Sometimes tossing them in an overpowering sauce or flavor on the outside muddles everything and I've had some very bad wings before elsewhere!!!! (Let's just say there was an episode of food poisoning that almost led to an emergency room visit...) I'm so glad they are indeed FRESH here!!
