Came here on a busy day and overall it was a good experience, with a couple of downsides. First thing: parking is rough. It's a busy area and the setup makes it easy to miss the turn. If you pass it, you basically have to loop around for a while to get back, so give yourself extra time. Once we got inside, the staff was very friendly. We had a reservation and got seated quickly with almost no wait. Our food came out fast, especially considering how packed it was, and most of it was really good. The cornbread was amazing and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The only miss for us was the mac & cheese. It just didn't taste great compared to everything else on the table. Service-wise: the hostess was great, but our waiter was pretty bland and didn't check in much. Not sure if it was because they were slammed or if that's just the vibe, but it stood out. Still, solid food overall and I'd come back, just prepared for the parking and hoping for a more attentive server next time.

Had reservations for Saturday Dec 20 2025. Decided to go to this place prior to the Christmas boat show parade at Naples Islands. We were greeted and seated. Waters were served. Ordered a 5 Piece Beef Rib, Brisket, corn, macaroni, mash, and baked potato. Received some cornbread with some butter, the cornbread was moist which was very enjoyable. Received our food after, everything was excellent. The beef ribs was very juicy! All was good. Overall this is my go to spot for Ribs! You get what you pay for. Quality meats and quality beverages. Our waiter Caviehan did an exceptional job. He accommodated our needs. Clean restaurant , very busy! Best Ribs by the beach!! Parking can be difficult to find in this area.

I'm surprised by the mixed reviews about this place. I read both the good and the bad, and it seems many people had issues with their gift cards which I know they're also available at a discounted price at Costco in Signal Hill. As for my own experience, I had a really enjoyable time and thought the food was FANTASTIC. The restaurant has a rustic feel where natural lighting do not pass. As for the food, I ordered the HALF RIBS AND PRIME RIB COMBO PLATE, and it was a true FEAST. The ribs were tender and juicy, while the prime rib was cooked perfectly. The cornbread served beforehand paired nicely with the butter provided. I couldn't believe how huge the serving was complete with a large baked potato, coleslaw, corn, and plenty of protein. The service was also solid. Even though we arrived about 30 minutes late for our reservation, we were seated within 20 minutes of arriving.

Baby back ribs were good and tender. Delicious barbecue sauce that's perfect flavor and not too salty. The prime rib brings down the rating. Prime rib was meh and not med. rare even on try 2 but I should've known to stay with ribs. Nice ambience and friendly service. I do recommend their ribs

Valet parking is available for $7, which isn't unreasonable, but I'm not a fan of being required to use it. I chose to look for street parking instead--no easy task on a Saturday night. After circling a bit, I managed to find a spot not too far away on a nearby one-way street. I made reservations through OpenTable and was seated almost immediately, which was a nice start. The service, however, was inconsistent. At times the servers were attentive and present, but after our food arrived, it became difficult to flag someone down--especially when I wanted extra BBQ sauce and au jus. For my meal, I ordered the Prime Rib and Baby Back Ribs, served with French fries, coleslaw, and a small corn on the cob. The Prime Rib was average--nothing particularly memorable--but the au jus and creamy horseradish did help elevate the flavor. The ribs were much better: tender and flavorful, though the BBQ sauce wasn't quite my style (still enjoyable, just not a standout). The fries were hot and crispy, and the coleslaw was a pleasant surprise--fresh, tangy, and well-balanced. The corn was juicy and nicely buttered, rounding out the plate. Their corn bread, although nothing to rave about, was complimentary which was a nice touch. The menu is extensive and has several other items I'm curious to try, so despite a few hiccups, I'll definitely be back.

A neighborhood spot for many years. It's s rustic, casual restaurant. We started with an order of fried zucchini sticks with ranch dipping sauce. They were addictively good. Most folks go for their ribs, but we went for the beef! I love tri-tip but most restaurants here in California take off all the fat before roasting and it ends up dry and flavorless. This one was no exception. Disappointing! However, the rest of my group ordered prime ribs and New York strip steak, and they were really delicious. Juicy and rare/mid rare, as they wanted it. Hubby ordered the massive 22oz prime rib with horseradish and au jus. It was a hit! Accompanying our entrees were standard, but tasty sides! Baked potato with the fixins is always a treat. The cole slaw was creamy and just a touch acidic the way we like it, the baked beans, roasted veggies, and pineapple wedge nice. We also chose corn on the cob, fruit cup, and mashed sweet potato. It was a good variety. We were too full for dessert but they have some yummy options. Service is low key and personable. Prices vary but for the beef it seems reasonable.

