Stopped through looking for a quick but tasty burger beyond your regular chain fast food joint. Reasonable prices, friendly service and lots of choices on the menu. We would be regulars if we were local, would definitely return when passing through again. read more

Pretty good burgers. DONT GET THE FISH AND CHIPS! Its NOT the traditional kind of fish style you expect. Wanted to try other menu items this one time, but that fish and chips was terrible and should NOT be served as a menu item. Just a fillet of thin fish with bread crumb breading deep fried. Awful. Everything else looked ok, good burgers, awesome milkshakes and great experience with the drive in and eating in your car. read more

Been there twice and I've been disappointed twice. The cost of the food is not worth it. You're better off going to Arby's and saving yourself some money and getting something that looks appetizing. The burgers here are plain looking with no flavor. read more

I have made a series of poor life choices that I like to punish myself for and this is a great place to hate yourself and shove a burger in your face while doing so. At least it's grass fed. Highly recommend, though a little pricey for a burger. read more

Burger was not good, it was just warm and soggy! Fries were about the only good thing. Ordered lemonade and some other soda and they were both tasted funny like they couldn't figure out the co2 mix! We ended up throwing them out. Also got the 2 piece fish and chips and only 1 piece was decent enough to eat. Fries were about the only edible item! Burger master you fail, will never attempt that again! read more

I always love coming here. The combo 1, burger, fries and a milkshake. Jennifer helped us out and was AMAZING. Very funny, offered great suggestions and was quick to the car when our lights came on! She made our experience worth it all! Big thanks to her! read more

Driving to Seattle with my family and we were all very hungry and we came across Burgermaster , I was not disappointed. Burger was great, full of flavor. They gave a lot fires , very filling . I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would say is about the big piece of onion in my burger it over powdered it and I just took it out but other than that very good burger. read more

We stopped by this place for lunch sat. Burger was good, but the frys on the other Hand were not so good.... For 13.39 for the bacon master I was not impressed and would rather spend my money elsewhere ..... And there's no refills on drinks witch is a deal breaker for me... The buns were lacking too... For local meat they should have local buns made or at least ones that are big enough to fit over the meat:) and the frys could be higher quality for sure read more

Burgermaster - Getting out of the rain:) - Burgers Near Me - Mount Vernon, Washington

Best place to eat but it automatically loses two stars because I'm pregnant and it's 8:59 and Burgermaster closes at 9 like what burger place closes at 9 I'm pissed close at 11 like a regular burger joint read more

I really enjoy their burgers. The service is fast and you do not even have to leave your car. You can dine in (in in your car) or take out. I enjoy going with my Dad, as we make the rounds at our favorite burger joints. read more

A little bit expensive- family of 2 adults and 2 kids was $42+ tip but the food was really good fast food and the service was great. Fish and chips are equal to what you would get at a sit down restaurant and the burgers and fries were fresh and good quality. read more

Next door to the Tulip Inn, had the Crab Swiss sandwich, had fresh Dungeness crab on it. It was delicious! Grass fed, hormone free beef, the cheeseburger was good sized and my friend enjoyed it. Regular sized fries was plenty to split 2 or 3 ways. Price....not cheap but food was high quality not something you would find at a fast food establishment. read more

It's not a bad place, but I wouldn't say it's the best. There was a nostalgic music playing the entire time rather loudly. The food itself was ok. Not great and for $8 a burger I would have expected more. It wasn't particularly quick or anything exceptional. I would put Wendy's on equal footing read more

Burgermaster - Burgers Near Me - Mount Vernon, Washington

It's the Sonic of the PNW. We love that the beef is local grass fed and hormone free. Great option for eating on a rainy day and traveling with kids. No need to get out of the car... just drive in, order and eat in the car. Great food selections and tasty fast food. read more

I'm going to say no on this place. I had high expectations for a good burger. It was just meh. And pricey for what you get. Plus, the fries are like McDonald's... So not great. AND they charge you for your ketchup... What!? My husband had the fish and chips... Not that great either. We both had unsettled tummies afterwards. We did enjoy the car side service and the dog enjoyed his biscuit. read more

