Phenomenal. Probably the best ramen we've ever eaten. My husband and I eat ramen everywhere we go and have yet to find a spot that tastes as good as this. We will drive down from Phoenix just for this food (and have on multiple occasions). We then eat here for lunch and dinner in the same day. The ramen at dinner time is always better because the soup has been cooking all day, but it's still amazing at lunch time He orders the red spicy chili tonkotsu and I order the black roasted garlic tonkotsu with a side of chili oil. The black garlic tonkotsu is so savory and outstanding. The gyozas are kinda soggy but have a great flavor, and we dip them in the broth anyway so we don't mind the texture Always a great experience and the staff is always kind and attentive. The staff was super friendly, and the broth was full of flavor. The noodles and toppings were cooked just right. I had the Black Garlic Tonkotsu, and my husband got the Umami Shoyu Ramen. Both were totally different but equally delicious. We also shared the Unagi Don for $6.50. It was really delicious and a perfect way to start our meal. They offer extra noodles or rice, depending on what meal you order, for under $5 if you're still hungry. But we were full after sharing the Unagi and each having our own ramen. It was more than enough and totally worth it. You can't make a reservation ahead of time, so expect a bit of a wait when you arrive. We were quoted 15 to 20 minutes, but it actually felt shorter. Since there's no indoor waiting area, you can wait in your car or outside, and they'll call your phone when your table is ready. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Loved this place! If you need a great meal at a fast pace - this is your spot. We ordered the gyoza, the pork yakisoba, and the spicy miso ramen. I am not exaggerating at all when I tell you that our food was out in less than 5 minutes. And it was piping hot and delicious! The staff is also so very friendly. I actually don't care for ramen and cannot use chopsticks. The staff didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed for asking for a fork to eat my yakisoba dish. We both loved our food. My husband is a huge ramen fan and loved his. I loved the pork yakisoba so much that I'd go back for just this one dish again and again. The noodles were cooked to perfection! The gyoza were so full of flavor and came with a light suave drizzled on them so there was no need to dip them in anything - making it much easier to eat. The space is small, but the service is fast so it wasn't hard to get an inside table on a busy Saturday. They also have a patio which I am looking forward to experiencing in the cooler months. Maneuvering through the tiny parking lot was likely the least pleasant part of our experience, but we seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and had an open design. The one-page laminated menu showcased Ramen. I chose a seafood ramen bowl and Kay selected a veggie bowl. We opted out of the starters and it worked out for the best because the serving was generous. The food came out incredibly quickly, within minutes. Unfortunately, that kind of prep resulted in seafood that was a bit overdone and chewy. I added garlic chili oil, scallions and a soft boiled egg to my seafood ramen order and a small warm saké. The soy broth was so flavorful we both ordered extra noodles to extend our enjoyment of the deliciousness. Our waiter(s) were ever present and so attentive it made for a fun, interactive experience. Pretty packed for a Friday, we waited about 30 minutes and they still seated us even though it was 30 minutes to closing time! I ordered the spicy miso and it had a huge portion of noodles. The broth was savory and creamy. Not too spicy. My brother ordered the spicy miso + tonkatsu combo with 1/2 and 1/2 broth and 2x the noodles. Def worth it for the portion and price!!