If you are from Chicago, like me, or just love Chicago-style baby back ribs, this is the place for you. I moved from Chicago to Southern California 46 years ago. I can't believe this was my first visit to Naples Rib Company. I wasted 46 years! I want them back! A friend of mine, also from Chicago, recommended this place. So, I went with high expectations. But, not so high that I thought Naples Rib Company would be as good as my favorite rib joint in the Windy City. Well, my expectations were exceeded. I asked for the ribs to be well done, so that the sauce would be fully caramelized. They were cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed every delicious bite. Do you have to be from Chicago, or the Midwest, to enjoy these ribs? I don't think so. But, if you are the kind of person who only likes ribs that fall off the bone, then these are not the ribs for you. They were tender and very meaty, but they did not fall off the bone. That's the way they are in Chicago. And, in my opinion, that's the way they should always be. The ribs come with two sides, an ear of sweet corn, and a wedge of pineapple. There is so much food, it's ridiculous. And, frankly, the sides I had were not all that great. But, we did have the onion brick as an appetizer, and it was wonderful. I plan on spending the rest of my days on earth trying to make up for the 46 years that I lost, by visiting Naples Rib Company as often as possible.

I came here with a friend for dinner on a Monday night and it was packed - we were glad to have made reservations. There is a small parking lot to the side of the building where I found a spot (otherwise it's street parking). I started with a glass of wine. The list of options is short, nothing fancy, but it covers all the bases. I had a cabernet sauvignon, Ravel & Stitch, which was good and went well with dinner. I chose the babyback rib meal which came with a small loaf of corn bread, a vegetable (corn on the cob), fruit ( a slice of pineapple), and a choice of two sides (I picked baked beans and potato salad). The corn bread was superb, probably my favorite part of the meal. Everything else was good, not incredible but solidly above average. The ribs were a bit on the dry side but meaty enough to satisfy. I really liked the bbq sauce and they provided a gravy boat full of it to pour as much as you like. I only used the sauce sparingly but my friend was heavily slathering it on. I appreciated the hot, moist towels at the conclusion of our meal to clean our sauce-covered fingers (and, in my case, chin). Our service was attentive yet non-intrusive as she could tell we were having animated conversation as we hadn't seen one another in a long time. I enjoyed the meal, it was delicious and quite filling.

The ambiance of the place is cute, the waiter was nice, but I found the food to be very mid. Not bad, just meh. The brisket was disappointing, I ended up throwing it away after taking it home. The ribs and macaroni were decent, no complaints. But for the price, I expect all the items to be tasty. I'm not upset I went, but I won't be visiting again.

It wasn't even close to full. They're clearly holding people outside on purpose to create fake hype, which is honestly pretty messed up. You're telling me dozens of people are stuck waiting forever while there's plenty of room inside? It's giving manufactured crowd and poor management. To make it worse, they stopped serving drinks and turned the lights on at 1:15 AM, way earlier than literally any normal bar. So after wasting hours in line, you barely even get time inside. And it somehow gets worse -- at 1:35 AM they were literally kicking people out of the restroom. We weren't even allowed to finish or wash our hands before being rushed out. That's not just rude, it's straight up unhygienic and disrespectful. Overall, completely overhyped, disorganized, and not worth the wait at all. Don't fall for the line -- it's fake.

And this one time I was there alone with another, no other patrons just staff members walking around from time to time. We stole the moment to dance under the Long Beach sky, just the two of us as a famous Christina Perrio song gently wafted in the night breeze. At another separate time, I was at the Los Angeles County Fair with another. We rode the ferris wheel at such a time where our gondola stopped at the top just as the sun set. The moment was nothing but beautiful and life affirming because the sinking of the sun's light was like a real life video of nature happening in front of us, unburdened by static or data stall. We witnessed nature resting, and I feel, that it was a kin to a beauty falling into a gentle sleep. These two instances have a common factor: momentary bliss arrived to bless an experience because the environment supported discovery of unplanned joy. That is what I associate with the Wicked Wolf, and this time the joy arrived eventually because when my Mom and I arrived to their high tea on Mother's Day the experienced seem like it would land nowhere good. Truth be told, my mom and I arrived 15 minutes early and there was no host in the stand and the place was empty except for a foursome. The energy felt lacked luster. One or two minutes after, the bartender informed us that we were early and the host would come soon. We sat in an available sofa for two, a loveseat persay. This gave us an opportunity to admire the decor that transported us to a storybook forest where good fairies reside, not like swamp creatures and trolls with malevolent fangs and dragon green eyes. I especially loved the large roses in the ceiling. To set the stage, the black ceiling had vines hanging from it, and the few roses were pops of crimson red displayed above. These were wonderful accents to the central mural of the joint that invited the viewer within deeper into the fairy forest where a light shone on an unseen meadow. The place had the decorations and general environment to be a lavender fairy's lounge, but, it did not fully work as a team room. For instance, my mom and I were sat in another lover's couch. Initially, I did not want to sit here because we were given circular tray sets. So imagine being told to sit in a couch, and each of us would get a tv tray. So I was left to wonder if we were going to be served tea in Belle's living room or if were going to watch a flick as we ate pollo loco bowl? But then as I settled into the tranquility of the moment, saw more people come and find their seat or couch, and as the serviced picked-up I realized that this was high tea in a place that had taken disjointed beauty and tackied it together for a patched tea experience that worked well. It was like the experienced was blessed and allowed by the same spirit that brought forth Raggedy Ann. For instance, the pictures show these pretty violet petaled tea cups and matching plates. This pairing was dainty and perfect for a tea party happening under pink veils. But then the sugar cubes came in a hedgehog shaped holder which was just as precious as seeing a piglet in a carriage built for one. Then the cream carrier was in the shape of a milk carton. I wondered where the missing child portrait was? The pastry plate was in the shape of a tropical flower like the ones scattered all over Hawaii. It belonged in a beautiful lei. Each of these elements was cute in its own delicate and whimsical way but together they made an eclectic hodgepodge, not a coherent tea set. And in this asymmetry laid the glitter of their error. The host also brought these clip on dainty hats that were perfect touches for make believe tea party. He carried them around in their original packing, including the box they came in. Not exactly the tailor of the queen, offering hats to the villagers as a gift from her to them, but still the effort magnified the moment. The tea food was the worst stumble that Red took as she was being chased by the Wicked Wolf. To begin with the end analysis, the tea offerings in general were standard, and not bites fit for a princess and her wedding court. For instance, the cream cheese and cucumber sandwich was just that---- a cucumber and cream cheese sandwich. I detected no effort to make it more than that. The blueberry scone was solid, nothing to skip through a meadow about. But once you added the jam of the table to the scone it was much easier to enjoy. I also had a madeline that was fluffy in the center but could have been purchased maybe at Costco. I had a Macaron and same thing, delicious but I have had something similar before and I suspected that it did not come from a place afloat with Parisian affairs. The best part of the tiers was this puff like thing that had like a Concha texture and design at the top. It was a sweet filled bite that was fit for a man made of muffin.

