We get the Chicken and Mozzarella Fries as a good snack for long road trips. Generally, you have a 50/50 chance that the chicken will not be overcooked or "left under the heat lamp" stale. This was my real life Mission Impossible haha. We were driving on I-95 heading north to go home from Florida, after spending a long weekend down there for Thanksgiving. As we all know, there are limited options on the highway and I really prefer not eating fast food unless I have to and this was one of those times. My husband will not go very far off the exits when driving long distances in an effort to make it back home quickly, so I picked my battles and requested Burger King specifically because I had heard so much about their "Impossible" Burger. - Parking - Private lot. - Vibe - It was pretty busy and understandably so since it's right off an exit on I-95. Due to high traffic, I'm sure the staff here get pretty slammed and they have little time to focus on anything else, except to feed hungry travelers and get them back out on the road and because of this, the cleanliness of the store suffers. The front of the store and the bathrooms were unkempt. - TLC - Despite the high traffic, the staff was courteous and put the order together in a timely manner. - Eats / Refreshments - Now on to the real reason why I am writing this review, The Impossible Burger. I didn't know what to expect really. I was taking a risk since we took it to go and If I didn't like it, I'd be hangry until the next pit stop, but I'm happy to report that my family didn't have to endure that for the next leg. It was actually really good! Despite the initial disappointment of the appearance of the store, the Impossible Burger was fresh and the patty looked almost identical with their regular beef patty, except maybe a smidge drier. I could barely taste the difference between the beef and the Impossible and I would even go as far as to say that if someone had given me the Impossible Burger without telling me, I probably would not have noticed! Everything else we ordered was also fresh! - Heads Up - Again, I'm sure it's due to the high traffic, but there was no ice, no coke and no ice cream for milkshakes. Today I had the best experience I've had at a Burger King in a very long time. The wait time was not great and one thing was messed up so I had to go back inside to get it fixed. But, what really made up for it was the staff. I've never seen such friendly staff! They went above and beyond being friendly and kind. Especially the ladies in the windows. I placed my order online using the Burger King app for this location. Upon my arrival to the drive up the line is three cars from the menu board. I get to the menu board the woman that's working on Thursday night May 20 at 10 PM, is awful she has an attitude obviously doesn't wanna be here. I told her that I'm picking up my order she said that there is no order here. I verify the address location she doesn't know it. I go about placing my order again and then she tells me she's waiting on meat and doesn't have any meat for the orders. So then I ask her if she has chicken or what is available and she tells me hold on. All the while her conversation has been her yelling and muffled disoriented in her answers it's just a mess. This location is horrible, I get it before you guys judge I know it's fast food I'm very aware but in comparison to other burger kings this one's a nightmare. The app even verified that the sandwich is available at this location so no clue why she doesn't seem to know what's going on with what they have on hand. The service was good and very helpful. They were out of a couple items but I think the food that we chose was still good. I would go there again. The floors and seats were clean, same with the tables. The seating was very comfortable and there were some very interesting seating options. We always like restaurants with interesting seating. Restaurant was dirty no clean tables or restroom , my entire families fries were cold so I had to get hot fresh ones which ended up having 0 flavor or salt ... they used to be my favorite fries not anymore.. we had two number 2's the texas burger and one came with bacon and the other didnt so that didnt make sense... my chicken fries were cold but at that point I gave up on trying to gave a good meal and just ate them. read more

We chose this BK driving N in Florida because the 2* rating beat all the others at 1*. Writing, because we had a good experience and want to support them. The front young woman had the gift of hospitality and was delightful, with fast service. The whole place was working well at a busy time. The drive thru cashier took my order when front gal got busy. Our hamburgers and fries were very fresh and delivered in a timely manner. This will be our road trip regular stop. read more

