The whole reason of ordering from this establishment is for the close proximity and how fast the delivery is supposed to be. They use uber for delivery which is counterintuitive to the promise of fast. The fact that it took them almost 30-45 mins to make 2 sandwiches is wild on its own. If you can't offer a better solution to your delivery service you shouldn't offer delivery. read more

I ordered a Turkey Tom and a Totally Tuna, from the drive up window and when I got home, both sandwiches were served on dried out, hard bread, not the fresh really good bread that sets Jimmy John's apart. It's hard to believe this was "Fresh Made in the Store Today" but even if it was this should not have been served to a customer. First of all, I want to say this was my first time ever being here. My daughter usually orders for me and brings it to me. So I was unaware of which sub it is that she buys me all the time so I thought I'd go in and try them out for myself. First, when I got there, the guy which was the cashier's name, very irritated and rude, he was rushing me and acted like he had no patience and taking my order. It was really not that busy. There was no one behind me, and I feel like his attitude was uncalled for so at that point I was irritated due to the fact, I've been stressed out all day and I haven't ate. I try to come in and get me a sandwich with my kids and have a good day, but James made that a bit impossible so second besides resting me and being rude he didn't even try to help me with trying to use my rewards. I explain to him that I was in my phone because I was trying to figure out how to use my rewards but another coworker that was making sandwiches just told me to type in my phone number which he could've did but he had an attitude. I really didn't care for James. I'm disgusted at how he treated me and acted when I was in there, he was rushing me, and he act irritated by the fact that I was just taking my time and I didn't really know what I want it every question Iasked him Seemed to bother him. I didn't realize that the people and the sandwich line started making my sandwiches so I made a couple of requests after my sandwich was made, which was small. I would like the fixings on the top of my sandwich in the meat on the bottom and he turns over and says well they already made the sandwich. Do you want them to make a new sandwich And I said well they don't have to make a new sandwich they can just put the fixings on the top and the meat just swap it around. He rolls his eyes. The lady proceeds to fix the sandwich with the other guy with no problem and that was that. I really love their sandwiches but today it did not do any Good Being, I had a long stressful day and to come in with someone who has an attitude for no reason and was also being impatient when it was an a line of people behind me or maybe he just didn't wanna serve me. I don't know what it is but James needs to get it together. He needs to be trained on customer service. I'm really big on where I spend my money. I actually hate that I gave him a 15% tip when he didn't deserve it but that doesn't matter because I'm still gonna do what's on my heart and that is to do right by people even when they don't do right buy you. I really think that the people who make the sandwich should wait until the order is complete before they start making it. I ordered extra cheese on my sandwich and I didn't get that and my sandwich was not all that put together it look like they were a little skimpy on the toppings. I paid for extra and didn't get it so I'm a little disappointed and I probably will not be getting anything from him anytime soon or that location. I came in to place an order and wasn't greeted with any kind of great customer service. The cashier who took my order wasn't obviously trying to be bothered with a customer that may come in confused/potentially looking for a great suggestion of meal choice. After realizing I wasn't where I usually go the cashier didn't go out of his way to make any suggestion about what might be appetizing, Also, after I chose what I wanted I didn't even have a second to make any accommodations to my sandwich because the lady working the line just threw my sandwich together! Wow. I have gone to this location at least a dozen times and can't believe how bad the service has fallen off. I politely called and asked if I could get some type of future compensation because my order was not only incomplete but it was also incorrect and I didn't want to drive back at night in the pouring rain to replace the food. I was placed on hold for an additional ten minutes, after already waiting 15 minutes for an inaccurate and incomplete order (the receipt shows exactly what was supposed to be in the bag). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I waited over fifteen minutes for the wrong food that was prepared by someone in training who had to keep going back and forth to read the board to see what went on the sandwich. Awful follow up by the training staff and they should be more than willing to fix a simple situation when he customer pays $22.51 and half the order is either incorrect or missing. read more

Where do I start? The good: Tyler was wonderful. Very polite, willing to help, smile on his face the while time. The bad: One of the ladies preparing the food (shorter dark red hair and black rimmed glasses) has a horrible demeanor. When I got to the window after ordering my food, I asked if I could have it "unwich" instead of bread. (Yes, my mistake for forgetting, but I would have taken it on bread no problem). She must have overheard me, because the sandwich was picked up, tossed to the other person with, "THIS IS AN UNWICH NOW". I could clearly hear her, so I spoke up and said, "Sorry!" Once my food was prepared and wrapped, she put it and my chips in a bag, looked me square in the eye, then drops it on the counter, and motions for someone else to hand it to me. Listen, I understand it's frustrating when someone changes their order, but don't be so blatant as to say it loud enough for the customer to hear and then slam my food around. There is no point in having a drive through if you are going to make your customers wait in a parking spot for what is supposed to be "freaky fast". I really thought I was being punked when I was asked to go park in a spot as there was no one behind me. I was told they need to keep their drive through clear for the delivery drivers to pick up. I have eaten Jimmy John's sandwiches before, but have not been to a store. I stopped in for a sandwich the other day. Ordered a Big John's (roast beef, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise), Thinny Chips (Jimmy John's has their own chip brands) and a drink. They take Apple Pay, and I spent about a minute fiddling with it before the payment was accepted. The sandwich was done long before my payment. It is as fast as they say. Otherwise, it is competent but not particularly tasty. I find the bread rather dense and chewy. Give me Subway or Potbelly any time. The restrooms were being cleaned when I was in the restaurant, and were spotless. The decor is spare, with lots of motivational lists and sayings on the wall. No pictures. Overall it's worth going there if the minute difference between other sandwich shops and JJ is important, otherwise I would pick Subway or Potbelly. read more

This was my second visit at this location and the employees are not friendly. They also completely messed up my order.

Do not go to this location if you are trying to purchase a gift card!!!!! I went in to purchase a gift card and dinner for my family. The Assistant Manager, AJ stated that I could use my debit card for my food, but had to purchase the gift card with cash only. I called several other locations in the area and they had never heard of that policy. The policy is not stated anywhere in the store and is not stated on the Jimmy John's website. This store policy makes absolutely no sense. I will never go back to this location since they feel the need to create their own random store policies. Update: Just spoke the Krista the manager and she was just as awful as AJ. I hope who ever owns this franchise sees this. read more

We love Jimmy John's, and we usually get our sandwiches from JJ's that's a little further away, but we decided to go for convenience and pick up some grub at this one (which is closer to home and has a drive-thru). We were disappointed. The sandwiches were about 1/3 smaller, and they were missing some signature ingredients, i.e. the ingredients that you pay extra for when you order a #13 instead of a #3. I'd guess that this shop is trying to save some money and skimping on ingredients. I also guess we'll be spending a little extra drive-time to get our money's worth at the shop that's a couple of extra miles away. read more
