The place looks clean but there is ALWAYS small fruit flies that will pester you while eating. The quality of the ingredients is great but is a bit overpriced. The place was empty when we went. My husband and I order the burgers medium, so they can still be juicy but we got them very well done and a few burnt spots. Still tasted good but definitely not juicy. He cracked me up cause he said that you would expect the cook to be more caring when he only has 2 orders. I agree. While we were there nobody came to pick up orders either.

Salmon Spinach & Strawberry Salad (gf) (v) salmon

Fresh ingredients & tasty food. They have lots of options. You pay when you order and they bring your food out to you. Ample Parking, restroom could use a little tidying up and so can the outside patio it was busy with tables needing some tlc but maybe they were busy and short staffed ...who knows. They have healthy options and I love and live for that! Salmon was my go to salad with the strawberries but not a fan of the feta cheese. (It reminds me like blue cheese). Anywho, I should have read slowly & carefully that it had feta cheese but to my defense I didn't order it my significant other ordered it for me (bless his little heart). Nevertheless, I recommend coming here, inside seating and patio seating. There's a sprouts, laundromat & other places to check out in that shopping center. Ambiance was clean overall I'd give it a 4/5 & food 5/5.

Very clean and cozy dining room. Service is fantastic. Reasonably priced. The meat must be cooked in advance because it's all served the same, you don't pick how you want it cooked. It's chewy like it was reheated. Tough and dry. The salmon is very dry and overcooked as well. The Mac n cheese doesn't have much cheese. Super dry Mac. The cauliflower was just okay. Great idea, bad execution. The empanada was the only winner here. Stuffed well and soft flakey crust. Nice convenient location.

I was very excited to try this place ever since The Marketplace Grill near the traffic circle closed a few years ago as I loved that place! This is an order at the counter type of place so there are no paper menus (billboard). We decided on the surf & turf (23.95) which included a small skinless salmon filet, 4 slices of tri tip, two sides, and a piece of bread. Everything was of good quality but lacked flavor (I got the garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts). We also ordered a glass of cab each (9.50). With the 2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine it came to almost 74 bucks! I understand everything is super expensive these days, but being this is an order at the counter type of establishment you'd think it would be a tad bit less expensive. I'd like to try this place again during happy hour with 50% off wine and beer and a selection of 4 food items at discounted prices. Service was ok (not the friendliest but not the worst). Plenty of parking available but tight spots.

Stopped by Bushfire Kitchen after using the car wash in the next plaza over. Purchased their gaucho steak sandwich ($15), fries ($5), beef empanada ($5), and soda ($4). The beef empanada had a nice crispy crust, but, per my preferences, it was very lightly seasoned and it was served with their "house made chimichurri", which was more an herby aioli. The fries were my favorite item in the meal as they were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The steak sandwich was served on nice ciabatta bread with tons of their "chimichurri"; however, the tri tip was too tough, lightly marbled, and too lightly seasoned. There was a thin slice of tomato and a very small amount of grilled onion. Overall, I came for the steak sandwich, but I wanted more balance to the lean tritip with more acidity (which one would normally get with a properly acidic chimichurri) and fresh vegetables (onion/tomato/peppers), which would have made a huge difference. If their entrees came with a small side, then I would have maybe perceived better value.

FOOD: I had the Bushfire burger and my friend had the Gaucho steak sandwich. We got a side of brussels sprouts. They were perfectly roasted with a tasty balsamic vinaigrette. The sandwiches were good as well and I like the fact that they are not gigantic. I had a glass of their Bushfire IPA and it was very good. SERVICE: Jill took our order at the counter and brought the food to our table as well. She was pleasant and professional.Esmeralda, the manager was also very nice. AMBIENCE: clean spacious restaurant. There's patio dining as well.

Thai chicken curry bowl with butternut squash and mashed potatoes

I attended a holiday party here and had a great time. The restaurant has an outdoor patio which you can reserve and was a great location for our party. Everyone was able to order independently, so there was no need for splitting checks after, and they let us bring in our own desserts. The staff were outstanding - incredibly welcoming of our group, helpful when ordering, and came through regularly to check on us, take orders for more drinks, and ensure everyone was happy. I ordered the chicken curry bowl with mashed potatoes and butternut squash. It was good (and enough to take leftovers home) but could have used more veggies. I'm not sure if you can add multiple toppings, but I think with the mixed veggies as well as squash this would have been great. They have beer, wine, soft drinks, and freshly brewed iced tea.

This is a pretty cool new restaurant as I've been to this location as well as another one in Chino. The food is fresh and tasty. I've had the salmon a couple times. The cashier is very friendly as well as the entire staff. I'll be back later to try their signature sandwiches.

Came for lunch on a Friday at 2pm. Not very busy. Food came out quickly. Service was great. Had no issues. Thai bowl was good. Chimichurri tri tip was also good but could have used more flavor for the meat itself. Had no issues and everything seemed fresh. Would recommend for a healthier meal.