I think our first clue that things were gonna go sideways is when it took till 15 minutes after we were seated to even get menus, waters sometime after that, and 15 minutes after THAT to finally have our order taken. we immediately ordered two drinks and two apps, about 30 minutes after being seated. Just to be clear on two points: we do not at all blame our server for what happened after this; he was clearly overwhelmed with a shitty management team and a too-large section; and, again, we walked in with the expectation that due to a holiday brunch, things would get crazy. So in light of that, I think it's important to just share the timeline: 1:15p seated 1:45p server comes by to take apps and beverage orders 1:55p waters finally delivered 2:10p beverages arrive (55 min after being seated) for ages, we watched others being seated around us (though we noted several tables around us remaining empty as the lobby stacked up with people with reservations waiting to be seated.) it was sometime between 1:35p and 1:50p that my daughter in law started saying that she felt like she should go put on an apron and help them out. she was sitting there telling me and my son how this should be going, and was going nuts watching things go absolutely sideways, telling us everything she could see going wrong and how she'd fix it. of note, at this point, my son and i were just thinking "this is how it goes," but once she explained how all this was going wrong, we were like yeah, wtf. skipping ahead: around 2:20p (more than an hour after we were seated - and note still without our apps!), our server came by for the first time in a minute to take our entree orders and subsequent drink orders. we put them in, and reminded him of our apps orders. he seemed stunned and said, 'oh, i haven't even checked on those, i'm sorry.' he explained what was going on behind the scenes, apologized, told us that two of our three were no longer being served, asked us for replacement orders. i told him, I guess i'll just stick to the calamari as a main, and my son literally told him, "bring me anything." in the meantime, the drinks weren't coming, so after 15 min, my son went to the bar directly and paid for a couple of beers and brought them back to the table within four minutes - so clearly the delay wasn't due to the bar. around 2:50p, my order of calamari finally came out. though the brussels we had also ordered at 1:45p were nowhere to be seen. the calamari was of course ice cold. at that point, i'd had enough. we had all been so patient - brunch/lunch service on mothers day sucks, but we'd been there for OVER 90 MINUTES. WITHOUT FOOD. i grabbed the plate of calamari, went up to the front, was like 'who can i talk to about this,' and they brought out the manager. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY that i am not a karen. even in this, i was polite. "look, i know you guys are in the weeds, but i've waited over an hour for one of the five things we ordered, have been now told two of the things we ordered are not being served, and this came out cold, with five orders still outstanding. please tell me how this will be addressed." at this point, we were still happy to give them the opportunity to correct. the manager looked at me with derision and said, 'i'll talk to someone' and waved me away. i dutifully went back to the table to wait. i mean, we were just hungry; none of us had eaten all day. at this point, we were still assuming all would be rectified, though honestly at that point, we were planning to demand comped lunch and just tip our beleaguered server. as we waited, my DIL called another restaurant who confirmed they had no wait, and we gave the staff 15 extra minutes to rectify, and after no one came by our table at all, much less with food, we all walked out, and everyone watched us do so and they didn't say shit. at least restaurant #2 took care of us, but damn.
