Stopped in for lunch today. I tried something different and got the Pimento Cheese BLT Sandwich. Very good and was one of the best Pimento Cheese sandwich I've had in a long time. Also had the Loaded Potato Soup and Broccoli Salad. These were also very tasty! Love the soup! My wife got the BarBQ Chicken Salad with Loaded Potato Soup. She said it was one of her favorites. Service was fast and friendly. Everything was very tasty and you can definitely tell everything was made fresh. Restaurant was clean and organized. Definitely will come back to this location in the future when we are in St Augustine! read more

It was wrong in every which way I order this sandwich often but this time they put the whole canister of salt. Inedible. Also, I ordered delivery because I'm sick. We've ordered here many times, but unfortunately today will be the last. I ordered online on the Chicken Salad Chick website, but the food never arrived. When I called the store, the manager was extremely rude and insisted they do not do delivery, and it wasn't an option on the website. I told him I'd be happy to send him pictures of my ordering experience but he continued to call me a liar. Eventually he actually asked to look up my order and refunded me, but no apology about my lost dinner for my family or any sympathy about whoever picked up the order from them per their own website. Worst customer service I've ever received. Could have easily apologized and offered to remake the order for pickup, but instead chose to alienate a customer for life. Well done. read more

One of my favorite lunch stops. Sadly I have to travel away from my home to find Chicken Salad Chick. This time it was St Augustine. My go to meal is always the trio. Today my choices were a newly released Thai Chicken Salad, Lemon Basil and Grape Salad. Lemon Basil is one of my favorites the delicious combo of lemon and basil and the silky chicken dances on my tongue. Thai Chicken was so good. The flavors were subtle and fit perfectly. I had never tried the Grape Salad. While tasty I will probably pass the next time. It just wasn't my thing. Thanks Chicken Salad Chick for satisfying my chicken salad craving. After sampling Chicken Salad Chick at the Taste of the 24 Hours, we were hooked. We ate at this franchise several dozen times because my Wife is a picky eater. This week while watching our Grandkids, we picked up some salad from their staff whom pulled the "Olivia" from the waiting stacks of salad to the right of the counter (in a "cooler" shelf unit). We came in on a good day. The restaurant is located in a big plaza with plenty of parking. We were greeted by a very friendly lady by the entrance. Inside the very southern style restaurant it is bright and clean and has a big seating area. Very family friendly. They offer several flavors of chicken salads. The menu is full of lots of healthy choices. Prices are very reasonable. They also do catering for parties and corporate events. Get yourself a rewards card online. You get points for your purchases that can be used for free food or chick merchandise. You will also get a free meal on your birthday if you sign up. Ordered delivery from Chicken Salad Chick for lunch today. I ordered the Chick with Sassy Scotty (blend of ranch, bacon, & shredded cheddar cheese chicken salad) on a croissant and a scoop of Spicy Pimento Cheese (freshly grated sharp cheddar & pepper jack cheeses combined with jalapeños and creamy house dressing). The Sassy Scotty sandwich was really good with plenty of chicken salad. The scoop of pimento cheese was good but I found it to be very salty. My son-in-law agreed. I'm not sure if it was the jalapenos making it taste salty or added salt but I'd like to try the regular pimento cheese next time to see if there is a difference. The little sugar cookies that come with the meals are very tasty too. Overall we really enjoyed the food and will order again. read more

