I ordered a cheeseburger "all the way". I didn't know "all the way" meant the bun doesn't last "all the way" to your mouth. It gave up the ghost before I even got a good bite. Now I have a mess to eat. Hey they have free peanuts right? Whatever. Improve the quality of the buns instead. The employees are great and it's clean in here. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes while we drove to the location and ultimately had to walk in and place the order in person. The person who answered the phone just laid it down on the counter so we listened to the girl at the counter talking about her hair and loads of other super important things rather than taking our to go order. I enjoy an occasional burger at Five Guys and Fries. They are fast, reasonably priced, and make everything to order from fresh ingredients. On top of that the staff seem to enjoy themselves. I usually order one of the small burgers and a medium fries. I would not recommend the grilled cheese, because the bread is a bit too soft for my liking. On the other hand, the fries are good and plentiful. You can also make your own flavor milkshake, which is fantastic. Banana chocolate is great. Burgers are very tasty having unlimited toppings is awesome they give you alot of fries as well! I've yet to try the milkshakes. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because how expensive it is. My favorite burger stop in USA. Basically Five Guys Burgers & Fries has a simple motto, -Great burgers, huge portions of fries and keep it minimal with the decor. The color theme here is red and white. All the decorations on the wall are signs of reviews and ratings and it kept me busy while I was waiting for my food. When you first enter this restaurant, you'll notice a long row of boxes and I thought to myself, why aren't all their restaurant supplies stored in the back? Well, they turned out to be boxes of roasted peanuts in the shell. You can actually grab a container, scoop some out and eat while you're waiting in line. What a brilliant and simple idea! When I finally reached the counter to order, I was greeted by very friendly staff who answered all my questions with a smile. Your burger can be customised with the exact toppings that you want and there's no extra charge. So you mean, I can have grilled mushrooms, onions and jalepenos in my burger? Very much appreciated! Although I didn't order any fries, I noticed that they are served in a completely filled container and then purposely scooping another portion to be dumped into the paper bag as well. Another small thing that earns you brownie points! I ordered the junior cheeseburger, which filled me up and to me was the size of a regular burger. So how was the burger itself? I placed an order online last week. Arrived and food was not ready. Then they tried to give me a milkshake the consistency of chocolate milk. They tried again, this time it was the consistency of hot chocolate. I asked for my money back for the shake. Said that they could not since paid online. Gave me the card of District Manager, Jaclynn Morris. Emailed that day. No response a over a week later. To top it off I was called a jerk for actually want a milkshake with some thickness by another patron as I left. Food cold when I got home. Never again. I'd never eaten at a Five Guys before and wasn't too sure what to expect. Initially I thought the prices were a bit steep - $8.99 for a burger is approaching Red Robin territory. Well, suffice it to say that this is no ordinary burger! I had the bacon cheeseburger with added grilled onions, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo.... heck, I can't remembering what else. It was HUGE! I also ordered a "regular size" Cajun fries. There were enough fries for two in that package! Nice and tasty and a bit of heat, though not overpowering. I would give this place a 5-star review, but I can't justify spending $8+ on a fast food burger. If I want to pay that much for a burger, I'd go to Red Robin where I can get unlimited fries and a waiter. That being said, these burgers are quite good. I got a bacon burger today and it was topped off with lots of veggies and with grilled onion and mushrooms. It's pretty cool that they don't make you pay more for all those toppings. The bacon burger only had about one strip worth of really thin bacon though, and I paid over a dollar for the addition of bacon. Not worth it. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. During COVID-19, there have been very limited dining options near my house. However, I have to admit, Five Guys can really pull it off as a quick and easy meal. The burgers are just so good! The fries are great and a small fries can feed 3-people without issue. For those that complain below about $8 for a burger, it's not "fast food" like a drive through at the "clown place" it's quality work, so you get what you pay for. Those who want cheaper, go for the 99-cent menu and just feed-your-faces. If you want a quality burger with a huge selection of free toppings, go to Five Guys. Absolutely delicious. For this area I think there is no better burger. Everything is always so fresh each and every time. The burger patties are well flavored and very juicy. All the toppings options make it so customizable and perfect for any burger type you are craving. The fries are out if this world. The freshness of the potatoes is the best. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because while the portion sizes (of the fries in particular) are big, they do seem a tad overpriced. Which means we only go sparingly, unfortunately. I big cheese burger and a bag of fries is what I will be getting as a reward meal after labor and giving birth to my son in October. I am looking forward to it so much. Worst service and food. The fries were so salty I could not eat them. I like salt but these fries had so much on them it made me not want to eat for the rest of the night. I returned my entire order to the store. The food was cold ordered a hot dog and a Cajun and regular fries over 22 dollars with tip. Restaurant refunded my money except the tip said they could not do that. So I paid them to make me food I could not eat. The manager was nice, but the workers were arguing who's order to make first. One for a customer waiting in person for over 20 min. (Me) or for the lady who showed up late to pick up her large order and complained her food was cold. The male worker told the girl maki g the fries to get mine ready she argued with him and preceded to make the other ladies first. He told her I am standing there waiting and have been for a long time. She refused to make mine. I finally went to the counter to complain and they promptly got my food but I could not eat it with so much salt. I would give negative stars if I could. Even the Cajun fries were over seasoned. Will not be back again. they could have refunded the tip or offered me a drink to get all the salt out of my mouth, would have helped. Will never return. On Wednesday 9/19/18 at 9:45 pm after an unexpectedly long day of work I tried to stop in and the doors were locked although I could see workers inside. I knocked on the door and they purposefully ignored me, so I kept knocking. Doors say it closes it 10 pm and it was 9:45 pm, so essentially this is false advertisement and poor service. After knocking the manager came out to only tell me it took forever to close and wanted to close early today and then shut the door. No apology or even hey I'm sorry here's a coupon or be like hey we can only serve fries or whatever this hour. Just flat out closed the door and acted as if I was a nuisance when the doors shouldn't be closed then. For the workers to just ignore me is flat out poor service and reflects poorly on them doing their job and poor management. Sad to say, I will never return here and do not recommend. read more

Decided to eat here last night because it was late and really one of the few places open till 10p. Staff was very friendly and Welcoming despite the closing of their shift. Shoot me, but I had a hot dog cuz I just wasn't feeling another burger. They fry their dogs which was okay but I guess I was expecting something similar in size to Costco' hot dogs. I ordered a shake which turned out to be a disaster. It had the consistency of milk. I honestly thought it was straight up milk. Every time I make a pit stop to shop in the Burlington area, this is where I make a quick pit stop if i'm in the mood for a quick cheap burger, and when i'm not in Mcdonalds mood. It ain't no AAA beef here but for all the toppings you're allowed to request for as part of the price, no complaints here. What i like best here is just the location too, and being the corner, lots of light & its square shape layout with some bar stool seating, it's pretty diner like too. We stopped in for lunch. Their computers were down so they confirmed we had cash. Not a problem. Food was fair. The music (80's hair band) was so loud and inappropriate for the clientele (50-60 something's), and to make it worse the sound system was horrible! Husband needed to use the restroom, but could not get in during our time there, as someone was in there "puking". A very unpleasant experience.
