A love Salad and Go, not only for their salads, but also their wraps. Over the years, I've ordered wraps numerous times. My only complaint is that they aren't properly folded (or include a "half wrapping") and tend to fall apart. Not fun when you're trying to avoid getting everything all over your shirt and there's no fork included. I must admit, on my most recent visit, the person who folded it, put it together in such a way that it kept its shape, at least at first. Apparently, that comes at a cost ... there was a whole in the middle of the wrap, so it fell apart, anyway. SAG: If you're reading this, please include a "half wrap paper" and train your employees to properly fold. This would create a much more pleasant User experience at minimal cost. Your speed of service and fresh ingredients otherwise warrant five stars that I just can't give without these minor improvements. read more

Have come to this location now twice. Only downside to the location is trying to leave the parking lot. Anyhow, last two times I've built my own salad. Be mindful if you do that cause after a certain number of toppings you be charged for each additional one. Ingredients are usually fresh, though the last two times the tomatoes have been mushy. Whatever they've done to the chicken is disgusting. I've gotten two buffalo chicken salads over the span of 3 weeks. I got the second on in hopes that the chicken was just weird the first time- nope. It's definitely a quick and easy lunch, and I've heard their breakfast is good, but haven't tried it. Thankfully they are quick because that drive-thru line can get messy fast. The one area that I don't necessarily love is the way they bowl tells you to enjoy your salad. It says to pour on the dressing, shake well and enjoy. That doesn't work as well as you'd think with a Cobb salad since the dressing caused the blue cheese crumbles to stick together into big clumps. And after shaking, all the good stuff ended up in the bottom and the lettuce all made its way to the top so I needed to eat a bunch of lettuce before I could get to everything else. I will go again and get more salad, but I think I'm just going to drizzle the dressing and eat it without shaking. read more

The food is the same as all salad and go's, but the staff here seems to not care. I ordered ahead of time and then got here a few minutes later, to allow them time to get it ready. I still stood at the pick up window for a few minutes without being acknowledged. It's not good when I can see the young lady moving as slow as can be , and I'm standing there in the AZ heat. Took me too long to try salad and go. I don't understand their business model because their pricing is excellent. Salads are incredible affordable. The times I've been service has been fast however they can get pretty busy during lunch hours so I recommend ordering online and picking at the window if you want to prevent long drive thru lines. I don't know who is in charge of how these burritos are made but they need a RAISE. The traditional burrito has got to be one of the best things I've eaten... & I've had wagyu tacos from Toca Madera. I wish they would do some sort of subscription or package type thing where you could pay a certain amount for a set of bundles or burritos or salads or whatever. I live right by here I'd spend hundreds a month on a subscription if I could have that breakfast bundle all the time. I guess I can do that now but something about a subscription service is appealing. I think their coffee is soooo good but holy crap the creamer is disgusting. I usually get black coffee and add my own creamer but I rarely have it anymore & I don't want to go to the store to buy creamer just for their coffee. Very very good salads. I've been stuck on the autumn salad myself and my son has been enjoying the bbq ranch salad. Each salad is $6.48 and the portions are very good plus that's the protein added (chicken for me). Great value for a great lunch salad. This has become our new go to for lunch. Filling, healthy and gives you the right amount to be satisfied but not lethargic mid day. If there is one around you I suggest you give 'em a try. read more

$3 for a pretty tasty breakfast burrito, haven't seen a deal this good since my wife offered to take custody of the kids.

I placed an order through DoorDash since I had a Salad & Go location next to me. For some reason the app sent my order somewhere it would take me 2 hours to walk - the location on N 44th. I immediately called this location to let them know what was happening and not to make my food. I was in touch with DoorDash on my app, and they were going to cancel the order and refund me if my food wasn't prepared. When they called, the employees at this location had made my order, causing me to waste money as DoorDash refused to cancel the order since the food was prepared (after I asked them not to). I called this location back to ask why this was done, and was not given much of a reason. I was placed on hold so she could reach out to her manager. I was "on hold" - they just put the phone down - for 5 or more minutes. I heard the two girls in the restaurant talk about me in a negative way. Neither seemed to care or work with me on a solution. I eventually had to hang up since they started blaring loud Ariana Grande music and had seemed to ignore me at this point. After calling back again, I was told to fill out a form online to speak with guest services. They did offer a gift card to replace my funds - only if I could come pick it up in person, which was a laughable solution. I'd pick up my food if I had the transportation to get there. I'm walking, not driving, and I wouldn't even make it there in time to pick up the order or the gift card. Salad & Go should have access to cancel orders in case something like this happens - but also to find an appropriate solution. I even asked if they could contact the location next to me, to see if they were willing to do something. Or they could issue a gift card and let the place near me use it.
