Smaller nacho fries ordered with burger.

Great food. Good service. Had the BT boss burger and nachos fries. Yum! Got here a little early but atmosphere was pleasant.

First time at Burger Theory. Had a large group meet that was served as a burger buffet to build your own. Good selection of burgers, fixings and sides. Food was good, service was excellent. Venue was great for intended meet and greet. Probably higher score on food if ordered from menu but I totally get it. Restaurant is next to Holiday Inn. Not too far from ASU Skysong. Put this one on your list.

If your in the area and not in a rush stop by Burger Theory located in the Holiday Inn parking lot. If your not in a hurry is the key word here. The staff is very friendly and the fries are some of the best around.

Lettuce wrap instead of a bun.

We had out of town company visiting and burgers was the craving. We decided to try a new place, but we don't expect to go back. The concept is nice but execution was weak. The highlight was the fries and the bacon on the burgers. The meat is a blend and had a different taste, it wasn't bad - just different. I can't really say why we weren't impressed, we just weren't. We had a new server, but she was trying hard and the rest of the staff helped her out.

Great outdoor patio!

Who doesn't love a juicy burger with a great special sauce all served outside in a casual setting? Great service, nice drink menu and the burgers are a two napkin juicy! Onion rings non greasy too. Travel all day and need a good burger? Here's the spot!

Farm fresh burger

A fair option for lunch burger spot. Although not my first choice the variety and build to your own style make it a middle ground if you're in a party with picky eaters. They have regular beef patties (single or double order), chicken, and veggie/portabello mushroom options. Everything that comes out is cooked to your expectation and absolutely edible. Don't forget to pair with a beer, the burgers are on the smaller side. I ordered the farm fresh burger, the cheese was the highlight that added the saltiness and delivered most of the flavor. The onion rings were huge, fries were crispy, and salad was a standard house salad with a side of ranch. A bit on the pricier side and with so many other options available in the area.

Build Your Own Burger, Coleslaw

Actually the burger was very good. I liked that they had leaf wraps available for build your own. However the coleslaw was not good, it seemed like something was going bad. Like others say the bread was definitely a weak link for the price of this food. The bar server was professional and quick, and the place was chill casual bar vibe overall.

Build your own: veggie patty, sauted onions, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato! Yum!! Side of their seasoned fries!

I really like this place! The menu is fun. Many different options for premade burgers, salads and soups. But the fun part is make your own burger! You get to chose your protein (veggie patty and portabello's avail for the non meat eater), pick your veggies, cheese, condiments and extras like a fried egg! So they have vegan and veggie options! The service was also great. We stopped on our way to a concert so told our server we were in a hurry and he did not disappoint! Got our food, ate well, paid our check and gone! Side note: there is an affiliation with Holiday Inn which I think is a brilliant concept for travelers. Don't have to eat at the cheezy diner next door or the basic hotel kitchens when traveling. Next time out around Arcadia area look this place up and give it a try!

Great food and good happy hour. Little pricy I would give $$. Never busy though! Good place to go for a quick drink.

Great service, great burger, shared a meal with an extra side and added toppings on the burger and total was $32. A little pricey but good.

Don't get Nachos. Cheese sauce was awful. Margarita was a small rock glass. Stick to beer and burgers.

No wait in line for the tables! The service is fast and attentive. The short rib is perfectly tender. The eggplant shakshouka is perfectly seasoned. The lucky cream bun is to die for. We were seated inside quickly - it was a slow afternoon. Signs on the door let you know they have A/C however they left the front door propped open so it wasn't that cool inside. We each had a cocktail and they were pretty good - him a Painkiller on Main (he said it was good) and I had Ranch Water Paloma but asked them to mix tequila and mezcal rather than have me choose one over the other. Quite tasty! We just did apps: Fondue Blanc served with linguisa, pretzel bread and roasted cauliflower. The fondue was especially delicious with the cauliflower. We also had pimento cheese served with potato chips and chicharrones. I've only ever tasted grocery store made pimento cheese and was not a fan but when I tasted the pimento cheese at Beginner's Luck, I instantly became enamored. Totally enjoyed it with the chips. I recommend stopping in for a bite when wandering Old Town.

We shared a Berry Avocado Quinoa Bowl and a Perfectly Grilled Cheese. They even plated them separately for us! (2 plates with half a grilled cheese and French fries on each and 2 bowls with our Berry Avocado quinoa! So sweet and helpful!) Everything was very delicious--fries were seasoned and crispy! The grilled cheese and sweet and salty (they use their spiced pear bread, a delicious four cheese blend and bacon). Quinoa bowl was very hearty! I ordered one of the side salads but I asked if I could have them add fresh pear to it because of course the name of the place is Perfect Pear Bistro so I was naturally craving pears. The ambience was cute and classy. I sat on the patio because it was gorgeous outside, but I did take a peek inside and it has a low lit upscale rustic vibe. There was plenty left in the salad after I housed my sandwich (elegantly) and I finally had to tap out and get a to-go box. Lovely little stop, would come back.

I really love the aesthetic of this place. First of all it's tucked on the back corner of a strip mall. You wouldn't know it was care without looking, even though there is a small patio that wraps around. The dining room is kind of a great mixture that stuff it's very industrial working with lots of concrete with open duct work, but it also has a lovely tufted Bank at and crystal chandeliers. The perfect balance and I love it. You can see into the kitchen which I also like. Our server was delightful, and I loved the attentiveness, like making sure to move the curtains when the light was hitting in an odd way. I started with a delicious drink that I think was called Mezcal Orange Fizz. It was yummy! For the first course I chose the Salmon Crudo. It had a citrus dressing and crispy rice chip. It was absolutely delicious, but very tiny. I could have licked the plate because the dressing was so yummy. My friend had the gazpacho, which she said was very good With main course I chose the Garlic-Lemon Scallops and Corn. It was four delicious scallops on polenta garnished with popcorn. What a cool surprise! It was really good! My friend had the short ribs which she seemed to like as well. For dessert, we both chose the key lime tart. It was a little bit of heaven on a plate! I really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were appropriate - - what we probably should be eating rather than the huge portions we normally get. I was able to finish everything, and I left full but not stuffed. I did remove a star because I did not like that they charged a gratuity on a check for just one person. I normally tip a minimum of 25%, but they added 18%. I just left it. I understand the need to include the gratuity with a larger party (somehow the server always seems to get the short end on those larger parties). I don't know if that's a normal thing, or a restaurant week thing because, to be honest, hubby always pays the bill. I do recommend this hidden gem of a place. It has a lot going for it and I've always enjoyed my visits here.
