It only allow you one hour of parking for Vons customers. Instead go down the street and to the Belmont Pier. It is a paid parking but the price is not bad at all. You can finish a meal and walk down the pier under $5 for parking. Service could've been better but the quality of the food made up for it. The Mediterranean burger was my favorite with the fig spread. Delicious! Their salads are also abundant filled with protein of all kinds. Seriously can't go wrong with any of the food choices. These people must have been sued based on a dog incident or something. They are always so weird and rude about my service dog. We all can see that this is not an upscale restaurant - this is literally a cafe on the beach in Long Beach. So I'd recommend working with the community on this one, and aligning with every other restaurant in the area, which do allow service dogs without attitude. The food is mid, only worth coming here as a last resort. read more

I've always wanted to go to this place for many years, strawberry blonde has been my favorite beer and my local store sold it but they stopped selling it and we just wanted to go to the brewery and get it straight out the tap and couldn't have been more happier. They were busy, but it was very chill relaxed and a great environment. We tried the flight of all their beers and they were all great like their brewers make magic. The chocolate blonde was amazing. The oatmeal crude was special but strawberry blonde will always be my favorite. I even took two 4 packs home. I'm gonna make sure that my local store brings this back. Then we get to the food. The food was freaking amazing. I had the ribeye protein bowl, I couldn't be more happier The steak reminded me of Carne Asada My grandpa used to cook back in the day and my wife had the fish and chips which was perfect. Couldn't be any more happier with the fish and chips. If you're in the area and you love great beer I highly recommend this place. I can't wait till we get back to Long Beach and get to have some more great beers and some great food. I visited this restaurant with some family last week and were seated in the outdoor patio. We had a wonderful view of the beach and really enjoyed the patio area. Our waitress was very sweet and came around just right. We ordered some calamari and garlic bread to start with and an order of fish and chips, while I had the goat cheese salad with grilled chicken. The portions are big and worth the prices, however I was not blown away by the salad, hence the minus one star. I wouldn't dismiss Belmont Brewing by my first visit and would certainly return sometime soon. read more

What a vibe! I already want to come back. I actually loved the covered patio area - but I can't wait to try the outside patio area. They have really good clam chowder and with a little less breading - their fish and chips would be perfect. The chips/fries are great. Perfect Chrisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Our go to spot when folks visit from out of town! Tonight the weather was perfect, and the hostess went out of her way to get us a perfect spot on the patio. The beers and ciders were refreshing, our appetizers were wonderful, and our server was attentive and kindly accommodating to my requests for menu substitutions. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich with a side salad. Unfortunately, the turkey was salty. I only ate half and gave the other half away. I always thought this place was small considering the proximity to how close it was to the beach. Turns out, they have a lot of seating and its really nice inside. It's got that touch of wood that makes you feel like you're at a seafood restaurant. We were talked in to coming here for happy hour and My God, do they have an amazing one here. Especially on Mondays. Before i get to the food, they had a great Grey Goose and tonic for 8 bucks on that particular day so ill have to remember about it. My partner and i shared the spinich and artichoke dip and it was pretty good with their tortilla chips. Our friends got the sliders and fish tacos and they both looked great. The tacos got a great positive where i guess the sliders fell below the mark. I will definitely be coming back to this place for a real dinner one day. Their strawberry blonde was a good beer, but I was definitely into their Mexican Lager which is shockingly only seasonal. Every now and then I'm in the neighborhood and knowing that this place is just along the water, it's nice to stop by for a meal or a drink and enjoy the view. Nice portion of 3 pieces of fish and battered nicely. Not overly battered and it was quite tasty. And accompanied by seasoned fries which were delicious paired with tater sauce and ketchup. And the poke bowl. I've had that before which was great then and also this time. A decent size bowl with pieces of both tuna and salmon and a couple of halves shrimps. That was paired with edamame, mixed greens, a scoop of white rice, cucumber, carrots and a half of an avocados and a handful of fried onions. The dressing was quite tasty, a poke sauce. Food was good which is always a plus. The view was nice and beautiful but the downfall, the service was very whatever. We barely saw our waitress and trying to get a refill was pretty non existent. Thank goodness for one of the gentlemen cleaning up around us and noticed that our glasses were empty and came over to see if we would like a refill. Besides that, it was great. read more

This is one of my favorite and underrated spots when I'm spending time near the beach. I usually have only dined in for dinner and lunch, but yesterday I had the pleasure of trying the brunch menu. They open at 9am on Saturday and Sundays! The breakfast portions are big. I got "The Works Skillet" so I had a little bit of everything. I paired my meal with a delicious peach Bellini. We are from out of town and this was our second time dining here. The first visit was great, which is why we decided to come back. The food was good again, but unfortunately the service was not. Our server, Paige, was not very attentive throughout the meal. The most disappointing part happened when we were paying. A member of our party had a $17 tab and chose not to leave a tip. Paige directly asked him why he wasn't tipping her and appeared visibly upset about it. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to question a guest about their tip amount. The rest of our party did leave her a tip, but her reaction left a negative impression and affected our overall experience. I also asked to speak with a manager. She went to get the manager, but no one ever came to address the situation. Parking can be tricky depending on the day and time but there is a big parking lot that you have to pay for it or street parking and there is also a supermarket's parking too (just saying). Everyone enjoyed their dishes and thought they were delicious. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Ahi Tuna, as it was full of flavor, fresh, and great quality. I also highly recommend trying their New England Clam Chowder! Our server Austin was very polite and helpful, while making sure we had everything we needed. We came for dinner on a Sunday night and in the past have had quite a wait to be seated, but today there was plenty of room immediately. The outdoor seating patio area is where you wanna go for amazing views of the ocean, especially at sunset. This is a popular spot and sitting out on the patio, you'll see why, hard to get a dinner spot with this kind of view. We all enjoyed our time here and the food was pretty good. Our group age ranged from age 69 to 4 years old, but everybody was able to find something that made them happy on the menu.
