wonderfully flavorful broth of Miss Saigons! I always order 21! It's sooooooooo good literally the best ever! A great spot near campus! The spring rolls truly steal the show here - it's making me excited to go back and try more of their veggie options. The rolls are fragrant and perfectly balanced. Generally busy most weekend nights and we understand why! I got there and got a number to be in line and had a table for 3 within 15 minutes. Large menu with bubble tea options, Thai iced tea flavor and lots of pho options including veggie ones. Definitely a my go to for PHO! We were greeted quickly by a kind young lady, you seat yourself here so that was nice because it was honestly freezing in the front area! Dined here on a Thursday night with a large party and they did not disappoint. Coming from California, I was looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. This place had a wide variety of dishes from noodle soups, rice plates to drinks. I would definitely recommend the pho, the dry rice noodles, shaking beef and the jasmine milk tea. Apparently this spot is a Tucson classic so I was very excited to try it and was not disappointed. We arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and were seated within 5 minutes. I wish there was a miss Saigon in central phx or another location north. Whenever I'm in Tucson I just crave the beef and rice and a egg noodle wonton soup. I did notice a change in their menu and the arrangements at the restaurant. I wasn't able to find the egg noodle wonton soup(?) but as always, everything tasted super good and we enjoyed ourselves. There was bit of a mix up as me and my friend both order the same soup but I didn't want it spicy. I went there three times with different friends this month, I ordered #19 and # 67, another time I forgot. I liked #19, I asked neither noodles nor soup, yeah, the portion comes out is pretty small, probably I should add some carbohydrates, but the taste is pretty good, it is a very good vegan option if you're into that, it has tofu, veggies, mushrooms etc. The second one is veggies delight with beef, the beef portion comes more that I thought, but it isn't seasoned very well, I would substitute the beef with more variety of veggies, then it would be perfect. The delivery time is about 10-15mins, not that bad. It is a medium restaurant, and it gets crowded and loud during peak time. read more

Excellent flavors served by an excellent staff. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant and the inside was clean and uncrowded. I was instantly turned on by the smell of authentic dishes being prepared. The young hostesses were very pleasant as was the gentleman who brought out my order. Came here with the family for dinner, it's our favorite pho place in town. We ordered three pho and my wife got the noodles with curry and grilled chicken. The remodeled interior makes everything look brighter and happier. The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious as always. Like many places the prices have gone up with a regular pho costing $13 and a large $16. We love miss Saigon but having a dinner for four costing $70 moves this to a once in a while treat. read more