Sorry for the delay in posting this review. BLUF: I will let the picture of the toppings on the burger and the receipt speak for itself. Apparently there is something missing in either the training or the capabilities of the employees at this particular Burger King. And this is suppose to be worth $15.00 an hour? Obviously, even making a burger is beyond the capabilities of this particular store. BTW, the stump from the very core of the lettuce does not count as lettuce. I thought this BK was pretty cool. The interior was like no other that I have seen before. It has this retro 70s/80s look to it. Very diner looking which I thought was pretty cool. The staff was nice and attentive during our order which was complicated by specifications to each order. They got the orders right and the food was hot and fresh including the fries. The drink station has a virtual screen allowing you to choose from a variety of different style beverages. The beverage and napkin station was well stocked and clean. All the tables were clean however they were not very busy when we got there so I can not speak for them during a busier time of day. The food came out in a decent amount of time as I do not mind waiting for fresh food, believe our wait was about 7 minutes. Id rather that even if fast food than to get it instantly knowing it was sitting there under a heat lamp. This was not the case. Everything was freshly made, hot and tasted awesome. I ate inside so can't speak for the drive through experience but from what I heard from the inside the drive through staff was friendly and attentive. read more

Horrendous is the only word I can think of. We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes to pick up our order. They were out of Burger Meat and knew this when we placed our order and took our money. They had us and the 4 other vehicles in front of us pull to the parking lot to wait. I'm not sure what was happening, but about 5 employees came outside and seemed to be arguing and one was on the phone, perhaps trying to figure out the burger shortage. We ended up leaving without our order as it was clear , they could not figure out how to fix the situation. Basically, we handed our money over to receive nothing. I've been waiting for quite some time for a new food chain to open up at the 207 / 95 interchange, especially since I work in the area. I was also stoked to see a Burger King pop up instead of a McDonald's, because honestly, who doesn't like a flame-broiled burger over a fried, pressed patty. This is a pretty nice BK, as it was built only a month ago. Plenty of parking, easy access, and a 24 hour drive-thru! Nice for those on the road, especially next to a 24 hour RaceTrac. As for the food- ever eaten at a Burger King? It's EXACTLY the same here. Whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and the new Big King. Flame broiled and delicious. Not nearly as good as Five Guys, but way better than Mickey D's. I always stick with the classic Whopper w/cheese, fries, and Dr. Pepper, and it was good. I would give this store 4 stores for the food and the fact that it's brand new and shiny, but had to deduct a star for pretty bad customer service. It took WAY too long to get the food, and I saw a lot of mistakes being made. I suppose I can chalk it up to being brand new and the fact they're working out the kinks. Ordered an original chicken sandwhich meal with onion rings and a coke. Pretty simple and straightforward...no wait or traffic and they seemed to be not busy. Arrived at the window. Was given my order and I noticed the bag was weightless...I peeked in and noticed my onion rings (large order) was 1/4 full. Too boot, they gave me a large fruit punch instead of a coke. When confronted at the pickup window, the women seemed disinterested and could careless...she replaced the drink and topped of my onion rings making it 1/2 of what I ordered. At first glance, this is your run of the mill BK. You should know what you're walking into. Avoid this BK. They will find a way to mess up your order even if it's something straight off the menu. They charged me for someone else's order and used the law of averages to justify me paying an extra 30 cents. I wouldn't have minded if they left the mayo off like I asked and included the French fries I ordered. Since it was drive thru, I ended up having to walk into the place to rectify my order. Completely defeats the purpose of drive thru. Save your money and eat anywhere else. Also they won't give you sauces or ketchup for your fries or nuggets unless you explicitly ask for eat. The last thing I want to do is raw dog some low quality processed chicken on my pallet. read more

Line was super long when I walked through the door and I quickly found out why because Latisha would be working in slow motion leaving the register open for 3 minutes at a time after every person, and then taking 30 seconds to open coin rolls. After that she took my order and I double checked it with her, only to get my order and find out she put in the completely wrong information. After debate of what we would eat, we asked for our food, which included a milkshake and a soft serve. We asked for the milkshake, and the woman in a very rude tone said "It's not on right now." We then asked if the soft serve was working and she said in an even more rude tone, "I just said the machine isn't working" We said "ok one second we need to rethink."