My first time here and it was very good. Great options for anyone looking to eat healthier with lots of flavor! If you have dietary restrictions there are many options as well. Lulu our server was so sweet. We ordered our food at the counter, they gave us a number then brought us our food when it was ready. We sat outside on the patio since it was a warm day. I had a bowl with brown rice, fresh kale, grilled chicken, beets, roasted broccoli with lemon tahini dressing. It was delicious and very filling. The kiddos got chicken strips & fries. My friend got a greek salad with grilled chicken and her hubby got the Peri Peri Chicken Plate. We were all very happy with our food. There is plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio (which is covered to keep the sun off your head). It's very clean inside as well. *Parking in the lot is plentiful ~ and that's all I have to say about that ~

It's a bit pricey for what it is. I paid $23 for a strawberry and spinach salad with salmon, but the salmon portion wasn't very substantial. That same weekend, I tried salads from Blue Salt Fish Grill for the first time, and the other salad was definitely superior. I'm not really understanding the appeal. It's giving me Medicino Farms, Sweet Greens, Urban Plate vibes, but it's not that memorable.

My wife and I were out doing errands and had wanted to give Bushfire a try. Overall, we were both very satisfied with our burgers. She got a veggie burger, and I had their El Fuego burger. Cooked medium perfectly, mine also had peppers and a pepper aioli that gave it a little kick. We were both scouting it out too as a potential after work spot for her book club or for happy hour with coworkers. The menu and drinks are perfectly fine, but the indoor seating makes it tough for parties of 6-8 people. There's an outdoor patio which would be better when it's warmer.

You order at the counter and they bring you your food. It came right away. My bowl had bite size pieces of tri tip, rice, and vegetables. It was very tasty. My friend enjoyed a beef sandwich.

We came all the way from Santa Clarita and we're not disappointed. Past all the namebrand places by the aquarium and came here and we're not disappointed. I had the work burger, which has fried portobello mushrooms. Others in our group had grilled cheese and poutine burger, and Italian burger and the hotdog and the breakfast burritos. No one was disappointed actually, we were surprisingly pleased with our selections. Sleeper items are the fried cheese curds by themselves. Make sure you get these. Also the onion rings are batter dipped. And beyond delicious! Only bummer is the drinks are cans, so if you need more than one drink, be prepared to pay for each can. The food was super delicious!!

It was really loud during our visit. I'm not sure if it's always that lively on Friday nights, but it was the weekend of Warped Tour, so there was a lot of music and energy. If you're looking for a quieter meal, this may not be the best night to visit. The food itself was good, but the wait was much longer than expected. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. Unfortunately, my burger was also made incorrectly. I ordered the Bacon Bleu Burger but was served a different burger instead. Not quite sure what it was, but it had mushrooms and American cheese. Since we had already waited so long, I decided to just eat it rather than send it back. The burgers were flavorful, but they were smaller than I expected for the price, and they don't come with fries. To round out my meal, I ordered the poutine fries. They were decent. The fries were nice and crispy, which I appreciated. My husband ordered the Burger Don Chendo, and that ended up being the standout of the night. I usually don't like spicy food, but this burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the portion size for the price, the experience was a bit hit-or-miss. I'd be willing to give them another try, especially for the Don Chendo burger, but I'm hoping for a smoother experience next time.

My friend and I went on a Monday during the day around 12:30 noon. Reservations are required, but after 4pm they accept walk ins. They make you out a credit card down for the reservation and if you don't show they charge you a fee. I was not aware until I arrived but there is a time limit of 2 hours for the table. Since my friend and I went during the day I don't think it was an issue as we sat there for closer for 4 hours. The hostess was very sweet. She informed us that we could take pictures, walk around and videotape as well. The server was friendly as well. Since it was so empty during the day we didn't really see her as much and my friend and I were talking a lot. Together we ordered 3 alcoholic beverages, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 1 dessert to share. The first drink I got was the clown pear-noia and my friend got the liquid lobotomy. They were served in fun Halloween cups that you can also purchase there. Second drink I got was the severed sun. All drinks were really good but definitely want to give a hats off to the mixologists because the flavors were great together. If you don't like craft drinks you may not enjoy these. I really enjoyed the severed sun the most out of those three. For the food, we got an order of sweet potato fries and the hatch chili Mac and cheese. Sweet potato fries were as expected, and came with Parmesan cheese topping and a black garlic aioli. The Mac and cheese was not spicy at all, but every so often I did taste a hint of spice. For entrees I had the short rib and she ordered the butternut squash ravioli. Both entrees were good and we both were happy with our selections. The ravioli tasted exactly like butternut squash soup. The short ribs had a nice glaze, but I do wish there was a bit more to help with the flavor profile (carrots were yummy and fresh, but mashed potatoes were kind watery). So to be clear, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it tasted good and we have no complaints, but it was not "oh my goodness this is amazing" good. So that is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I had a great time catching up with a friend. It wasn't crazy loud in there that we couldn't hear each other but it was pretty dark in there. I did also see a lot of children with parents, but after 9pm I believe there are no children allowed. This place is a must try at least once for the vibes! Will definitely come back for the Christmas pop up next month!

Their online menu does not indicate the sides available. It was at this time, 9 minutes later hung up. I tried to call back and the line was obviously busy. I placed my order online for burgers and fries and drove to pick my order up. It's not what I wanted but I knew what I was getting. When I arrived at the restaurant i asked her name. She said, Kate. I explained what happened and she indicated she forgot about the call. I told her good customer service would have been for her to come back to the phone if even to say, I hadn't forgot about you and will be with you shortly. She admitted I hadn't forgot a valid point. I ordered 2 burgers, a double cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger both with fries. To make matters worse the cheese was not even melted on the burger. Just a cold slice of cheese on both burgers. I had bit into the burger before realizing the cheese was cold and not melted or soft. I'm going to give Poly Burgers a rest. Today's experience was frustrating.
