Such a beautiful sight to see while drinking. They offer an outside patio, inside seating, and it's two stories. The food and drinks are all ordered from a QR code taking a little away from the service opportunity however our time there was beautiful. They had tvs to watch games and the location was clean. The only sad part was that 75% of the drinks were sold out come mid week.

Steak Dinner Special on Weds don't miss out yummy

Stopped here on the way home from the tulip fields! I loved my lunch the soft bun (I don't usually eat) & my whole meal & cold beer was gobbled up by me, terrific!

Ahi tuna poke, loaded pastrami fries (delicious)

Vibes: Chill, classy, great views Crowd: Surprisingly reasonable on a Friday evening Menu: lots of brew/bar food options Value for price: 5/5, good food flavors and nice beer prices Service: 5/5, friendly and quick Parking: plenty, private lot My friend and I met up at Ballast Point on a Friday afternoon for drinks/food. For such a lovely day, there was a surprisingly small crowd, and we had open pick of indoor seating (which has a view of the lake/sunset) and two levels of outdoor seating. We sat up top at a 2-person tall table with a spectacular sunset view. Lots of people were here on dates- great casual place to chat for extended periods of time. I had an IPA (I'm sorry I forgot which brew, but it was delicious) and my friend had a wine. Although there were water drops in her glass for some odd reason, both of us enjoyed our drinks. We shared the loaded pastrami fries (DELICIOUS, decadent treat with cubed flavorful pastrami), and each had the ahi poke bowl (generously portioned, lots of fish, sriracha mayo drizzle). They brought out heaters when it got cold. Highly recommend!

Amazing view. We get to find a table ourselves and we chose oceanview of course. Would have loved to sit either rooftop or outdoor, but forgot to bring a jacket. BUMMER... next time for sure since it is totally happening outside. The food was very tasty. I loved the steak nacho, it was fully loaded with everything. The fish n chips was not shabby at all. The fries were one of the better fries i have had. Service was great. Super attentive, super friendly. Highly recommend.

Ballast Point Wings

The waterfront view is spectacular and is honestly the main reason to come here. We took a short stroll on the dock after dining here to take it all in. You can seat yourself wherever. Of course, most people go to the outdoor area with the nice view of the marina, so it can fill up quickly. Ordering is done via QR code. They have a good variety of craft beer to try. I'm not a big beer drinker, but I thought they were all good for what it's worth. As for the food, don't expect too much other than munchies to compliment the drinks. We shared the Ballast Point Wings and I ordered the Ballast Point Burger. The wings weren't the best and it really needed the sauces for added flavor. The burger was decent, but nothing special to justify the price. Overall, it's a fun environment to hang out with friends and have some drinks. Come for the drinks and view, just don't expect much from the food.

Great place with plenty of seating. Crowded on a Sunday and you order on your phone from the table. We had their vegan burger which was a beyond patty and honestly the best thick vegan patty I have ever had. We will definitely come back and try more stuff. Very cool place with delicious food.

Mom and I were looking forward to the tacos :( didn't happen as they were lukewarm warm .

Ordered a couple of Michelada's They were great. Ordered the blackberry sour beer great as well. Ordered the Birria Questacos ,after 35 minutes of waiting we asked a different bartender to check on our food as we didn't see our original bartender:server anywhere. The gentleman kindly said he would check. He came back told us they would be out shortly. He brought them to us. They were barely lukewarm I sent them back . The surfer looking gentleman was nice enough to ask if he would like me to have them made again, but I didn't want to wait another 35 minutes so off we go to Yucatán . If you've read any of my reviews you know that I think there is nothing worse than going to a restaurant & not getting hot food that's supposed to be hot. End of story Ambience is loud .

Sicilian-style pepperoni and sausage slice with crisp edges, melty cheese, and a cold beer on the side.
Edrick G.

Sometimes simple hits exactly right. This rectangular, Sicilian-style slice came out with a thick, airy crust that was crisp on the bottom and soft inside. The sauce leans bright and slightly sweet, balanced well by a generous layer of melted mozzarella. Pepperoni cups curled and charred nicely, while the sausage added savory heft without overpowering the bite. What stood out most was the texture contrast--crunchy edges, pillowy crumb, and pockets of rich, meaty flavor throughout. The ambience was relaxed and inviting, especially for a late-night stop, and the staff was genuinely accommodating without rushing us out. Paired with a cold beer, it's straightforward comfort food done correctly. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area looking for something satisfying and no-frills.

I really like this brewery. It has an amazing view overlooking the marina, which makes the experience even better. It's a very casual, relaxed setting and a great place to bring friends or family to hang out and enjoy the scenery. The food was decent and hit the spot. We ordered the nachos to share along with the wings, and both were delicious and perfect for sharing. The service was good and attentive, making sure we were taken care of without feeling rushed. Overall, it's a solid spot with great views, good food, and friendly service. Definitely a nice place to unwind and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere.

One of my favorite breweries because this one has food!!!! I will admit that the wait to get a table is LONG; you do want to come in expect to wait about 30 minutes or sit at the bar until a table opens. I always sit at the bar and then switch to a table by the windows. It's open seating so if you're waiting at the bar close out as you go so you can leave when you see an open table. They have a good selection of beers; sours, IPA, fruity beers, stouts, and light beers. You will find something and if you don't like beer, they have cocktails too! I believe they're rice wine but honestly they taste great (last visit I had the horchata cocktail and it was splendid and delicious). I absolutely love coming here because the windows show the shore and the boats are riding around; this time we got to see all the Christmas boats with their lights it was a beautiful little Christmas water parade! You have to order through a QR code so not the best for people who prefer menus but I'm a millennial so I'm on my phone regardless, so I don't mind. We got the nachos and wings which were both delicious; they come with a cheese sauce which is way better in my opinion than a little sprinkled cheese ontop, since you can scoop the sauce with your chip making it extra creamy and flavorful for every bite rather than dry cheese ontop. We also got the house IPA and one of the stouts from the beer menu.

