GREAT BEERS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! A beautiful brewery with a very intimate and cozy feeling. It's clean and definitely aesthetically pleasing all the way down to the spacious bathrooms. We had a flight and 2 full pints and basically had More than half the menu and loved every single beer. Clean crisp and refreshing with all styles done amazing! Can't wait to come back and try some more brews. They have food from the local restaurants for. The same parking lot and are animal friendly!

Small quiet brewery. They had about 14 beers on tap but it looked like they change their selection often. They also have TVs with different games on. Bartender was nice, beers were okay.

My true review would land somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. We came in on a Friday around 4pm and tried the Jin 'n Guice hazy before full sending on two pints: Orna Rauna (7% Belgian) and the Vandal (6% Golden Ale). We ended up purchasing a six pack of the Jin 'n Guice to try more of after we left. I thought all three of the beers were very crisp and light - not big personality beers. It was interesting that the hazy didn't have the body or complexity that a lot of hazies tend to have. The golden was enjoyable, however I wish it had more depth, a little more character. I saw quite a few groups that look like this is their home base brewery. The vibe inside is nice and clean, lots of TVs showing the live games. The employees were kind people. It seems like this would be the perfect brewery for a casual white wine drinker who's curious about craft beer- someone who loves a clean, crisp flavor and no big frills (i.e., high IBUs or hoppier flavor profiles). I'd love to come again after another rotation to check out some of the new stuff.

Close to work. Had a handful of the pours. Most recent visit - after work, just last night. Not a fan of the parking in this plaza. It's free but parking goes around the building unless you're lucky enough to find a space in front. There's also street parking but it's right on Clark - there's a lot more in the residential area but then it's a walk. It's all free. I'm just lazy. Last night - no outdoor seating. Previous visit, the parking lot was closed off and table for outdoor drinking. Back to the inside - bar seating, a few tables otherwise, a couch type set up. You'll have to go see for yourself to understand. As for the service - order at the register and then take your pour and enjoy. Everyone has different tastes so find what you like and drink up. Pours on tap and also packed and ready for to go. Last night - hair metal rock from the 80's playing. Loved it. Stuff I listened to growing up. And now that I'm grown up, I can enjoy great pours like I did last night.

Nice local neighborhood brewery. The bartender was very patient with us, we had a pretty large group! She was helpful and suggested different beers depending on what we liked. We came when it opened and right after we ordered, many people came by! You can tell this place is popular. Great environment and they had on some football games. No food but you can bring in food from the neighboring restaurants!

On the day that I went, they had a mariscos vendor that sold delicious ceviches. Note that during peak dinner hours, the wait times for pizza from Thunderbolt can be close to 30 minutes. I went with Ambitious Ale's Central Perk, which was a blonde ale with madagascar vanilla and guatemalan coffee notes, and these flavors were surprisingly present and not subtle. They had tons of unique flavor options here and I definitely would love to come back to try some cold ones with some pizza. Their fruity options were pretty popular with my work group. Their Jollibeer (inspired by the Peach and Mango pies at Jollibee) was a lager with mango and peach puree. The beers I had were crisp, full flavored, and ice cold. Perfect at the end of a work week! It's really nice that they have a nice space in the back to host a group of two or a group of twenty. This is a great pillar in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood.

We had the food delivered in 3 separate instances. In one instance the staff member delivered an order of wings. When I told him the order was incomplete, I was questioned and asked for a receipt. When I showed him the receipt, he moved to another table and removed an order of wings from other patrons and handed it to us. It is unsanitary to give food to strangers and then take it back and give it to me. I asked him if that's how they operate, giving food to others, later taking it back, and giving it to the right table. A couple of minutes later, I had gestapo managers Taylor and Christy searching for me. When I identified myself, they questioned if I had called their staff a "ret@rd." They did not let up. My friend and I were shocked. I described the situation and exactly what I said. The food being mishandled and then being falsely accused of using a slur, such a wild and awkward experience. I noticed Ambitious Ales now provides a disclaimer when ordering from Thunderbolt via QR code. Now it all makes sense. Regardless, you can't have restaurant managers coming over to your business and making wild accusations. Completely unacceptable.

Even if you don't know anyone, it's the kind of place where people are easy to talk to and the atmosphere feels relaxed. We ordered the meat lovers pizza, and it was surprisingly good. It had plenty of toppings, the crust was crispy with a nice chew, and it paired really well with the beer. The brewery itself has a laid-back vibe with plenty of space to hang out. Whether you're there for an event or just grabbing a beer with friends, it's an easy place to spend a few hours. I'd definitely come back for another bike meet, pizza, and beer.

Full disclosure, I came here because of a barbecue pop-up that I wanted to visit. But for me, I was just happy that I was at a brewery so I can try some of the beers as well. I liked the crispy beers on tap that went well with the barbecue. They also made for easy drinking in the patio area. All the folks here that I interacted with were very friendly, including both people that worked at the brewery and other patrons. I actually made two new friends while having a drink in the patio area lol. They also serve their own pizza here, but as I mentioned before, I was here for the barbecue with the Cambodian celebration happening in the parking lot. Definitely wanna come back and try the pizza though. There's a parking lot for the usual days without celebrations, but if for whatever reason, parking lot is full, there's plenty of street parking nearby

Mid week when we arrived which wasn't too crazy. There was no one on the patio which was nice as it gave us first choice for a seat...lol... Everyone was seating inside. The place itself isn't that big. You have the bar area with some bar seating. Then there's a couple of tables inside and of course the patio which is along the sidewalk. Personally I prefer sitting outside for the people watching. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Places like that make the experiences more enjoyable. You want someone who is friendly and respectful. As we were there early, we grabbed one of the beer which they have quite a good selection on tap. There's also wine if you're not into beer. When it came time to grab some food, we were able to get a table inside. Majority of the breweries tends to serve pretty much the same things, pizza sandwiches and salads. No complaints here. Simple food goes a long way. There were a couple of us so we grabbed a few things to share. Started off with the pretzel balls with cheese dip and honey mustard and the chips with queso cheese dip. Pretzel was tasty and outdid the queso dip. Pizzas of course which were pretty big in sizes. A couple of the pizzas and a salad did four of us with leftovers. Their Hawaiian pizza was quite tasty and was finished. We also ordered one of the mushroom pizzas with an egg. It was tasty but a little on the salty side. The arugula salad was delicious. Simple but tasty. And then there was ham pizza I believe with onions and peppercini. That was also a favorite of the night. Overall, the place was quite fun. Not a big brewery and more intimate. The crowd was great and as most places are very kid and family friendly. There was couple of kids when we arrived. Service was great. Food and drinks were enjoyed and the service and staff were excellent. Street parking available along the front but also along the neighborhood.
