We had some long time friends come down with us as well. Our first stop on our Gainesville Adventure was here! I ordered the #9. Tony Montana Cubano. I have to say I've had many Cuban sandwich's before but this Cuban sandwich was the BEST! I love the flavor of seasoned pork they use as well as the Boars Head Meat. I do believe all those makes the difference. If you like Cuban sandwich's you must try this one. Also our friends with us ordered the #12 Uncle Drew Monte Cristo and shared and they loved it! All the staff were super friendly! It took about 10 minutes for us to get our sandwich's. Everything was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend The Paper Bag!

BEST decision I could have made for lunch! I got a cup of the creamy chicken soup & the italian stallion sandwich with garlic mayo & banana peppers on the side as Brookelynn recommended. It was so delicious, fresh, and you could tell it was made with love. I had great conversation with my server Brookelynn, and she was so kind, up beat and provided great service. I also learned this is a women-owned (and predominantly women-run) family business, and that was the cherry on top. Very cute intimate indoor seating with a close-knit staff. Highly recommend! I've had this place bookmarked to try for months and finally had it today. It did not disappoint! Shoestring fries with just the right amount of seasoning/perfect crispy freshness and a large pressed cubano was my lunch. The ladies running the show were friendly and helpful. When I say this Cuban was Stupid Good, this is what I mean: have you ever eaten something so good you involuntarily make noises that sound like awesome bedroom stuff is happening? Yeah?! Embarrassing. Who cares though cus it's so damn good! 10 out of 10. I'm coming back sooner than I should. Don't skip this place. The ONLY thing I'd recommend that could possibly make this place better? Seed oil free mayo/cooking oil, etc and beef tallow fries! I'd pay extra for same items if Albelo decides to go full on MAHA here. Just my 2 cents!
