Not only is this place so welcoming, but the portions are so big we got two meals out of it! I'm a big lover of chicken, especially wings. When I saw the pictures of their wings, well... I just HAD to try some! Thank goodness most of the places I've visited have been good or my husband's patience with my food variety would've worn out long ago! Luckily, he loves Chinese food too and especially for him, krab rangoon is his sweet spot. And you couple that with some extra good fried rice to blow his mind? Well, I think he was right to say we just found another great place to frequent! I got the combo dinner of sesame chicken with lo mein noodles (noodles are something I could eat almost every day--not pasta, mind you... good noodles! Soy and scallions, ginger or peanut sauce, sweet or spicy... I'm all about that). It might have been a $2.00 up charge, so sooooo worth it! I'm going to be in heaven tomorrow at lunch time savoring my leftovers! My husband had leftovers to take with him as he went back to work too. He ordered the combo dinner of boneless ribs, but instead of the eggroll I enjoyed with my meal, he chose the... you guessed it... the krab rangoon. But I made sure he tried their house fried rice because so many people commented about how it was the best in town! I think the pictures speak a thousand words! So much food!! First time we've had something that incredibly fresh, hot, BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE, that was still steaming AND from a Chinese restaurant! Most are take out only and if they aren't, usually, it just doesn't have that fresh snap to it. It's hard to explain, I guess. When I order wings from our local place.... they are okay, but not like these! These were glistening and succulent and so crunchy on the outside... next time I'm trying some flavors. I got them breaded but plain so that I could actually tell if they were very fresh and good. Sometimes tossing them in an overpowering sauce or flavor on the outside muddles everything and I've had some very bad wings before elsewhere!!!! (Let's just say there was an episode of food poisoning that almost led to an emergency room visit...) I'm so glad they are indeed FRESH here!! So tasty, juicy, tender and crunchy on the outside--just the barest amount of crispy crunchy breading! Also, I'm going to get a Boba tea next time we go.,.. The FOOD WAS AMAZING. We had the honey fried chicken wings, fries, Korean bbq chicken wings which were breaded, fried with a little spicy. I had coconut shrimp with low mein and this amazing sauce to dip my shrimp in. Also my hubby had the mango slushie with these similar to boba beads and I had the strawberry slushie with the boba like beads. Jessica was so patient with us because she knew it was our first time there. The restaurant is clean and cozy. It's so cute and my husband and I enjoyed eating our meal there. I told Jessica to be ready because my hubby and I are going to be regulars. I do know my next meal will still be coconut shrimp and half Korean bbq wings with low mein. KOREAN fried chicken in Ocala? Sign me up. My sister told me about so I said let's go. We ordered online and had a about a 15 minute wait once we arrived. That wasnt a problem though because we did our order on the way there. Let me start off by saying I love Korean fried chicken. This did not taste like Korean fried chicken to me at all. It tasted like regular chicken wings from a Chinese restaurant. So, I was disappointed. The wings were also huge. I dislike big wings. The flavors for the wings were regular, not your typical Korean fried wings flavors like Garlic soy, Garlic Spicy, etc. I found that weird for a Korean fried chicken spot. The crab rangoons had a nice flavor but Luke warm. The styrofoam boxes that chicken was served in had to ventilation which made the wings soggy by the time we got home. When using styrofoam for froed foods, holes should be cut in the corners of the box for ventilation. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be interested in visiting again. read more

My wife and I just relocated to the area. We were hankering for some boba after a less than stellar experience sampling some Puerto Rican cuisine in Marion Oaks and after stopping by to explore options with lanai enclosures. Kluck Chicken came up as an option on Yelp so off we went. It was almost 4 PM by the time we got there and two of the employees must've been eating a late lunch or early dinner...that chicken smelled good! Anyway, we ordered a couple of slushies with boba. My wife got the taro milk tea slushie with boba and I tried their honeydew slushie with boba. The slushies came in a cool looking and substantial cup with a straw holder. My wife and I had to contend with bits of ice, not ideal. My honeydew tasted artificial, more so than what I'm used to but my wife thought her's had a lot of flavor. Looks like we'll continue to search for our boba place to address our boba fix...although we might be back for the chicken options. read more

My parents and I went inside and how the store layout looked was that there were two tables to the right and a raised table seating arrangement to the left. It was a little tight in there but that was only because of the amount of people in there at the time. On the left is also a kiosk where you can order your food and drinks. However, you can order upfront with the cashier if you prefer to. I ordered a combo special that came with orange chicken, chicken fried rice, and two pieces of crab rangoons. I also got a brown sugar milk tea to go with it. The wait for everything to come out was about 15 minutes as there weren't that many people working there at the time. The food was super filling and I felt that the entree to rice ratio was well-balanced. The orange chicken had a strong citrus flavor and the fried rice was good with egg whites, onions, and corn interspersed throughout. The food came out very fresh as it was quite hot to eat. The crab rangoons were the highlight of my meal! The brown sugar milk tea was a bit sweet and the syrup sunk to the bottom quickly, so make sure to mix it right when you get it instead of waiting like I did. For being one of the few spots around here that sells boba, they do it well! The food is pretty good too. Parking is not too hard to find in the plaza and the staff that works here is friendly. read more

Decided to try this place out with my wife this past week. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The place was clean, but is small with two tables to accommodate four people each and bar stools on the other wall. We were greeted upon entry and the cashier was very helpful in understanding the menu. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were so big, I couldn't finish it all. The food was fresh and very hot. My only concerns, which did not affect their rating, are they did not have fountain drinks, but bottles; however, they didn't overcharge for them. I do recommend they add a couple other selections for those with particular taste, like Dr. Pepper. The second, which may sound weird, was the sheer amount of chicken on the plate, which dwarfed the fried rice, but I will just make a request to alter the portion sizes next time. The General Taos Chicken was mostly breading. However the chicken fried rice had plenty of chicken but not much flavor.

I wanted to take the time to say what this restaurant does VERY well and that is their chicken wings. Before the wings are cooked they are marinated. Very wonderful notes of ginger and star anise shine through the sauce. Their wings are crispy and juicy absolutely delicious and the best I have ever had. With that being said I would stick to their wings and avoid their Chinese dishes in my opinion they were subpar. But if you are looking for a new and tasty wing experience this is definitely your place!!! read more
