This location was super convenient, it was a short walk across the lot from the hotel I was at. The team was super friendly and made my sandwich in split seconds. The bread on my Hunter Club was fresh and soft and the toppings were filling. The inside was nice and clean, and the food was delicious! I'd happily eat here again!

This was supposed to be my veggie sandwich with avocado, and all the veggies and jalapenos completely disgusting and the lettuce was wilted

Jimmy John's in Burlington I never make reviews but this one I can't pass up never going back here they seem to forget that people are what keep them in business and the way they treated me was wrong I was upset because I specifically ordered something and it came out wrong and I did not want the veggie as it was disgusting and they kept saying we made it right I had to dig for the avocado under the cheese and then I found it they only gave me a partial refund after I had to call the police I never do this sort of thing and I'm not a Karen but this was way out of line avoid this restaurant they're dirty they're rude they lie they told me they watched the video surveillance of me ordering and that they made it right then they found out they were wrong they lied to me and gaslit me and it's the principle of the fact it's people over profit and I never write reviews for real with this one like I said had to be written warning avoid Jimmy John's in Burlington Washington!!!

My fav sandwich spot anywhere I go. We always order the veggie club and the beach club and it tastes amazing. They have amazing cookies anc mettle cooked chips that go so well with their sandwiches. Create a jimmy johns account and you will be rewarded for every purchase plus will have buy one get 50% off another sandwich offers pretty often. All in all I have never come across a disappointing Jimmy Johns. Huge fan always.

I would like to start by stating usually this Jimmy John's in Burlington WA has been fantastic over the years and I have been ordering the same #9 Italian Night Club at least twice each month, one time I'll have it delivered and couple weeks later I'll mobile order & pick it up. Never had a problem before, best sub and best employees ever, I no longer go to other sub shops. Therefore, I know this time I must have done something wrong and I am not angry just concerned what it might have been that I screwed up. At 4 PM I happen to be driving by and decided pull in order my favorite sandwich and take it home. I made the mobile order one regular Italian club, $9.49 plus tax, paid on line, walked into shop and waited by the pick up counter. I held $2 in my hand as tip, one employee, possibly Mgr looked at me & asked if I had a pickup , I said yes, mobile order, he then said, oh yes you've already paid its being made now. He smiled broadly and said quite loudly "I'll take that wonderful tip from you." At first I thought he was being sarcastic by tone of voice adding 'wonderful tip', so I thought maybe I'm being cheap on $10 sandwich I'm picking up myself. When employee had finished my sandwich he wrapped and hand it to me no bag, no napkins no comment that I could detect. I left thinking to myself I've done something wrong that I'm not aware of because two employees reacting to me as if some cheap old man wasting our time. I've never not received a bag or napkins and a request if I want pickle or peppers. So as they say, this was noticeably odd to me. When I got home I unwrapped the sandwich to discover for the first time ever in all the Italian Clubs I've ordered this sandwich was covered in oil, maybe olive oil but lots of oil, paper was soak, bread was covered in slippery oil. I could not pick up the sandwich without oil dripping. Please tell me what it is I did wrong. I've always thought I was fairly generous with $3 or $4 tip for delivery plus your delivery charge or when I pick it up myself I usually tip $2. Is that considered cheap today if so I apologize. But surely something is wrong since this have never happened before.

You know, for a sub shop with delivery service, there's not a lot to complain about except the "delivery charge" that has jumped up to $4 per order. I have no idea what that charge is going toward. The pro? The drivers are fast. One of their drivers gives a little "bonus" as a thank you for their services in the form of a little candy packet. That in itself is worth a tip above the "delivery fee". Even though it would be less than half as much to go pick up my order, their delivery is legit.

Just got off the phone with the 'manager' (Kaitlyn, not sure on spelling...) of Jimmy Johns Burlington, who argued with me about whether or not our sandwiches have avocado, that we paid for, on them. Only way they could do anything is if I loaded my 4 month old child into my car, and drove half hour each way, to SHOW them that there was no avocado. That wasn't the only thing incorrect, but was the only thing we paid for (paid to add avocado to both sandwiches, neither had it, one sandwich was supposed to have peppers, both had peopers, both sandwiches were to be cut in half, only one was cut in half...) We'll be waiting for the Anacortes location to open I guess. rude excuse for customer service! We don't order FAST FOOD to eat hours later, and we aren't fans of paying for things we don't recieve The pictures show the layers of meat, where she told me the avocado was, and it clearly is not

4 thin slices. For $7? Seriously?

Extremely slow. Took longer than 30 minutes for a simple sandwich and drink. Service is decent.

The staff was oblivious and the bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth and way too pricey. The one in Everett is far superior.

This co-op in Skagit is filled with healthy alternatives, fresh produce, and even a juice/coffee/snack bar serving up some delicious bites. I found a number of local products and beers to buy from the grocery side, and a mushroom sandwich. I cannot properly describe the deliciousness of this sandwich - you just had to be there. I also loved that the co-op's second story is filled with the most unique home and gift items you'll find. Everything is sustainable first, and they even have a decent book selection. Couldn't imagine a better place to spend my Saturday, just wish I lived closer so I could visit every weekend.

It's a neat grocery store with fresh build-your-own sandwich options, bakery treats, gifts and trinkets, wines, and a lot more. We ordered sandwiches from the kiosk where it prints a ticket to bring to the counter. You can purchase other items with your sandwich, too. We had ordered two pineapple conchas from the dessert case for a post-lunch dessert. The veggies on the sandwich were so fresh it hit the spot for a light midafternoon meal. There is an upstairs seating area, it's really quiet and private. After we ate our lunch, we looked at some trinkets in the gift shop that's upstairs too. It truly has it all!
