Meh. Wouldn't go back. Had to refill my own coffee a few times, got my own menus for our table, and one guy didn't even get his coffee til he grabbed his own mug. Disgusted. I was eating breakfast today and I enjoyed the service and the food, but the entire experience was ruined just before I left. Moments after I paid my bill I was stunned and disgusted to see a cockroach running across my table. I reacted by grabbing an empty coffee creamer bowl and trapping the insect, I immediately left. We came in at 11:00 am on Monday June 8th and we're super hungry couldn't decide on a breakfast place and we decided to come here ALAN was our server and he's a very very nice and amazing server who deserves some regoncitnion at his job. Just so y'all know ALAN was great. But as he brought out our food he made sure we were taken care of as well as the lovely lady at the bar I didn't get her name. This is my second trip here since this location opened. I was not impressed the first time. Not sure why I came back the second time. I would think If you have an item on the menu the kitchen staff should know how to make it. The veggies in the omelet were not very good. Although they were not very busy it took a long time to place our order. I bypass this place every Saturday to go to the toasted yolk. A little more pricy but I always get what I ask for. Excited to try this place since it's taken forever to be built...service was excellent we we're seated right away. The server checked on us often and food was brought out in reasonable amount of time, but the food was very underwhelming. The service was pretty good and the staff was friendly. I got some plain coffee and the mile high omelette with with an english muffin. The omelette looked surprisingly plain on the outside, but that's just because everything was in the inside. It was good and I appreciated the portion sizes. I was, however, disappointed in the hash browns because they were so plain. Hash browns usually aren't the most flavorful food anyway, but I think these were on another level, so ketchup or Cholula are a must. The menu had a lot of options, so I'm definitely interested in trying more. As a whole, I wasn't completely blown away, but it is definitely a good breakfast joint. read more

Met a friend for breakfast. Like all new restaurants in the Champions/1960 area, the place was packed. The service was a bit slow but the food was just ok. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be back. Too many other places to eat in the area. I wish them well but feel they need to step up their food and service. read more

Where do I start. We decided to try it out cause it's close and new. They had more staff than customers yet the service was very slow and horrible. Our waitress had horrible English and barely understood us from the drinks to the good and she messed up our drink and food order. New place by Klein High School. Nice on inside. A little loud because they had a breakfast crowd and no ceiling insulation for sound. They were serving hot blueberry muffins for people waiting. They were hot and delicious. Staff very attentive. More than 3 different staff ask if we were okay. Or if they could get us anything. Kitchen seems to be running a little slow. Probably because they are so new. My biggest issue is that they do not have Handicapped Access!!! They have 2 parking spaces but no ramp. If you can climb over an 8 inch curb. Food was okay. My family and I ate here last weekend and it was really nice! Their plates could be smaller as it takes up a lot of space on the table but the food was good! However, my mom took my kids here the next day and it was terrible. The order was incorrect, the food was not cooked properly (bacon was raw and eggs were way underdone), they left the fruit in big pieces for my 2 year old, there were items missing. A couple of weeks ago I tried to have a mommy son date with my 5 yr old. Didn't see a kids menu if they have one I wasn't offered one. I asked if their chicken fried steak was in house made or frozen. She told me it was fresh made, then said but sometimes they use frozen. She was very confused so I asked if she could ask, disappointed it was frozen. Ordered the pork chop instead. I wish I could talk about the food but we didn't get any food. 35 mins passed and she came over and said oh I think I see your food. Rush to the counter and she didn't come back for another 5 mins. Then comes back with muffins. I know what that means... it will take another 10-15 mins. Before she could tell me it will be longer I decided to leave I said thank you but we're going to leave. And then she had to the nerve to say "Wow" Lots of improvements need to happen before I decide to even go back. Waitstaff needs to be more knowledgeable of the menu by now. I love trying new places. When this place open I was excited. I love food and I love treating my family to a good breakfast. We tried this place. Me and my neices and newfew 3 kids. It took 13 mins to order drink. When we place our drink and food order at the same time. Guess what. Our food came out then our drinks. When the food came out. They told me. "We're sorry we made regular french toast instead of crunchy French toast". I said that fine. I'll eat them. not going to wait and eat with the kids. I order extra eggs on the side. My extra order of egg came out when we were waiting for the check. I told them take it off the order. We're done eating. Was not satisfied with these place but at least I had some food in me. Spontaneous brunch plan...service was lack luster at best. After my party of 2 was seated, I watched as several couples entered, waited, and finally left after never being seated. It's a weekday, it's empty, why didn't anyone take the time to seat the very people that pay their wages? My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and I got the meat lovers skillet which was dry until I added salsa that smelled and tasted like marinara. The eggs on my friends sandwich should have been fried hard but instead the egg poured all over her clothes as soon as she tried to bite it. We requested to have it remade and that was ok. We asked for a bill adjustment as goodwill for the inconvenience and the ruined top and pants and the manager was rude , shook her head and said accidents happen before walking away while I was speaking. I called her back and politely asked again even saying, "u don't hafta take it off but maybe half for this military wife. She said she would adjust it but it wouldn't be half. This is a new location, it's been open for a few months now but first time coming to it. The atmosphere feels good, seating is space enough for you to have some room and be able to enjoy a conversation with your party. The menu is a little overwhelming, even though it's only breakfast and lunch. Lots of great options makes it harder to decide. They have hearty meals as well as healthier options. Although there were many servers and little customers the service wasn't as fast as we would like. Food was delicious nonetheless. Do not eat here. The food came out too quickly. Between order and delivery to the table was like 5-7 minutes. Food does not taste fresh at all. I had shells in my eggs and they did not even apologize for. The guacamole did not look fresh in my Huevos Rancheros. The rice was tough and hard.