Gorgeous Sunset views over the water

If you're into beer, this is a great place to go! It's a huge restaurant and it's got three different levels. It's right on the water so no matter where you sit you will have a beautiful view! We sat upstairs on the outside patio. You have to order your food and drink at the bar and they will bring it to you. So the service was minimal, but the staff was very pleasant! Tons of free parking in the lot. They have some great sours beers options as well. There's a little souvenir shop on the first floor, which is fun if you're visiting from out of town. It's not an extravagant menu, but the food is decent.

I had such a great time here on a rainy Saturday night. It wasn't too crowded which was a plus but it was still hustling. There was open seating, and we could order from the qr code at the table. Servers came over quickly and brought us waters before we ordered anything yet. For 5 people we got an assortment of things: pretzel, nachos, flatbread, and chicken wings. These nachos were definitely a favorite ! So much cheese and toppings it was perfect lol. I wished there were more chips. I also tried the pumpkin beer which was just a subtle taste of pumpkin. I'd recommend trying it if you like autumnal flavors as it's seasonal!

We did our research before coming here. We saw photos on this Yelp site showing dogs on the outdoor patio & we read multiple reviews that say dogs are allowed and we even saw information online that said the Long Beach location is dog friendly but when we arrived, we learned that wasn't the case. I think they arbitrarily decide when they want to be pet friendly and when they don't want to allow pet which is messed up. Breweries are known for being pet friendly and I have never encountered ANY establishment with an outdoor patio that doesn't allow pets so this is definite hell nah for us. Don't bother with this place. The parking situation sucks too!

Got 3 smalls to make a flight (Calamansi Corner [fruited gose for $4.50], Positano Pils [Italian Pilsner for $4.50], and a Bohemian Spaceman [Czech Dark Lager for $4.50 which I really liked]), along with a Full of Gandalf the Crisp [New Zealand Pilsner for $7 which I didn't like as much]). The Calamansi Corner we had before, and is the one my wife likes a lot. I saw my mother-in-law sip that same beer TWICE in one sitting, which I've never seen her do before for any beer. Like daughter like mother? My favorite last time was the Baktuns Imperial Stout which I was really looking forward trying with fresh pizza. Alas, they were out and it wasn't available to take home either...need to remember that: if I really like a special edition beer from Ambitious, need to enjoy it as much as possible. Did get 3 four packs of their Grandpapa Kolsch as gifts ($16 each) to spread the word. A good a reason as any to force me to check some bags on our next trip.

Also they had the baseball game showing, another big factor to it. There's parking in the lot next to it but it's very small and share it with a few other businesses. Probably easier to find street parking along the front or the neighborhood. There's patio seating along the front, the main bar area with some seating and then there's the massive backyard area which everyone was. I don't know how often but they have food vendor on hand but tonight they were serving BBQ. Beside that, you could also order from the pizza shop next door with the QR code on the table and they'll deliver it to you. We ordered a couple of beers to start which you could also sample some to see which one you like. Pricewise is decent. Pretty much similar to other breweries nearby. There was also loads of family with kids enjoying their night. The back patio was packed but we got lucky with someone leaving the table. I did want a snack but trying to get the menu from the QR code wasn't quite cooperating so I had to go next door to the pizza place to order. That was an ordeal as it packed and it took forever to get the food. Anyways, we also ordered some of the bbq from the vendor which was quite tasty. The platter came with two sides which they ran out of everything besides the mac and cheese. Double that and with brisket, chicken and rib, toast, chimichurri sauce and pickled veggies. By the time we received the plate, we were quite full so only had a bite of the brisket and chicken. I'm not sure how often they have food vendors on site or if it's only a weekend thing. The place was quite fun. It's a big family friendly place so everyone is out and about. Their beer on tap choices are quite nice as well as bottled beer in the fridge. Staff are all friendly and sweet. Majority of the people were outside as it's a bigger spot. A fun place for a gathering over beer and food.

Mid week when we arrived which wasn't too crazy. There was no one on the patio which was nice as it gave us first choice for a seat...lol... Everyone was seating inside. The place itself isn't that big. You have the bar area with some bar seating. Then there's a couple of tables inside and of course the patio which is along the sidewalk. Personally I prefer sitting outside for the people watching. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. Places like that make the experiences more enjoyable. You want someone who is friendly and respectful. As we were there early, we grabbed one of the beer which they have quite a good selection on tap. There's also wine if you're not into beer. When it came time to grab some food, we were able to get a table inside. Majority of the breweries tends to serve pretty much the same things, pizza sandwiches and salads. No complaints here. Simple food goes a long way. There were a couple of us so we grabbed a few things to share. Started off with the pretzel balls with cheese dip and honey mustard and the chips with queso cheese dip. Pretzel was tasty and outdid the queso dip. Pizzas of course which were pretty big in sizes. A couple of the pizzas and a salad did four of us with leftovers. Their Hawaiian pizza was quite tasty and was finished. We also ordered one of the mushroom pizzas with an egg. It was tasty but a little on the salty side. The arugula salad was delicious. Simple but tasty. And then there was ham pizza I believe with onions and peppercini. That was also a favorite of the night. Overall, the place was quite fun. Not a big brewery and more intimate. The crowd was great and as most places are very kid and family friendly. There was couple of kids when we arrived. Service was great.