Fast service and a fun drive-in experience! The cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake were all delicious. Extra great that the beef they use is local and grass-fed. Definitely didn't taste like a "fast food" burger. Will definitely eat here again! read more

They have tightened up alot since opening. Much better service and hamburgers that aren't complete messes. No mistakes and the food is well priced for what you get. So far my favorite is the regular burgermaster with fries and a coke (baconmaster is a close second). One thing I recommend is making sure you like onions if you get them on your burger. They don't separate individual pieces, you get an entire cross section. I also like the BLT and fish and chips. Fast initial service and also when you are done they are there to pick up the mess soon after you turn on the lights. read more

This is a great place for a tasty burger, fries and shake! As transplants from SoCal, we miss In-N-Out. However, the burgers here are well prepared, juicy and filling. You can customize your burger with plenty of garnishes. The signs there say they use local beef. You can definitely taste the difference. They give you plenty of fries and you can opt for sweet potato fries, which are quite tasty. The strawberry shake I ordered was delicious and contained chunks of strawberries. The servers are also very friendly and attentive! read more

I was so intrigued by this burger joint because they have local, grass-fed meat. I drove passed it quite a few times before finally giving in and just going. But before I start my review, I would like to say I gave them a 4 because I couldn't do a 3.5... At this restaurant you can choose to drive up and eat in your car. It reminds me of a Sonic. For service you don't press a button or honk. Instead you have to turn on your lights, which is cool, but different. I went with what I thought would be safe and got the original "Burger Master." It was a single patty with the normal fixings. Although it did mention that there was relish on the burger so I asked for it without. I didn't think it would be more of a sauce then just plain relish, so my burger came out dry. Which kind of sucked because I felt bad asking the person who ran out to my car for ketchup. The fries were soggy. So that was a bummer. And I wanted to add that the kids meals were pretty pricey as well. But I enjoyed the burger. It was tasty and not as greasy as a regular burger from a fast food alternative. read more

Won't make the mistake of coming here again. Service was good, prices were a little high. food was total disappointment. Trying to eat this burnt dry burger was like gnawing on a charcoal briquette. read more

Great place for burgers. Trisha was our server and she went above and beyond with a special order milkshake. After we had our food she came and checked with us - not normal service for a drive in. Great job Trisha. read more

Usually we have Great friendly service here and we've always enjoyed the burgers. Kudos to the night crew. But today -lunch- we pulled in and waited for a sever to come out to our car. There were servers washing windows, servers waiting for orders, servers walking past the windows and smiling but no servers helping us or the other two cars who pulled is as we did. 10 minutes went by we left as did the other two cars full of potential customers. I wouldn't mind waiting if the business was busy but they weren't. We will go back in the evening but go elsewhere for lunch. read more

Not sure if no service counts as bad service. Was one of three cars in the open parking/pull to service. Could see two employees inside just chatting while others waited. Finally just gave up and went else where. If your service is this bad then i can only imagine the care put into the food. read more

You guys make some great burgers and I love the fact you use locally sourced grass fed beef but the one thing I was quite surprised about was the use of styrofoam cups. I would love to see these phased out. That would make all the difference in an already great fast meal. read more

So many great reviews of this place. I disagree with them all. This place was just so so, wasn't good at all. Had the bacon burger with the works. Tartar sauce was horrible, the French fries bland, the burger, dry and tasteless. Also had a hot fudge sundae, which was a small scoop of ice cream and a side of hot fudge which was just as much as the ice cream. Did not have a good experience what so ever. Will not be back. read more

Burger bun was soggy and they had the lettuce all over the place. Never been here before but they expect you to tip them when they walk from the building approx 25 yards to take you order and then bring it back. I didn't know it at the time but I googled it and yes they expect a tip. The lady I got was obviously pissed that I didn't huck her the rest of my change as I could see her chatting it up with the younger fella inside, then he ends up brining my cheeseburger instead of her. I give him the tip he walks inside and hands it to her. Tips are given for a skill like waiters who need skill to take orders and add. Not walking out with a bag of food. Never coming here again. I hope they close this sham of a beer joint. I go to 5 guys instead. read more

