    Greatest beer ever
    Charlie S.

I've always wanted to go to this place for many years, strawberry blonde has been my favorite beer and my local store sold it but they stopped selling it and we just wanted to go to the brewery and get it straight out the tap and couldn't have been more happier. They were busy, but it was very chill relaxed and a great environment. We tried the flight of all their beers and they were all great like their brewers make magic. The chocolate blonde was amazing. The oatmeal crude was special but strawberry blonde will always be my favorite. I even took two 4 packs home. I'm gonna make sure that my local store brings this back. Then we get to the food. The food was freaking amazing. I had the ribeye protein bowl, I couldn't be more happier The steak reminded me of Carne Asada My grandpa used to cook back in the day and my wife had the fish and chips which was perfect. Couldn't be any more happier with the fish and chips. If you're in the area and you love great beer I highly recommend this place. I can't wait till we get back to Long Beach and get to have some more great beers and some great food. Last, but not least our bartender Austin great guy, very informative and he deserves a gold medal.

View from the patio of the beach

I visited this restaurant with some family last week and were seated in the outdoor patio. We had a wonderful view of the beach and really enjoyed the patio area. Our waitress was very sweet and came around just right. We ordered some calamari and garlic bread to start with and an order of fish and chips, while I had the goat cheese salad with grilled chicken. The portions are big and worth the prices, however I was not blown away by the salad, hence the minus one star. I wouldn't dismiss Belmont Brewing by my first visit and would certainly return sometime soon.

What a vibe! I already want to come back. I actually loved the covered patio area - but I can't wait to try the outside patio area. They have really good clam chowder and with a little less breading - their fish and chips would be perfect. The chips/fries are great. Perfect Chrisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I loved their spinach artichoke dip so much that I ate all of it before I thought to take a picture! Highly recommend coming here. Parking is beach parking but hey- there is a lot of spots and only 4 bucks for 2 hours. The service from both the hostesses and waiters was fantastic.

Our go to spot when folks visit from out of town! Tonight the weather was perfect, and the hostess went out of her way to get us a perfect spot on the patio. The beers and ciders were refreshing, our appetizers were wonderful, and our server was attentive and kindly accommodating to my requests for menu substitutions. The garlic chicken pasta and poke bowl were also a hit. My burger was a little dry and overly charred, but the toppings helped and the aioli was delicious. You can't beat the relaxed vibe and the view!

Turkey and cheese sandwich with salad

We came here for lunch with another couple on a lovely sunny day. We sat outside on a shaded patio. The waitress was very nice and gave good service. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich with a side salad. Unfortunately, the turkey was salty. I only ate half and gave the other half away. The salad had strange lettuce so I didn't eat too much of it. She kept the soda glassful and I drank a lot of of the diet soda, which was perfect on a hot day. We had a nice view of the ocean and the beach and the pier.

Great happy hour, sports bar vibe in bar area, cute dinner spot with outdoor patio overlooking ocean Parking: beach lot is convenient Food: American food. happy hour is super chill and laid back. Brought my parents here for dinner on the patio and they loved it. The food is good. Highly recommend the sliders and house taps. Service: spotty on patio, we've had to flag people down a few times. In the bar area for happy hour, we've received excellent service. Overall we love eating here and going straight outside to the beach path to walk it off. This is a staple for us and we will always come back!

What a fantastic brewery right on the ocean by the pier. They offer great selection of fresh brewed beers, and I greatly enjoyed the Chocolate Blonde. Unique and very refreshing. The food options looked great, and next time I'll come hungry. Staff was really friendly, and the place is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating. Tons of TVs perfect for watching World Cup action during my visit. I will definitely be back!

Delicious. Not pictured is the guava juice I inhaled lol also delicious. Highly recommend the poke bowl and the Belmont burger. We got the honey mustard dressing for the salad but it was really good with the burger too. Next time I'd like to get the ribeye protein bowl. Overall great time!

Love this place I will definitely go there again. They have great beer . We sat at their patio area with a great oceanfront view. Food was excellent. We had the Ruben and the half turkey and Cesar salad option.

I always thought this place was small considering the proximity to how close it was to the beach. Turns out, they have a lot of seating and its really nice inside. It's got that touch of wood that makes you feel like you're at a seafood restaurant. We were talked in to coming here for happy hour and My God, do they have an amazing one here. Especially on Mondays. Before i get to the food, they had a great Grey Goose and tonic for 8 bucks on that particular day so ill have to remember about it. My partner and i shared the spinich and artichoke dip and it was pretty good with their tortilla chips. Our friends got the sliders and fish tacos and they both looked great. The tacos got a great positive where i guess the sliders fell below the mark. I will definitely be coming back to this place for a real dinner one day. Their strawberry blonde was a good beer, but I was definitely into their Mexican Lager which is shockingly only seasonal. They might want to change that because trying the Marathon lined up with every voice that told me its not great.

I don't come as often as I used to when I was living down in Long Beach. Every now and then I'm in the neighborhood and knowing that this place is just along the water, it's nice to stop by for a meal or a drink and enjoy the view. Stopped by for lunch before happy hour started. Which is only at the bar area with drinks specials and a few dollars off on bar bites. Anyways, when we arrived everyone was seated on the back patio as they should be as it was a nice afternoon. We got seated along the main glass partition looking out to the path, pier and water. At the start, it was a little slow with service. Once we were taken care of and ordered it was a little better. Menu is pretty reasonable with items. Went with an order of the fish and chips. Nice portion of 3 pieces of fish and battered nicely. Not overly battered and it was quite tasty. And accompanied by seasoned fries which were delicious paired with tater sauce and ketchup. And the poke bowl. I've had that before which was great then and also this time. A decent size bowl with pieces of both tuna and salmon and a couple of halves shrimps. That was paired with edamame, mixed greens, a scoop of white rice, cucumber, carrots and a half of an avocados and a handful of fried onions. The dressing was quite tasty, a poke sauce. Food was good which is always a plus. The view was nice and beautiful but the downfall, the service was very whatever. We barely saw our waitress and trying to get a refill was pretty non existent. Thank goodness for one of the gentlemen cleaning up around us and noticed that our glasses were empty and came over to see if we would like a refill. Besides that, it was great.

    The Works Skillet Brunch
    Trisha S.

This is one of my favorite and underrated spots when I'm spending time near the beach. I usually have only dined in for dinner and lunch, but yesterday I had the pleasure of trying the brunch menu. They open at 9am on Saturday and Sundays! The breakfast portions are big. I got "The Works Skillet" so I had a little bit of everything. I paired my meal with a delicious peach Bellini. I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast if you're working out at the beach early morning and need a bite to eat with a beautiful view. The server was extremely sweet and friendly. She was doing her best to juggle the larger parties that were seated around our area. She was able to help make recommendations as it was our first time having brunch there.

Located off the fun Retro Row on Fourth St. with the last Friday event happening, we noticed a good amount of people walking in and there was a security guard out front. There was also a corner that hosted a live band. When we arrived, no one was playing yet. The crowd seemed to be more of the younger hipster vibe. A completely different crowd from the LA scenes. Getting a drink wasn't that bad even though it was busy. I happened to get lucky when someone moved from the bar stool for me to approach. I was a little surprised when the wine I ordered was in a box...lol... I mean, it was whatever. Some options were for a glass only or for both a glass or bottle. But when it came to checking out, tipping options went from 20 25 percent to 30 percent. Wasn't used to that as an option as it's not like you're dinning in. Anyway, the surprise was when we walked out and seen that they had a massive back patio. It was hard finding a seat as it was packed. For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat.
