Easy eats burgers and amazing fries. Went for a quick work lunch. Plenty of parking in the plaza. There's a few different burgers (including a Filipino burger) but opted for the PS burger and some fries. Food came out pretty quickly. Burger was spot on - cooked well and not super greasy considering it's a fast food place. Best part was the fries though - I'm guessing it's the duck fat but I ran through those so quick. Went a 2nd time recently, still feel the same. Burger patties are way too small, ordered mine with ketchup and mustard and onions, there was NO mustard on the burger and hardly any onions. Only from my observation and experience. Ordered a PS burger and Chicken Sandwhich Burger. The PS burger was $11. It was made sloppy, the bun itself was not even aligned correctly. It was alittle on the salty side for me. Paid an extra 50cents for Jalapeños.. only 3 or 4 was added. The chicken Sandwhich was better then my PS burger which was alittle bit more in price compared to my PS burger. I believe the burgers are overpriced. They are actually pretty small. On the positive note, the wine serving was good. So dont be expecting a large burger. If you have money to spend to purchase a burger and still feeling hungry afterwards, this place might do it for you. The ambiance is that of an old-school burger joint but in Orange. Inside seating is tight but cozy. Has old school video games and a photo booth for some entertainment. I am having mixed feelings. In my honest opinion, the taste was just ok for me. Very delicious burgers! Burgers tasted great and were pretty big. They have big fries and were cooked perfectly. Service was fast and everyone was very nice. Been a fan of this previous popup at Hi-Lo and Brachwood. Or was it because I'm just too lazy to drive to Redondo or Hermosa? Either way, I'm happy it's here now. It's next to Howard's/Ralph's in the marina so plenty of parking. Once inside you will find splatter orange for the walls. Kind of retro vibes yet fresh at the same time. Just like their smash burgers. They are so simple yet so delicious. Their duck fat fries are also a must. I usually just get their PS burger, because I like to taste simplicity. But that pastrami burger does look tempting for next time! They don't have the fish sandwich like Redondo. This availability was for lent but if they do decide to have it then it will be after April. Currently they have beers by Burning Daylight out of lomita. Matt, the owner is a total beer geek so I dig that he has local craft on tap. Came in here with my girl before going to see a movie to check out the hype and I was pleasantly surprised. We both got the founder burger along with some soft serve swirls. The burgers were great no complaints here. The founder is like a elevated McDonald's cheeseburger and I say that in the best way possible better ingredients, better taste, and it doesn't leave you feeling guilty after for eating crappy McDonalds But the surprise star of the show for us was the soft serve. It was good! If I could give it a 3.5 stars I would. Had been wanting to try this place because I go to the Club Studio next door. To preface, burgers are my favorite food so I feel like I can be pretty particular with them. I loved the grilled onions, bun, and the fries by themselves were SOO GOOD. Needed something quick and small-ish to eat before going to the movie theater. Daughter loves chili cheese fries so we ordered that and were going to share. She found the chili too spicy so she didn't eat much at all. I found the whole thing pretty greasy and the cheese wasn't melted all the way. I also noticed a guy come in to work there who took his cap off, rubbed his bald head with his hands, put the cap back on and then go touch the cash register. We left fairly quickly after that so not sure if he was also handing food, but that was definitely a turn off seeing that he didn't wash his hands after rubbing his head. Stopped by yesterday Sunday, 3-15-26. Place is known for their smash burger type of burgers. Ordered the Juicy James & Founder with no onions. Also ordered Chili Cheese Fries. The cashier warned us that the Chili is spicy. Well he should have said "Habanero HOT" Is Texas Style Chili normally that spicey? Seriously the Chili was too hot in spice to enjoy. I just ate the fries that were underneath the Chili. The fries actually were pretty good. The fries had a crispy texture outside. I called Proudly Serving several times to speak to management with no answer. I really wanted to know if their chili is normally that spicy. Because I'm thinking whomever made the chili that day put too much chili spice in it. As for the burgers they were okay. My burger actually reminded me of the Shake Shack burgers. I had the PS smash while my friend had the chili burger great access to parking the cashier and cleanup crew were cheery. Upon walking into the place at the Marina its was bright and airy with families and friends milling about all to tryout the latest addition to the burger wars! We went face first into our meals with fried and all three sauces - taste is subjective but I went for the less tangy sauce which complimented the fries. It was hard not to give this flavorful smash and chili versions a solid 5ive stars with the competition hovering at $3.75 to $6.00 it was difficult to coax my spendthrift attitude for the $11.00 burgers. I get that it's a great tasty burger but to be that pricey of a burger when you can spend just $4.00 more for the wagyu burger up the street. Nonetheless it's a great burger but not extraordinary at that price tag so will I be back definitely ! Is it worth a try ? FOR SURE Does the place need to drop its price WITHOUT A DOUBT .... Why is there an employee wearing black sunglasses at the counter? $21 for a burger, fries, and a regular fountain drink, they do not offer a combo deal. The burgers are nothing special. The Win-Dow is in the area for a much better deal and Proudly Serving's burgers don't taste any better than theirs. I've ordered the Win-Dow through UBEREATS for cheaper than ordering in person here. Stopped by on the 1st official day after the grand opening, very excited for some good smash burgers and fries. We kept it simple (the menu is straightforward and makes it simple to do!) and ordered 2 PS burgers and 2 fries w/ a coke for a grand total of $38 which is pretty pricy. The smash burgers were well made & simple (in the best way) you can tell the beef is quality, and it was FRESH. Piping hot from the grill and ready in about 5 minutes. I would rate the burger a 9/10 for the following reasons: 1) the onions are long and shredded instead of the typical chopped so they stick out of the burger and pull when you take a bite which burns your lip. I would omit onions next time just to avoid it, so -.5 of a point. 2) the bun is VERY soft and I appreciate that, however, it's almost too soft to the point that it almost dissolves into the burger in certain spots. I definitely think a more substantial (or toasted) bun would be able to hold up to the rest of the burger, so -.5 of a point. The fries were thick, fresh, and fried well. Very crispy without being oily in the least. However -1 point for lack of salt. If these were hit with a fresh salt right after frying these would be insane. I will add my own salt next time. Overall, happy with the new addition to the marina and a quality burger! 4/5 stars total for the mentioned notes of the salt & bun as well as the higher price point. read more

An order of fries $5.00 Our first order was completely wrong. The manager redid our order. The burger was a double patty but the meat is thin like a happy meal. Smothered in American cheese, grilled onion, pickle and what looked like 1000 Island sauce. I took one bite and knew this grease bomb was not for me. The $5.00 order of fries was nothing special.