Excellent burgers cooked to order-my items were made hot and fresh. The double bacon Burgermaster sandwich reminded me of Five Guys but with higher quality beef; the fries were similar to In-N-Out's but somewhat better. It is kind of expensive, probably due to the location near the freeway, but the old school drive-in experience is a welcome change from the norm and I left satisfied. read more

I've eaten here several times. The food is unremarkable, thought not bad by any stretch. They offer (and heavily advertise) electric car charging. I stopped by after hours on Christmas Eve, around 3:00pm to charge with the intent of buying a burger. The local fast charger was broken and I was left with relatively limited places to charge while faced with a long trip. There was no signage to indicate that charging after hours was forbidden, and there were several other vehicles parked in the parking lot. I plugged in, a little disappointed that they were closed as I would have loved to get a burger. My companion and I got out of the car and began to walk away to visit some of the other local businesses while our car charged. As we walked away, we were rudely accosted by a Burgermaster employee who told us that we could not charge after hours. I asked why, and she informed me that it was because I hadn't purchased anything. I told her I would have bought something if they were open, and she was very rude. I won't be back, to charge or eat. I have no problem following the rules (even when I find them petty and greedy), but in a world where I can get a comparable burger at any number of other friendlier establishments, I'll have to pass on Burgermaster. read more

My 1st time here and it was great, the burger was fresh made and the kids size peanut butter shake was awesome, share the fries because you get many.... read more

Far exceeded any burger I have ever had, just an excellent burger. You can tell the beef is fresh and grass fed. Skip the cheese - the beef is too good! Puts almost every other burger to shame. read more

As good a Burgermaster as any other location - which is high praise. Good quality, delicious burgers & fries & shakes. Fantastic "dine-in-your-car" customer service. Fair prices for good portions. I've enjoyed eating at one Burgermaster or another for most of my 60 years, the location is Mount Vernon didn't disappoint. read more

As a long time regular of the Everett Burger Master, I hate to leave a poor review, but the Mount Vernon store just didn't get it right. I completely get the convenience and the novelty of drive-in dining, but the complete lack of inside dining was a total disappointment. Feeding a kid in the car, maybe... Feeding three kids in the car is a disaster waiting to happened. In all fairness, they did provide about 5 bar seats inside, but those are mostly for take-out customers waiting for their order. I like hot food. Hanging my food off my window in the middle of winter is not an option. I also witnessed one customer's fries that had spilled on the ground. The curvature of the newer vehicle window didn't allow the tray to sit flat, and the slightest bump or breeze sent everything overboard. The prices have always a been a little high, which I was willing to overlook for the Everett store, but when the Mount Vernon store charged for condiments and drink refills, Game OVER. read more

BEST FOOD EVER! This is my first time here and at first I didn't want to go since it was burgers but they have fish, grilled cheese, sandwiches, and salads. The fries were one of the best parts! I loved the milkshake and the burger was amazing! All in all it's a great place to eat! read more

I've had the burger master and the bacon master and now have had the candy cane shake which is not advertised on the menu and is superb in mine and my five year olds opinion and the reason I'm giving it five stars is because I'm not going to compare it to another place because how would that be a fair assessment of this establishment. Food is great, food is fast and the staff is friendly. What more can you really ask for. read more

Maybe best "fast food" meal I've ever had according to my husband. Yummy grass fed burger, fresh hot fries and thick hot fudge milkshake .

I was craving a nice juicy burger and came across this place, BEST DECISION EVER. I work at a burger joint but I will gladly eat one of these burgers anytime. read more

Best place ever not McDonald's burgers those are gross these burgers are from heaven quite literally a large fry is huge its more like a xxl fry excellent service kind of pricey possibly cheaper than McDonald's for this amount of stuff. read more

Amazing food!!! Great service!!! Fairly fast!!! Would recommend this place to any and everyone!!!! The whole family was happy!

The best burgers in town. Have also tried the fish and chips and crab and Swiss sandwich as well. Every visit has been a great food experience. The shakes are really good too! Keep up the good work! read more

Great food and friendly service. I like that Burgermaster uses local and real ingredients. Their fries are perfect...thin, hot, salted nicely. Fresh buns and flavorful meat. A great old-school drive in! read more