I love CSC! We moved to Florida from Georgia and missed our store there so much. When one opened in Durbin Pavillion, we were so excited. It's just as perfect as the one we used to frequent. The salads are over the top. Service is quick at the drive-thru and although I haven't been inside yet, I can see inside from the drive up window. Just as before, the inside is really nice, floors and counters look neat and clean as well as the cute to-go containers being not only easy to open, but very attractive to look at. Decided to give this place a try and boy was I in for a treat! My mother in law and I loved it so much, we went back today to order takeout to have for dinner tonight! Plenty of food for their portions. The restaurant was clean, tables appropriately marked closed for social distancing, employees very friendly but most importantly the food was delicious!!! We ordered the dill-icious chicken salad (dill flavoring with cucumbers) and it was so yummy/flavorful and the shredded chicken was incredibly soft. The loaded potato soup is fantastic too! Food poison. Used to be a great place now don't bother we walked in and something to smell right I should've went with my husband idea of going somewhere else but no we continued going to have lunch. We've been there one other time before and I had to call County and somebody else complained if you look at the reviews you'll see what I'm talking about. I sent my order in over the internet and shortly thereafter I was called and told that an item I had ordered was not available well great if I had ordered but what I did order was not on there end no big deal but when I got there there was a long line for folks eating in or carry out well I stood in front of a cash register that had a sign over that said call in or internet orders here so I go stand in line and must have had 10 employees just look at me and after between 5 to 8 mins a young lady finally acknowledged me then read me the wrong order on the item that I didn't order it eventually got worked out but 2 weeks later and the staff doesn't seem to be on the same page......as for the food it was ok for what it is read more

The food here is amazing !!! However I don't think the employees are getting the tips that we are leaving! I've been told by multiple employees they dont. So curious to where our money is going. Sometime last week with my kids! Where I stay we don't have a chicken salad chick.Therefore we have to drive to st. Augustine which is about an hour and 20 mins away from our home. Always looking forward to see the familiar faces and nice area. As we walk into the store me and my kids were smack in the face with an ungodly smell. Didn't know where it was coming from but as we walked closer to the register we found out that it was coming from the kitchen. There was trash all over the place, not a clean table to sit at. I felt bad for the girl with the glasses, she was running around with her head cut off. Even the lady's in the back were also. The same girl with the glasses being so kind and friendly, Trying to get through everyone's order. We saw a manager walk right by and never help anyone with anything, also there's a line out the door. I'm Very frustrated at this point. After we order our food, we found a booth with not so many greasy handprints on it. Trash all underneath my feet, not to mention my kids shoe literally got stuck to the floor by the soda machine! We waited about 18 minutes for our food. Wasn't the best quality and It tasted somewhat old! It's very disturbing to see these ladies do so many jobs within their one job. And to see a manager walk by and not help at all. Disgusting. This store needs to call a cleaning company ASAP! They really need to hire more people. Very short staffed! read more

Tried their chicken salad sandwich on opening day. The staff was so efficient and kind, pretty much on par with how Chik Fil A is (example, saying things like "my pleasure" and "have a blessed day"). I had the classic chicken salad and it was very good. The cookie was a nice touch too. My main complaint: I got take out and it was served to me in a Styrofoam box, within a plastic bag, with plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic. Picture the horrible carbon footprint this establishment is leaving. The Styrofoam container will NEVER decompose. The plastic bags and cutlery will also be around a LONG time. I urge this new restaurant to change to biodegradable take out products (it's 2019 for goodness sake) and stop all Styrofoam immediately! read more

I come to chicken salad chick frequently. Always a lovely experience with the ladies that work here. I have never had an encounter like the one I had today. I order a scoop with a bowl of soup. When I tell you I was AFRAID to eat my food.. i mean that. someone I've never seen before tossed my food on the counter yelling fowl language , about the order i wanted was too difficult to make . The most unhygienic person I've ever seen. His hands were extremely dirty, with torn gloves no hair net either?! While he was making the customers food that was in front of mine he proceeded to eat something in between all of that and NEVER SWITCH GLOVES OR WASHED HIS HANDS. When I was getting my tea, I smelted him before he came to the drink station. With his pants almost to the floor , nasty hair and Fowl attitude. I don't want to sound prude , but he shouldn't be making my food or anyones else's. Its very concerning that the management at chicken salad chick would let this happen in the first place. First time eating here and it was wonderful! This place reminded me of McAlister's Deli. The staff was super friendly and the food was very yummy!! I got a turkey pesto sandwich and it was tasty!
